I lejligheden har en smuk udsigt over havet og blot 2 gader fra Los Muertos stranden og blå stole. Enheden har et gourmet køkken og er overdådigt møbleret. Det store soveværelse og gæst soveværelse har hver en queensize-seng og hver kommer med en fuld en-suite badeværelse med masser af skabsplads. Hvert værelse har en mini split aircondition enhed. Det er lyse og glade med kabel-tv, trådløst internet overalt, en-suite vaskemaskine / tørretumbler og alle bekvemmeligheder. Alle vinduer er screenet. Og som et spørgsmål om personlig præference stuen vinduer kan åbnes helt for at udendørs følelse eller venstre med skærmene på plads. Det åbne koncept køkken er udstyret med en morgenmad bar, nye rustfrit stål apparater, som omfatter en 6-brænder gas komfur / ovn, opvaskemaskine og køleskab med ismaskine. Yearly Expedition to Puerto Vallarta

Great pool! Grounds are well kept, unpretentious but relaxing and comforting. I particularly enjoyed the Petanga (Eugenia uniflora ?) which was ripe, beautiful and tasty! Very convenient location for walking. The folks on the staff were gracious, friendly and helpful.

Great to be back in Puerto Vallarta

Had to cancel twice because of Covid. Roman made the process stress free. The admin folks contacted me on the way in and were waiting when I arrived. The condo was well equipped, quiet and comfortable. I only used the A/C a few days the last week. The pool was great. Quite relaxed atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Look forward to getting back!

I'm glad Richard has a great stay at my condo. I understand his frustration with having to cancel twice due to Covid, however, the 1 star reflects on me and not Covid, so I wish he would've scored higher. Most of our past guests have enjoyed their stay and scored 3 or 4 stars. But would happily rent to Richard again.

Very nice place, looks better in person than what the pictures show

The place itself is great. The overall booking process (not the owner's fault, it's a VRBO issue) and getting to the unit and pre arrival communication was not so great...once you get there. Be careful putting the name of the condo into your Google map...it will take you up a circuitous route to a place that is not it. Finally realizing the actual location (addresses in Mexico are different than those in the US) got us to the spot. As I've been to Vallarta many times I took the city bus from the airport to Zona Romantica and walked from there. If I had the correct address I wouldn't have been as sweaty and exhausted upon arrival. Luckily I had cell service so was able to call the property management folks; there are a number of entrances to the place so finding the correct way in is also a hassle. If there had been a clear communication of how to get to the place and how to enter the property upon arrival would have saved a lot of problems. It was an adventure, a puzzle and a quest which could have been avoided again with some communication just prior to arrival. As mentioned the place is better than the pics. It is well appointed and one of the things that is awesome about this place is how the windows facing toward the beach direction all open so wide and are refreshing . The mild air temps allowed for a great breeze sitting in the living room and we left them open all night and didn't even need the a/c. So nice to be greeted with a complementary bottle of wine. THANKS! And though we didn't cook much there were all the necessary utensils and some basic spices to cover most meals. And the bathroom had some basic toiletries (possibly left from prior travelers who didn't want to bother with them at the airport.) The location was great, though heading to the clubs at night took us down some steps that in the dark had some folks hanging out that could have been a bit concerning if you're going it alone. There are other routes more populated and well lit that seemed safer. Again I've been to Vallarta many times and rarely felt unsafe. The pool area was only found on the last day. The unit is in a deceiving large complex so had to hunt for it. Not a big deal as we are in Vallarta for the beach. Although it took a while to discover the intricacies of the complex, I would happily stay there again...which would mean finding the place would be a snap next time. :-)

So very glad that you liked the condo, once you finally got there. Sorry that you felt communication was not great. You were sent a Welcome Letter about a month before your arrival that had the complete and correct address of the condo as well as letting you know what the cross streets are to ease location in Zona Romantica. Other renters have not mentioned they’ve had a problem finding the location. Would like to know how more I could improve upon this. You stress there could have been clearer communication. As I said a clear and detailed Welcome Letter was sent, and no questions were ever submitted asking for clarification. I would have happily clarified any misunderstandings. I’m glad you liked the complimentary bottle of wine, as this is the kind of detail that I like to think makes a difference to ones vacation. Although the complex comprises of 4 low rise buildings the grounds are not that large that require a map. A little discovery may have helped in your quest. There is a detailed binder in the condo with lots of information. Although, as you mention you were more interested in the beach during your 4 day stay.

