Ikke i humør til stranden? Intet problem! Bare slap af ved den glitrende, meget private, opvarmede pool omgivet af privat hegn og frodige tropiske palmer.

Salt Air East er en fantastisk strand tilbagetog for enhver familie, par eller lille gruppe af venner! Har du en større gruppe? Overvej at booke den anden side af denne duplex, så alle kan forblive i nærheden, men også have det meget behov for privatliv.

This is a very clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and peaceful house in a quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach and has a very nice pool with a great patio area. Recently, the owner did a great job of remodeling the house. The host responded quickly to our questions and made us feel very welcome.

Great beach house!

Everything was great! The house and pool were very clean. The pool and outdoor area are very private because of the surrounding palm trees. We would definitely stay here again!

This place has it all

We loved our stay here! It had everything you’d want and more. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beach things,amazing pool and privacy! We had our check in info well in advance and our stay was everything we needed.

Simply PERFECT

BOOK IT!!! Don't hesitate, it is PERFECT!! Super cute, super clean, super comfortable beds, kitchen is well stocked with all you will need, super private fully fenced yard, great pool and pet friendly too. I can't say enough about this place. Fully remodeled since the storms came through too. My hubby, doggie and I had a fabulous time on Anna Maria Island. I highly suggest you rent a golf cart to get around town - plus it so fun!! Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home. WE WILL BE BACK!!

A week of peace

We had a great time, and everything was as seen online. It was really nice to have the private area for the pool. The only thing I would say is I like a rug in the bedroom, other than that it was a wonderful, restful week. Thank you.

Perfect get away!

This home was perfect for our family! Away from the busy spots on the island, quiet and secluded behind a wall of tropical plants! The swimming pool was very large compared to all others on the island we have stayed at! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys and even some bikes! 100% recommend this gem!

What a gem!! Beautiful and clean home, great location, extremely private pool. We could not stop talking about how much we love this rental! We rented a golf cart and that made getting to the beach and cruising around the island so much easier. We will absolutely be back.

Nice secluded spot on Anna Maria Island

We have friends that live on Anna Maria Island that we had not seen in years, so we looked for a place near them, plus it was our daughter’s 24th birthday and she came along. The property was 100% as described, with all amenities one could want and very close to the gulf beaches. The pool was a shade warm for New Yorkers, but we quickly got used to it and enjoyed it every day. We are bookmarking this one and will be back!!!

Our amazing time spent in Anna María Island and this great and cozy property came to an abrupt end due to hurricane Helene. Can’t stop thinking about the devastation it caused. Very sad for that peace of paradise and their people. Hopefully we will be back for our third time.

Hidden gem in the heart of Anna Maria

This home was perfect for our annual anniversary vacay to Anna Maria. It’s extremely private with everything you need for a beach vacation. Location is perfect and central to everything. Pool is relaxing after a hot day on the beach. If your husband is a clean freak like mine, the washer and dryer being outside will freak him out. For normal people it’s totally fine 😉. Kitchen was well equipped. There was nothing we needed during our 8-day stay that we didn’t have. This was truly one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Hi Patricia, Thank you for taking the time review our Beach Retreat, Salt Air East. I am so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay there. We understand that you received a ticket from the Holmes Beach Code Enforcement team because of the noise level at the property. Unfortunately, something like this is out of our control. We do mention in the check in instructions and the binder that there is a strict 10 pm noise ordinance that is in place to keep our neighbors happy as this is a residential neighborhood. I know in Miami you do not have the same rules and it was frustrating for you. I appreciate that there was also a language barrier. Has Potential but Fell Short and Left Early

Upon arrival, there were poisonous ant traps in the corners of the dining, kitchen and living room. We had approved pets which this could have killed had one gotten a hold and ingested. The floor was sticky, there was mold in the shower and the tile was thru out was not clean and dirty towels stuffed in the closets.. There is rips in the couch and a ton of other personal stuff stuffed in the bedroom closets. This is not worth the money we paid and we will never be back. The master has a huge memory foam topper so if you sleep hot good luck and of course the sheets won’t stay out because of the topper. After the dead cockroach showed up and I sent a picture to the property manager, they allowed us to check out early which we did. We had a great month in Florida exploring potential retirement areas but this was not one of the properties we could recommend.

****Please note - we have asked VRBO to remove this review as we requested the guests vacate the property. **** The guests arrived and called our office yelling at the PM on duty because the kitchen had ant traps on the ground. The house is on ground level and if the doors are left open ants can easily access the house. When the cleaners noticed, they put the traps down so the next guests would not have to deal with any ants in the house. She thought she was doing the guests a favor. Instead of simply throwing them away, they demanded the cleaner go back and thrown them away herself. The house was clean - we inspect our homes. The owner of the cleaning company went back, at the guests request, and confirmed that the "mold" was stained grout and everything in the closet was clean. The owners do not live at this house so there are no "personal" items at the property. We have never had a complaint about the bed, most guests love it. After the third day of their vacation, after many. many complaints, the owners asked us to request the guests depart. There are some guests who you can not please and unfortunately, Elyse was one of them. Please take a look at the other AMAZING reviews of this house and make your own decision. This house will not disappoint!
