Velkommen til dit hjem væk fra hjemmet med havudsigt! Vores er en 3-værelses, 3 komplet badeværelse, to etager, hav foran lejligheden beliggende på klitterne, kun få skridt ned ad stien til din egen private strand! Nyd solnedgange, havliv og hvidt vand surf fra familieværelse, spisestue, køkken og soveværelse.

Vi har arbejdet hårdt for at gøre denne ejendom til en trøstende velkomst til stranden med al den tekniske bekvemmelighed, du måtte ønske. Fra det øjeblik du ankommer, behøver du ikke bekymre dig om nøgler. Den digitale hoveddørlås giver alle i dit parti, og kun dem i dit parti, adgang til huset uden behov for en nøgle.

Nyt i marts 2016 er to af vores badeværelser blevet renoveret fra den absolutte grund op. Ingen omkostninger blev skånet for at bringe moderne præg på vores tilbagetog ved havet, herunder natursten og italiensk porcelænsflise, et toilet på væggen, regnbruserhoved og indgang til låve.

Hvert soveværelse inviterer dig til at slappe af på en ny hukommelse med skummadras. I stuen og alle soveværelser er der fladskærms-tv med satellit-service, en DVD-afspiller og streaming medieafspiller, herunder adgang til Netflix, Pandora, HULU, Amazon Prime Video og andre populære tjenester. Soveværelset nedenunder er en unik overraskelse for børnene og børnene i hjertet med et arkadeskab i cocktail-stil, der indeholder Pac-Man og 59 andre digitale distraktioner, du måske husker fra begyndelsen af videospilets æra. Det fuldt udstyrede køkken giver dig de nødvendige ting, du har brug for for at få ethvert måltid på bordet. Gården tilbyder siddepladser og en grill til grill. WiFi og 5G-netværk tilgængelige!

We enjoy our stay at this amazing home. It was extremely clean and beautiful. Pictures didn't do it justice. Loved the view from the master bedroom, even saw dolphins playing near the shoreline. Perfect location as it wasn't far from all the festivities.

The sunset water views are spectacular, unfortunately, our week fell when the Tsunami watch was issued. The HOA security made us feel secure with notifications and directions in case of an evacuation.

The view of the ocean was everything. A quick walk on a boardwalk to be at the beach. The waves were a sight to behold.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had the most amazing stay! The hosts were so wonderful and very thorough. This house is the best equipped kitchen/home we have ever stayed in. It had everything we could possibly need, even nice pans. The community is quiet and lovely. The beach was absolutely gorgeous!! 10/10 recommend.

Great location, relaxing time

Stayed here while visiting the Monterey Aquarium. We were originally planning on staying right in Monterey or Pacific Grove but so glad we found this property. Just a great location. Quiet relaxing time by the ocean. Nice that it is in a gated community with not a lot of traffic. Will definitely go back next time we visit Monterey.

Great location

Great location with a short walk to the sand. Easy drive to Monterey, and Castroville had lots of great places to eat. The security guards at the HOA were very nice and helpful. The property had all the amenities we expect of a vacation rental, which made packing easy and food prep simple.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Plenty of space for us and two other couples, breath taking view, comfy beds, owners are so helpful if you can’t figure something out and has a very homey vibe. We look forward to staying here again!

Location is what you’re paying for. Most lovely beach with hardly a soul in sight. some minor inconveniences about the house but nothing major. The home has no ac which is typicalof most beach houses, but, with two smallchildren, on the warmer days, leaving windows open can be too unpredictable. Some room fans would be great especially in the back room where there isn’t much of a breeze. Some windows were missing blind sleeves and in the master, the blinds that you push up and pull down to operate did not work at all and unfortunately they were on the only window that opened obstructing the view and the airflow, some. The place had a lot of wear and tear however I will say, it still managed to feel pretty clean. Like I said, small things that could only improve the stay because it really is such a special location.

Condo was great and we enjoyed our stay. However, although the weather was pleasant it did get warm in the condo at night and there was no air or fans. We considered leaving a window open in the master BR but it didn’t have a screen.

Epic Location and Pristine Unit

This is our second time staying in this complex, but our first at this property. It was everything and more. The photos don’t do it justice. The layout was great - two bedrooms upstairs for us and our smaller child and the downstairs one for our older child. The view from the dining area and master are exceptional. Everything was clean and neat and in great working order, which is rare for a rental these days. Communication was great with the hosts! We would 100% recommend and will stay again on our next visit.

Beautiful and Peaceful

The property was beautiful and the setting was so peaceful and serene. We were in for my son's wedding in Monterey and unfortunately the first few days we just needed a luggage depository, a place to clean up, change and sleep. The last day and 1/2 we were able to relax and enjoy the property. The climate/temperature was fantastic! The ocean breeze and the sound of the wave were the only sounds heard. My son and I decided it would have been the perfect place to live during the COVID lock down. The property was close enough to anything you might need or want to do, i.e. cannery row, Monterey Aquarium, but far enough out that you could truly relax. I would like to thank the owner's for sharing their piece of paradise!

Peacefull beachside location

We were in town for Rennsport so didn't spend much time at the condo. We did like the location, hearing the ocean at night was nice and watching the sunrise light up the waves was serene. Wish we would have been around during the day to enjoy the beach or watch a sunset. The bed and bathroom in the upstairs front bedroom were comfortable, I didn't hear any complaints about the rest from others in my group. Though we didn't use it the kitchen seemed well equipped. I appreciated the provided k-cups and keurig as I didn't bring my own coffee.

We had a fun and relaxing trip to this beautiful oceanfront condo! Security at the property was great. Even ended up cancelling initial plans to drive to Monterey for a fancy dinner, as we didn't want to leave even for a few hours! Loved the school of dolphins that dropped by to frolic in the waves, along with an interesting variety of avian species crossing the skies in front of us. Recommend!!!

The location is great and the view is amazing. The unit needs updated. The carpet is dirty and stained. The master bathroom needs updated too. We did not have enough bath towels. I recommend placing 3 bath towels per bathroom. The upstairs 2nd bath had no bath towels at all.

The check in went smoothly other than my difficulties accessing information on the VRBO site. It kept wanting to direct me to the page to rent the site. It is not likely to be a problem if I use VBRO again in the future. The front door key pad worked fine. The hosts (John and Lisa) were very prompt in responding to my questions. The kitchen was very well laid out and stocked. One of the best that I have had in a vacation rental. Great for 6 persons. The living room was comfortable for gathering and conversations. The bedrooms were good for a beach house. The bathrooms had limited shelf space and some problems with sink and shower drains, but nothing serious. Overall it was a fine location. In addition to the washer and dryer they provided an iron and ironing board - and distilled water for the iron! :- )

This beach property has been in our family for over 20 years. As kids, we remember taking family vacations to Monterey Dunes Colony. We enjoyed spending time together in the sweet sanctuary of the private beach...a beach that is so private, it feels as if it is your very own.

We made memories on the sands of this beach, watching dolphins, otters and even whales swim by! We collected sea shells and sand dollars and giggled as tiny, digging crabs left behind bubbles in the sandy surf. We built driftwood forts and elaborate sand castles - we dug endless holes and studied everything that washed ashore. We delighted in the snowy plover running so fast they seemed to be on wheels. And after watching birds fly home for the night across an orange sunset, we ran excitedly into the house for hot chocolate and a warm bubble bath.

As adults, we find serenity with each inhale of ocean breeze and relax as we gaze at the sunset horizon that brings a crisp moon to watch over the diamond studded sky. We are grateful to be able to share this magical place and we welcome you here to find peaceful retreat and make special memories of your own.