Loma Del Mar

A very well appointed, beautifully furnished, perfectly located condo in the Romantic Zone. Just directly up from the Pier, it is close to the beach and all the amazing restaurants and nightlife. The owners are a delight to engage with and the management company is at the ready to help if necessary. All in all...it was idyllic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo is well located, only a few short minutes from everything. The condo itself had all we needed. The beds are comfortable too. The pool was great and its temper too. Check-in and checkout were very easy and the property management contact person was always reachable if needed . Thank you!

Great stay!

First rule of real estate - location! You cannot beat the location of the place! The condo is very well maintained, is very clean, is updated and spacious. The staff is extremely courteous and fun! Two drawbacks - no deck and the pool does not provide a sun set view. Big deal! You are in paradise at a great price with great people! I have stayed here 3 times and cannot wait to return. Recommended for couples, a couple with one or two preteens, or just a couple looking for a reignition of love! The owners are so accommodating - refreshing! Don't miss out on this steal!

Loved the condo, the view, the pool & sunset!

Loma del Mar A-13 Puerto Vallarta, Mexico April 12th—21st 2018 Wow, what a great spot. The condo was perfect for my husband, myself, son & his girlfriend! It was well equipped with everything we needed & then some! Roman answered our initial questions promptly & the Admin Homes Property Management staff were great! The heated pool was lovely at all times of the day! The location of the condo was unbelievable—close to beach, bars & restaurants! At the bottom of the hill turn right onto Olas Altas which will take you to the Malecon, Basillio Badillo St. (where the largest liquor store is) & the Lazaro Cardenas Park where the Sat market is held—which is a must—fresh bread, honey, food, crafts/art. If leaving the Old Town for P.V. Centro it is not far with lots of night time action…going over the bridge that connects the two areas, you will find the Rio Cuale Market half way over bridge by turning right & going down the stairs—Tequila tasting on the left & Oscars restaurant on right…keep going & market is a little further on. You will discover while in the market 2 suspended bridges—if you take the bridge on the right you will find a local fish market & a local spot to buy fresh tortillas with small markets close by. We bought & cooked red snapper & shrimp one night! YUM! Favourite restaurants: Gaby’s in P.V. Centro just off the Malecon—lovely outdoor patio, on Basillio Badillo you will find the Margarita Grill—lively & fun—great drinks & food as well as Da Simone--Italian where we had two lovely meals—yeah Tania! Tacos Revoluicon was a great place to stop on Olas Alta for a quick, cheap lunch. Our last night was at Bravos where we had an incredible meal! It was wonderful being in community every day, meeting the local people who are so welcoming & lovely. We loved Puerto Vallarta and all it offers and can’t wait to go back! Nice Condo

Great location. Good view of the ocean with the palm trees. Well equipped kitchen with newer appliances. The beds are comfortable and the bedding first class. Roman...... we had a wonderful 10 days at your condo.

Good living at Loma Del Mar

Enjoyed staying at condo A13 in Loma Del Mar. The view of the water is wonderful and all of the amenities in the condo made you feel like you are at home. The hill is a bit steep but if you are able to manage hills, this is a great location and a great condo.

Book this property and you will not regret it!

