Wonderfully clean, beautifully presented property throughout. The pictures can't do it justice! The hosts were easily contactable prior to our stay and even during! Spacious bedrooms and closets were extremely welcome. Fabulous kitchen, with every utensil you could think of. Within 30 mins drive of the theme parks, really convenient location. Our children didn't want to leave (the pool), would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you so much Daffyd and Nia for lending us your stunning home.

Lovely villa

The villa was wonderful - location was excellent for Disney and non theme park outings - easy access to both the gulf and space coasts. It was a lovely quiet location and the pool area and views of the lake behind were just what we needed after a busy day. The villa had everything we needed and was spotless. We would Definately stay again.

Very Good

The villa was as described, and lovely and clean, with all the utensils for a self catering stay. It is further out than where we have previously stayed but didn’t distract from the enjoyment.

Awsome

The time I spent at Bridgewater Crossing was perfect. The house is awesome, the pool and tub perfect. Minors' cleaning issues didn't affect our stay. They allowed early check-in which helped A LOT. Definitely, I recommend staying there.

Location is perfect and close to anything you could possibly want. Home is comfortable and the pool area along with the home have been beautifully maintained. I have exactly 12 minutes left in my stay and my only complaint is that I didn’t make my stay longer.

Great time had by all

Owner was great to answer questions, property in great order throughout. Lovely location would love to go back but booked up for July! Would recommend to anyone. Met the local maintenance company when they visited to clean pool, they are from the UK and were very nice and happy to answer any questions, Pool area is lovely plenty of sun loungers and shade for when too hot. Thank you Nia for a great stay.

We had a fantastic week at this property

. The house is roomy, the Lanai is perfect and the pool/tub makes it a complete package. Kids had fun biking in the neighborhood, looking for gators in the many ponds (saw a big one), the owners are very fast in replying and super helpful. Loved it!

The owner and management were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns during my stay. Pool maintenance came twice during my week stay which was a plus shows cleanliness. Home was very comfortable and spacious more than expected. Bring your own toiletries, garbage bags, wash cloths, paper towel etc. Will definitely be staying again. Beautiful location

Bridgewater Crossing is a quiet neighbourhood studded with lakes which breaks up the housing and gives aesthetic appeal. This villa looks ordinary from the front, but when out in the pool area it looks over grass and small lake. The property on one side is fenced and on the other it is too far away to matter. The pool is a good size, the spa a treat and the pool area is ample. Inside it is comfortable with four bedrooms and all facilities and a decent sized TV. All in all an excellent property.

Delightful, except ...

Delightful except for the location of the property documents - hidden in the shag (not an american description of a room). Would recommend putting a copy on the counter in the kitchen. We waited 4 days to figure out there was WIFI ... otherwise delightful! We would stay there again.

Nice enough place. Needs some maintenance to make it very nice. Sliding doors did not lock, all blinds need replaced, trashy old pool solar cover laying outside. Batteries and light bulbs need replaced. Little bit of work and it would be very nice.

EXCELLENT

There were 3 of us so the 3 bathrooms meant that we could in effect have an ensuite each. The house was spacious. Kitchen utensils plentiful although we ate out mainly. New wifi reliable. Good quiet neighbourhood with views across the lake. Hosts were easy and quick to deal with Highlight was the large pool and spa.Air conditioning and fans worked well. Overall one of the best houses we have stayed in in Orlando area

Amazing location

We have just returned from a ten night stay at this villa and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a very quiet and beautiful area with lovely views over the lake at the back of the property. Great for spotting wild life. The villa was lovely very homely and well equipped with all you need for your stay. The star of the show for us was the amazing outside area. Lovely clean pool and plenty of seating and sun bathing areas. We spent most of our holiday outside enjoying the sun and views. Both Nia and her management team were very helpful and answered queries promptly. Thanks again Aly and Ian
