Frisk og solrig strandhus med 4 soveværelser: Master w King, 2- Queen, 1 Bunk, 2 Twin. Fuldt udstyret spisekøkken og formel spisestue til god plads til hele familien. Solrig stue med 50 "fladskærms-tv, færdig kælder med 42" fladskærm giver alle mulighed for at have den plads, de har brug for, selv på en regnvejrsdag. Den over store have med gynge og udendørs opholdsrum er perfekt til at spille kickball og sippe din margarita efter dagen på stranden! Skyl strandsand i udendørs bruser. Nyd at gå til middagen på et af de mange gode lokale spisesteder, eller lave mad på grillen & fyr op i ildstedet for s'mores om natten! Great Place!

Great place with a good location. There were a lot of ants throughout the kitchen area, but overall a very clean and nice place!

Great property in a nice little beach community

Great house and location. Plenty of space for our whole family and it was well laid out. The house was well stocked and furnished with everything we needed including beach supplies. Sea Girt is a great little beach town with everything you need close by. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant. This location is at the top of my list when we return.

Great vacation

Clean house with a great back yard. Great location close the beach and some great restaurants. Property owner is a great host.

Family Reunion

This vrbo was perfect spot for our small family reunion. Plenty of space in a nice neighborhood with easy access to groceries and parks. Melinda was easy to get in contact with when we had any questions. It was a wonderful stay!

Great Family Wedding Weekend.

We had a family wedding and needed a place for our three children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. This house was well laid out, has a great fenced in backyard and was clean. The location was perfect for all our events. We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Perfect location in Manasquan, Sea Girt, Spring Lake Area. House in great shape - feels like a home, not a rental. Very responsive and courteous hosts. Great backyard for kids and dogs!

See, Hear, Now

We rented the house for a group of friends going to Sea, Hear, Now Music Festival. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, fully stocked. It was close to the house, and the town itself was adorable. Manasquan had great shopping. It was only 7 miles to Asbury, which made it perfect for the festival.

Great house for a large family!

Our family needed a place to stay for my brother's wedding. The house and location were perfect. It was clean, well-stocked and had plenty of room for our extended family. Melinda was kind and communicated well. She generously dropped off an item we needed on the wedding day. Highly recommend!

Jersey shore reunion

We came down to spend a week at the shore with our cousins from Sea Girt and Manasquan. Had a wonderful week! The house was lovely- clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is large and great for kids. Melinda was wonderful and came right away when we needed something. Will definitely stay again:)

Marvelous stay in Manasquan

My family had a beautiful week in this lovely home. Clean, comfortable and roomy with a great backyard our resident dog loved. The home is a walk into Sea Girt town and a five minute ride to the beautiful Sea Girt beach. Melinda was a wonderful host! The four beach passes were a really nice plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable house in great neighborhood

We loved this house and all the amenities! We were only here for two nights, but we were very comfortable and happy we found this little gem in Manasquan! Some of the toilet seats could be replaced but overall a very nice and comfortable house! Highly recommend!

Beach Vacay 2024

The property was in a very nice area. It met all of our expectations. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. Fenced in back yard was amazing. We have a special needs child and she absolutely loved it!! Even my 17 yr old zaid it was a great house. Very spacious. Definitely staying again!

Fun Fun Fun

We had our entire family of all ages. We took full advantage of the beautiful backyard. It had a table with umbrella and many chairs for our outside breakfast together and when the younger ones finished eating they ran to the nice playground in the yard while we continued our breakfast more leisurely with them in easy eye sight.

Great time at the Shore!

Melinda and Dan were great hosts! They answered all my many many questions prior to check in to ensure we had an easy and comfortable stay. The house was very clean and exactly as it was described. The street is very quiet and a quick drive to get to the beach and all major supermarkets and restaurants. Will definitely be back again!

Unfortunate reason to need a VRBO but a fortunate find and wonderful stay

A few branches of our family needed to come to the area for a funeral. We certainly didn’t think we would find such a lovely home on short notice. The house was perfect, comfy, lots of bedrooms and space for everyone to both be together and be alone. The yard was a great place for us all to relax. The host could not have been kinder..

