Vacation

I thought the place was very nice. I thought the location was great. I loved being able to see the beach from the pool. I thought that staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect

Lourdes is the best host I have ever dealt with I cannot say anything bad about her. The condo is exactly how she describes and she always got back to me with any questions I had.

Fantastic! Top apartment and host.

What a great apartment! Very clean, as new. Everything you need for a stay is available, even new showergel, handsoap and dishwashing liquid was present. The location is also great! Right on the beach in a fairly quiet area but with amenities within walking distance. Nice pool in the garden. The contact with the host is very accessible, both before and during the stay she provides clear information and is very easily accessible! We met at the apartment, where we even got a welcome gift. We absolutely recommend this apartment!

The perfect place

Lourdes was very professional very helpful, she make us feel like home.. I been making reservations thru vrbo for years know but Lourdes property it’s been the cleanest, and Lourdes always been In contact for anything we needed we definitely coming back..

Fabulous experience!

I cannot say enough nice things about Lourdes and her condo. It is exactly as it is described. We arrived to a spotless condo and check in could not have been easier! Communication with Lourdes was perfect! I felt confident at all times she would be available if needed. The little touches that she added made us feel so welcome and we had everything we needed to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. This is our third time using VRBO and Lourdes is by far our best experience yet! Thank you so much for everything! I can recommend her and her property with complete confidence! :)

Hidden GEM

This property is a hidden gem! It is right on the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Lourdes was a pleasure to coordinate with. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions promptly. Very sweet and professional lady. Perfect for couples and small families. We will definitely be back very soon ❤

Great!

Location was great. Everyone around us was friendly. Views were nice. Owner of place was awesome and attentive to us and our stay. Would 100% recommend and come back.

Beautiful location!

The place was super clean, and an easy walk down to the beach. Lourdes was very thoughtful, checking in on us throughout the entire trip. Thank you so much for a great stay!! Highly recommend.

Just like the photos

I had a great stay here while visiting for a few days. The place was clean and had all the necessities. I especially was thankful for the beach chair, beach umbrella and cooler available. No, there isn't any good views from the windows, but the location was great to venture out to.

Fantastic Sunny Isles

Excellent! Lourdes provided us with everything we could possibly need, even some cold bottled water on our arrival! The apartment was immaculate, the beds comfortable, the pillows lush, and we loved the leather couch! The pool is beautiful and clean and quiet. The shoreline is close, beach clean and quiet as well. Ample free parking. Lots of stores close by for groceries, etc. Bathroom was spotless. Plenty of fresh linens and all necessary supplies for our stay( extra toilet paper, air freshener, dishsoap, sponge, dishtowels, paper towels, etc.) Lourdes has everything covered! Thanks again for our fabulous stay!

On the Ocean !!

The condo was lovely and exceeded our expectations. Lourdes was so helpful, patient and took care of every request we had with speed and professionalism. She represents what hosting should be. She paid attention to all the details and demonstrated care and concern for our entire stay. The place was immaculate and met all of our needs. The beds are very comfortable and the free parking and beach accessories really create a peaceful easy feeling. Congrats to Lourdes and we will be back!

Amazing and Affordable

Like others have mentioned, Lourdes (the property owner) does go the extra mile to keep customers happy. We (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed there for 10 days (starting the 3rd week of June), and Lourdes met us at the unit. The unit was very clean, and with pretty much every basic amenity you'd want for a vacation rental. Internet, TV, Microwave oven, small toaster oven, Toaster, coffee machine and full size fridge with icemaker, 2 double murphy beds, a couch, and even a small round living room table which easily seats 5 people, and a parking spot. Even has plenty of supplies already in the unit (various cleaners, toilet paper, kitchen towels, etc..). The property grounds are very well taken care of by Carlos (very nice guy - and always working), and the pool was always clean and perfect temperature. Beach is literally right next to the property (open the gate right next to the pool, and you are on the beach). We've stayed at other similar style properties in the past, but this one is definitely the best maintained property grounds we've encountered. Now, it is also pretty much one of the last little hidden gems left on Sunny Isles beach which is affordable (the rest have all been bought out by developers). Great location, with plenty of stuff within 5 minute drive (or walk if you prefer) from the property. Publix grocery, Walgreens, CVS, and many restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to Aventura mall (and Biscayne Blvd.) where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc.. We love this Sunny Isles strip, and it's location, and we always come back. We would definitely stay in this unit again next time we come (if it is still around). Thank You

Amazing time!

We arrived and were met by the Property Manager, Lourdes who is a lovely lady. She provided the keys and information with regards to the appartment. The apartment was clean and in good order. First family vacation in a little while and we all enjoyed our stay! Lourdes was so pleasant, she even made an extra trip back to the unit to drop off beach chairs and an umbrella! Would stay here again and would definately recommend it to people.

fabulous and affordable beach front accommodation

This condo is fantastic and very well described - the webpage very is very accurate with immaculately clean surroundings, excellently well maintained and convenient amenities in the kitchen area. Lourdes, the condo owner, goes the extra mile to serve her guests and the little extra touches with supplies for the kitchen and bathroom were so nice. The customer service has been the best i have experienced in my 15 years of traveling to Florida to vacation in a beach condo. I will definitely recommend this property to all my friends and when we return to Miami Beach I will definitely be happy to return to this condo. We took in a Dolphins game which is a short drive to get to Sunlife Stadium, we went to Miami Port side to visit American Airlines Arena to watch the Heat play, again only about 30 minutes to get to. The Sawgrass Outlet Mall is an amazing shopping experience with fabulous bargains, easily accessed within 30 minutes and for the more lavish designer splurges there is Aventura Mall which is within 5 minutes drive. The beach access is straight out the back gate of the pool yard of the condo complex.

Vacation Getaway!

My husband and I had an amazing time! We spent a week here and felt at home. The bed was comfortable, the pool was the perfect temperature and the ocean was within very close walking distance. There are definitely stores and a couple restaurants within walking distance but we were glad we rented a car so we could fully explore Sunny Isles, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. The studio was exactly as described and pictured in the photos, super clean. The owner Lourdes was great. Very nice and easy to contact when planning our trip and while at the studio; just a phone call away. We would definitely recommend this studio to our family and friends.
