Fantastic stay

When we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist and our guide, Simon. Simon guided us back to the cabin and showed us around. Our group could not get over the luxurious accommodations and amenities. From there we enjoyed an evening of shooting and bowling. The following morning we ran through the Sporting Clay course that was by far world class. Great people and great accommodations made for an amazing experience through and through!

Amazing Experience!

My family and I recently stayed at The Lanes and we were blown away! I usually don't write reviews, but I had too for this, the pictures do not do the place justice. The house is stunning, the amount of details and work done to make this spot so special are very impressive. The kids were thrilled to have their own bowling alley, private fish pond, a stream in the back yard, and ATVs to play on. We never heard once about the lack of tablets, phones, etc. that we took away for the duration of the visit (even though there is wi-fi available). We spent the nights around a small fire cooking smores and enjoying the relaxing accommodations. We have been all over North America traveling in the past, but now that we know of the The Lanes in Central Michigan, which is only a few hours away, I think we will be spending more time bowling (my boys are now convinced they need their own bowling balls) at Meemo's in the future. Thank you Meemo's for a wondering visit, it was just what we needed!

Didn’t want to leave

Rented because of in-house bowling alley as bucket list item for my brother with cancer and brought my son and one of his friends as a spring break treat. The property inside and out was amazing. On a hike there were swans in one of the many water areas. Everything you need is there. They offer catering. We went to the grocery (plan a 20 minute drive) and grilled and used the kitchen. Touches like heated floors in the bathrooms and pond lights to enjoy the view in the evening spoiled us.

Relaxing getaway

We loved the beauty and remote location of the Lanes. We enjoyed various activities such as fishing, nature walks, campfires, bowling and star gazing in the hot tub. We didn't want to leave because we had some much fun reconnecting and relaxing with our friends and family. We were impressed with the helpful and responsive staff. We even got fresh veggies from the gardener. We hope to stay there again soon.

Relaxing Weekend Get Away

Property was immaculate and very relaxing. We took my in-laws for Father's Day and also for their anniversary that was coming up. The bowling was awesome, they provide shoes and balls, but you can also bring your own. The bathrooms were great (very nice showers and include towel warmers!) We had the king size bed which was really comfortable and my in-laws said their bed was comfortable too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we're definitely up for going back. We would like to try and book the lodge when it is done being renovated and look forward to trying out the food that the chefs will come and prepare.

Amazing Get-a-way House

Our experience at the Lanes at Meemo's Farm and Retreat was fantastic - we highly recommend it. The house was beautiful, well equipped, lots of modern amenities, and super clean. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing with the large screen TV, we loved bowling in the basement bowling alley, taking hikes around the property, fishing in the property ponds and also had a fun time sitting by the fire pit in the back yard. Meemo's has great options for activities, we rode ATV's on the expansive property, and learned how to shoot skeet! Evart is a very small town but the grocery store had most of what we needed - and the next town 10 min. away had the rest. Traverse City is about 1 hr. 20 min., we really enjoyed discovering the downtown area. If you want a great place to relax and get away from the hectic daily life - and spend time in beautiful wooded secluded area - this is the place for you. Our family loved our entire experience - thank you to the team at Meemo's who are very focused on helping you have a great time!

My family and I stayed at the Lanes over Fathers day weekend. We had a great time the house is awesome!!! We all loved the house. Had a great time on the 4 wheelers!! Also did some shooting at the range. Every one had fun bowling!! Nice work out area and hot tube. Very relaxing and we will be back!! The staff at Meemo's was very helpful and nice folks.
