Lovely apartment

GREAT London flat!

This property was found to be EXACTLY as listed online - clean, with all of the comforts of home. The rental agency was extremely accommodating, easy to contact and responsive! Staying here really took our trip to London to a new level. We would stay at this exact flat again in a heartbeat!

Great location

The unit in Maida Vale, close to the Tube, making getting around really convenient. Bathrooms very nice. Furniture bit dated. Pull out couch not a good sleeping bed. Quiet and close to cute cafe. Enjoyed our stay.

Great flat and excellent location

This flat was perfect for our group of five. Location is great, just a 3 min walk to Warwick tube stop gets you pretty much anywhere in London with relative ease. Neighborhood is really nice with great restaurants (we recommend Red Pepper) and pubs within a short walk. Balcony overlooking private park was a little tight, but nice to have outdoor space. Overall a great flat and excellent location.

Nice, quiet, comfortable place, close to the Tube.

We enjoyed it here. The neighborhood was pleasant, and only a short walk to the Tube and grocery store. We even walked to Abbey Road Studios, which was about 5 blocks! It was upstairs, but there is a lift. Bathrooms were very nice, and this flat had everything we needed. I would stay there again!

Amazing Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property! The location is perfect! It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and only a few min walk to the nearest tube station and a short ride to Central London all the sights. The only downside is that the key pick up and drop off is not done using a lockbox but a local business that’s about a 10 min walk from the property. Would still definitely stay here again!

Great location

Our family of 6 (2 parents and 4 teens) enjoyed this apartment. The location is great--very close to two subway stations and with some cute shops and restaurants literally around the corner. We had to use the sofa bed to accommodate us all, but it worked out fine. I'm sure the patio overlooking the park is a great place to sit and eat in the summer, but it was a little too cold and rainy for us on this winter trip. We would stay here again.

Super clean and great location

The flat was super clean. The tube station was just a block away and provided quick access to central London. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Just around the corner were a couple of shops (bodega, mini hardware store) and a couple of restaurants and a quaint cafe that we had breakfast in every morning. A+

Wow

We love London and Paddington and this flat in particular turned out to be the perfect temporary home for us. As advertised, it was clean, the Veeve staff are all very responsive, and the flat has all the accoutrements you could want for a longer stay like ours. We can’t say enough for the living space or for the neighborhood. Easy access to the underground, too. Warwick station is a short walk away.

Superb property

We thought everything about this property was outstanding. It is a couple of steps from a small shopping area and five minutes walk up the Clifton Road to Boots, Sainsbury Express, etc. Three minutes walk to Warwick Tube (Bakerloo Line). Neighborhood is quiet. Nice restaurants in area both on high streets and by taking right out of building and walking to roundabout. Property itself is superbly appointed. We would stay again and look forward to returning.

Great property for family

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious property for a family of 5 with lots of natural light. Photos really convey the property well. Excellent location, very nice neighborhood and close to the Warwick Ave. tube station. It worked well for a family with three kids, ages 13-18. For improvement: the communication with the management office was a little confusing and duplicative (multiple, similar emails and calls from different people), and it was disappointing not to know that we wouldn't have access to the beautiful outdoor space/private park.

Perfect place in great location

We spent a week in this flat with our 2 sons and their girlfriends. The location is beautiful and just steps from the tube which made it so easy to explore the city. The flat is lovely and the kitchen has everything (including a nesspresso and several coffee presses - very important for coffee lovers!). The canals of little Venice are just a couple blocks away and a lovely stroll along the canals to Paddington station. There is a small grocery a few blocks away and a couple of little stores right on the block. The Prince Alfred pub is right outside the door and a great place for a pint after a long day of exploring.The flat’s layout was nice for three couples and the outside patio is adorable, looking over a lovely park. I would highly recommend this rental and will try to get it again for myself if we come back to London.

Nice apartment but needs to change the cleaning team

We stayed in this apartment before and it was impeccable. Comfortable, large with a terrace giving on a wonderful garden, well equipped and managed by a very efficient team. But this time, the cleanliness of the apartment was far to be what it used to be. A lot of dust, floors were dirty and there was a funny smell. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect!

For a unit of this price level, the quality of the couches and especially the beds was really disappointing. It is listed as 3 bedrooms, but the third room is an old school sofa bed stained yellow. It is inconceivable that someone thinks they can get away with renting out at this price and have such a cheap, old and low quality sort of bed. The master has a super soft mattress, which is a challenge for my back. So, beware of that. One of the couches in the living room is also stained and yellow and old and just not appropriate for this kind of price. The location is great, and the kitchen and terrace are very enjoyable. But if someone is renting this out as a business, they owe it to renters to handle their place properly and upgrade clearly outdated and low quality furniture. They also could do the basics of having a decent drying rack for the laundry, but even something that easy and inexpensive was cheap and low quality. The owner clearly believes they can get away with a great location (which it is) and just not investing or doing any more and leave furniture from literally generations ago they likely got for free. More must be done. This is an expensive unit and could be very nice if done properly.

Super appartement dans quartier calme mais proche de la station de métro, parfaitement équipé, fonctionnel et avec beaucoup de charme. Epiceries et restaurants dans une rue juste à coté! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable..

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in guter Lage

Einigermaßen ruhig. Pubs und Frühstücksgelegenheiten in der Nähe. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Technik in der Wohnung ein wenige gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kleiner Balkon. Gut geeignet für bis zu 3 Personen.

Best trip to London; made fabulous by this property!

Great airy bright property. Spacious. Quiet street yet within steps of everything we could want. Little Venice is an inner London gem. We'll be back.

Extraordinary!

We got lost just a few blocks from the property when we first arrived, and I called the service desk. They were able to get us going in the right direction. We were met by Csaba, who showed us the property and gave us some useful information. The property was very nice, clean, and gave us a sense of home. The neighborhood in Little Venice was nice and quiet, and pleasant to walk through. We enjoyed it very much. I met Taran, a maintenance manager for Veeve, on the sidewalk one day, and he was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely stay at this property again, and definitely use Veeve.