Beautiful and Welcoming House

Our stay was great - the property was as described in the listing, clean, well-maintained, and had a great kitchen. The owner was attentive and friendly. The beach was close to the property and it was everything we needed for a good mix of business and pleasure. The only reason I didn't give a fifth star was because part of the basement was under construction, but it was still a usable area.

Jersey shore Christmas vacation

Relocated to TN and returned to the area to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. Manasquan has been a favorite for us due to proximity to the beach and great restaurants. Melinda was very accommodating and communicative. Definitely would look to return. Melinda even decorated the house for the holidays

Perfect for a short family trip to the shore

We were coming down for a family reunion and needed somewhere spacious to stay and use as a base to get around. The home is immaculately clean and smelled great! Loads of rooms and bathrooms so no one was on top of each other. It's a really sweet neighbourhood, very safe, close to downtown with some great food and breakfast options. Lovely sized garden. We didn't cook there, so can't really comment on the kitchen, but seemed large and clean, and with anything you would need to serve food. We really enjoyed our stay.

4 days in August

Lucked out with the weather. 3 of 4 great beach days. Owner provided beach tags/chairs/umbrellas and bikes. House was a short drive to beach access with tons of parking. Sea Girt beach is great and not overcrowded. House is walking distance to Rod’s which is much improved since major renovation. Short ride to SL town, St Stephens, Pier 9 and Dolce Vita. House is on a quiet street though tight for parking multiple cars. Seems like a few homes are all year round residents who aren’t thrilled w renters but didn’t negatively impact our stay.

Wonderful Location

The house and backyard were great. Very spacious and well equipped. Basement was perfect for a family with small children or a group of teenagers. The host gave us her Keurig since we brought K-cups and the house one was broken. Only complaint is the website says communal pool/Spring Lake Beach & pool, which was not the case. There were beach passes to Sea Girt , but no pool passes. Otherwise totally recommend this property.

Great time for all

What a great week we had at this property. The house is exactly as described and can accommodate comfortably 3 couples, 4 kids and 2 dogs. The backyard is a fantastic place and has a shed where you will find almost everything you need, from extra tables to (10) bicycles of various sizes. Sea Girt Beach is about 6 minutes by bicycle and 4 minutes by car. No problem finding a free parking space at Sea Girt Beach. The weather was great and the neighbors were very nice. Absolutely no complain. Thank you Melinda for having us.

Visiting Home

We had a fabulous time on our vacation in Manasquan. We were born and raised there, but moved away decades ago. This house felt like home from the minute we arrived. It was lovely, comfortable and conveniently close to everything. I highly recommend this home.

I have been enjoying the Spring Lake, Sea Girt & Manasquan beaches for over 20 years. I understand that as a renter you want to be in a clean & fresh home with the space and amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I work hard to ensure everything you require is available in the house so that you feel at home and don't have to over pack. Each year I invest in an upgrade to the home. I have an excellent cleaning staff that takes pride in ensuring the home is spotless for each arriving guest. The house is equipped with linens & towels, but if you prefer to bring your own, that is perfectly fine!

The location of this property is outstanding for a family that wants to be close to the beach, have a fenced yard for the kids and enough space for the extended family - all at an affordable price. 4 adult beach passes included, bikes in the shed, swing set and a closet full of games make for fun times, rain or shine. I prefer to bike to the beach but there is ample parking if you prefer to drive the 1.2 miles to Spring Lake South pavilion or 1 mile to Sea Girt Beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Although the address of the home is Manasquan, the closest access to the beach is the Sea Girt beach which is within walking distance. The home is on a quiet street centrally located within walking distance to the shops, restaurants & bars of Sea Girt and Manasquan.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

All utilities in the price: INCLUDING Internet and cable. If you choose to order movies from Verizon I will bill you for any special purchase, but we keep many DVDs in the home so finding a 'free' movie is easy! We also provide all linens, towels, variety of spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc.. I try to keep the kitchen fully stocked with quality products.

If you require Baby items: I have a full size crib which I can have brought in and setup ($30 Setup fee), there is a high chair and if you need other items we can provide the name/number of a rental company in the area that will deliver and pick up.

The house is lovely and has a "Fresh & Comfortable Beach" feel.