We had an all-around great experience staying at this property for four days for a family vacation with our adult son. Looking back we think the location was perfect as we were very close to Malecon and dozens of little restaurants to say nothing of the ocean. The apartment itself is very, very nice. It was ideal for our purposes - it was very well stocked up with all the necessities. The two bedrooms are quite far apart and both have an en-suite bathrooms which was extremely convenient. The apartment was very clean and everything was in working order. I loved the decor which is traditional Mexican. The living room is open concept and is a very nice place to hang out. I found the chairs very comfortable. The view from the windows is great and it was nice to have them open all the time. The condo grounds are very well maintained with plenty of landscaped green spaces and a great pool. The nearby construction did not bother us at all as we were out from morning till late afternoon anyway. The OXXO store next door was very convenient for buying some small items sometimes like water, gum or paper towels (the only household item missing when we arrive but not big deal, we bought a roll of them and it was more than enough). We have a very positive opinion of all the people with whom we interacted. The owner, Roman, and one of the property managers, Sarah, were very responsive and answered all the questions. We were greeted and seen off by Mario who showed us around and was willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I don't have any negative things to say about our whole experience. I think this is an amazing place to stay especially for a family or even two couples. Only keep in mind that this property is situated on a hill and if you have mobility problems, you might want to skip it. But for most people that would be no problem. We are an active couple in our 50s and we looooved all these stairs and steep hills. We went jogging to the Conchas Chinas beach 10 minutes away where you can have an amazing swim too.

Nice location and comfortable condo

If you want to be able to get around town this is a nice location. You can get to the beach in a few minutes. You right in town for the restaurants and you can head in several directions and get to interesting things from this central location. The unit is comfortable, not top notch but nice. It is a little noisy with the cars and trucks coming into town. However, you get a real nice view of part of the bay, town and palm trees. That we enjoyed in mornings, afternoons and evenings. We had a wonderful month in PV and the condo was nice. We've been to PV 6-8 and near stayed on month. This location and condo help to make for a wonderful return visit to PV. Enjoy.

Fabulous stay in condo at Loma del Mar!

We would highly recommend a stay in this condo! The whole experience of renting in Puerto Vallarta for our 10 night, then 12 night stay worked out very well. The owner, Roman, responded always very quickly and professionally from beginning to end via VRBO and email. The property management team and security were courteous and both check in and check out went smoothly. Roman and property management responded efficiently when we were at the airport to leave only to find our flight cancelled and we requested to book another 2 night stay until we could leave. Excellent customer service by Roman and all staff involved! The condo was just as described on VRBO - accurate photos. The condo unit was clean, had plenty of towels and well stocked supplies for the kitchen and laundry. Everything was in good working order with modern appliances. We appreciated having a safe in the condo for our passports and money. We felt comfortable and secure at the Loma del Mar complex. We were a group of two couples and a daughter sleeping on the couch - each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, which suited us all very well. The condo was spacious for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the open windows and often sat at the table by the window with a picturesque view of the old town and the pacific ocean with a breeze blowing in. The warm pool had easy access into the water and we had wonderful swims with shaded umbrellas on the deck. We saw gardeners busy each day keeping the grounds neat and beautiful. Lots of plants/trees around. The pool area was a quiet oasis. We were close to many restaurants down the hill in the old town area. We also shopped at Oxxo variety store, just outside the condo's main gate for basic kitchen staples for breakfast and snacks. Walking was a little tricky with cobblestones, uneven sidewalks and the steep hill, although you are close to many dining options and to the Malecon boardwalk along the ocean, where we watched several beautiful sunsets as well as from our condo view. One discovery we made was the funnicular/tram ride up and down the steep hill by the Pinnacle condos (open to all and pay a tip only) which greatly helped some people on humid and tiring days avoid the steep hill climb. We also used the local city bus - just outside the main gate for two day trips - one to Mismoloya Beach and one to the Botanical Gardens, both south of town. Vallarta Food Tour was great too. No hesitation to book this condo again when back in Puerto Vallarta!

It is just 2 blocks (or a 2 minute walk) from the famous Los Muertos beach just down the street to the pier. The famous Blue Chairs is a short walk to the south and the Malecon to the north.
