Fantastisk, ren condo enhed er 1033 sq ft med to soveværelser, to bad / bruser, 2 master walk in closets og vaskerum i charmerende samfund i Venetian Palms.
Ejendommen ligger på anden sal (ingen elevator).

Nyt køkken installeret i maj 2017.
Nyt brusebad, toiletskåle og forfængelighed installeret i april 2018.
Ny gulvinstallation i stuen blev udført i december 2018.
Bruseløs glasdør til bruser blev installeret i januar 2019.
Der er helt nye madrasser i begge soveværelser.
2 soveværelse condo komfortabelt plads til 4 personer. Gæsterne har valget mellem at nyde 2 opvarmede pools og et boblebad, en veloplyst tennisbane, fitnessklub, smukt klubhus, ping pong-bord og en sandvolleyballbane. Ejendommen tillader to parkeringspladser; en overdækket, en afdækket (uden tag). Bilvaskudstyr i nærheden (skal betale).
Centralt beliggende ved Hwy 41, 8+ miles fra strande som Fort Myers, Sanibel og Captiva Island, 12 miles væk fra lufthavnen, tæt på shopping, restauranter og golf.
Det leveres med et fuldt udstyret køkken, opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine-tørretumbler og screenet lanai for at nyde aften solnedgange.
Kabel-tv (basic) og Wi-Fi-internet (basic) vil være tilgængelige efter anmodning mod ekstra gebyrer.
Baggrundskontrol er påkrævet for amerikanske lejere i VP Association.

Our unit was clean and welcoming. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond .

The property was quiet and centrally located to shopping, restaurants and activities around Ft Myers. The pool was fabulous and within a short walk from our unit. Second floor units are very hard for seniors and would not recommend. It isn’t exactly child friendly as the complex has low tolerance for children. Our unit had everything we needed although closer grills would have been nice. Covered Parking was available for each unit. A less creaky bed and blackout shades to darken bedroom from security light is a must.

Jolanta was handling the rental and was wonderful about responding to any questions promptly. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. The unit was exactly as it appears in the pictures and we enjoyed the community.

not setup as rental or vacation friendly...human droolers😩 & pet owners beware🐾

rental not really setup or welcoming for vacationers, lots of closet space unavailable for use due to owner's belongings marked " do not touch", lanai only had 2 chairs. no beach towels, lawnchairs, or bikes for use, many other units we saw while there, very well equipped for the long term renter (2mos).Mattress was uncomfortable due to extra foam pad on top of the mattress cover that made the queen feel like a double because it wasn't the correct size, therefore the sheets didn't fit properly and bed linens constantly slipping off by the morning. the owner charged us extra from our damage deposit because a few dog hairs got on the mattresses cover and few yellow ( drool ) stains on pillows (2) by us humans...maybe pillow protectors would have been a better investment by the owner. Owner has unrealistic expectations, rules when renting her property....find someone else at the Venetian Palms, very expensive for what you get! Grief!

Unfortunately, a malicious review is not surprising. What is surprising is the majority of the complaints that Janet has listed - they were not once mentioned throughout the stay. However, food for thought - thank you. During the stay, Janet had communicated that the condo was lovely and that they were extremely invested in booking the same condo for another two months next year. It seems odd that this opinion has changed since we’ve deducted from their deposit due to damage caused following a breakage of the house and pet rules they had signed when moving in. This stay was not a pleasant and relaxing experience for us. As Janet and Sheila were moving in, it came to our attention via the condo’s Association that they had deceived us regarding the number of dogs that were staying with them. It turned out that they had hidden a four month old, untrained and unneutered puppy. This is obviously an increased damage risk, especially as we had just purchased a whole lot of new furniture for the condo. At this point, if we were to follow VRBOs policies, we had the right to refuse entry to the condo and still charge Janet and Sheila for the stay due to the late notice cancellation. However, we’re human, and following a conversation with an emotional Janet, we trusted them to stick to some easy rules that ensured less risk of damage. No pets on the furniture (sofas, beds etc) was our number one rule, which Janet and Sheila had a completely understood and agreed with. Once the stay had come to a finish and they had moved out, our cleaner had reported back with pictures of the mattress cover absolutely riddled in dog fur, along with large yellow stains on the pillows. For the first time since owning the property, we reduced our guests’ deposit to cover the cost of these items. Janet and Sheila took offence to this, naming our cleaner a scammer... until they were presented with the images. We’d like potential guests to make their own opinions of this review. We are also happy to answer any questions regarding our hospitality and facilities. Please get in touch, we like to think that we are understanding and welcoming owners. Kind regards, Ona & Jolanta

Venetian palms property is very well maintained. Nice landscaping and 2 very nice pools.

The location was close to shopping,theatre,Publix and easy access to all the main roads. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable.

It was wonderful.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Venetian Palms. The condo met all of our expectations, and the complex had a lot of activities available. Tennis, ping pong, swimming, and even horseshoes. We also noted that all the neighbors were very friendly. The owner was very nice, responsive, and helpful.

We enjoyed our 2018 two month winter stay at this property

My spouse and I booked this property for the months of February and March 2018. We very much enjoyed our stay there. It is centrally located in Fort Myers, close to everything including the beaches. The community within which it is located has an abundance of lush vegetation, trees and palms with nice landscaping throughout which we appreciated very much. The pools on the property allowed us to meet a large number of snowbirds to socialize with and become friends. Although this property is located in an older community, it was very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs for two months. We felt at home there very quickly. The owner of the property was wonderful to deal with. The day after hurricane Irma passed through Fort Myers in the fall of 2017, the owner was in touch with us to advise us that her property had not suffered any damage, hence our stay there would not be affected. When we arrived we found that there was a problem with television reception. The owner went far beyond the call of duty to ensure that this problem was rectified. She stayed in touch during our stay to make sure everything was in order. It is a safe community with very nice and friendly people. Very enjoyable two months away from winter. P.G. Oakville Ontario

Great winter get-a-way

We stayed here Feb-Mar 2017 and had a wonderful time. The condo is neat and properly furnished (a.k.a. comfortable furniture) and just minutes away from everything. The owner stayed in contact with us to make sure we were happy, and has a handyman nearby who can respond right away if he's needed. The immediate neighbors were extremely nice and overall the residents of the entire complex were very welcoming. We're still in touch with some of the friends we met while there. Everything about this place was great and we highly recommend it.

Comfortable apartment and centrally located in Fort Myers

This apartment was pretty comfortable for my boyfriend and I. We stayed for 2 months. Of course, we would have preferred to have our own furniture , but Jolanta keeps a very clean apartment. She was easy to get in touch with and checked in with us often. She requested pictures be sent to her a couple of times to be sure we were keeping the apartment to her liking. Parking was easy in the complex, as well.

Venetian Palms

My husband and I spent 6 weeks here and totally enjoyed it. The location is central to everything -- the beach, Florida attractions, etc., and supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and shopping is all within walking distance. The complex has all of the amenities, and a group that organizes fun activities. The onsite staff is friendly and helpful, and the people are great. A really fun place to stay, and we highly recommend it.
