This is our second year renting 790B. We love it and our kids look forward to it every year! The host is very responsive, her welcome guide is very thorough, and the house is stocked with basics. The accommodations are comfortable with some nice touches! We can’t wait to be back!

Great location for our visit. Property could use some updates such as new carpeting, toilet seats, and window dressings on front door.

Thanks David, I wished you explained, the door was brand new. It even had the stickers. New Anderson doble door spent over 3k including the digital lock box. The blind was installed after you left. I apologize. Also, the kitchen was redone over the winter. Brand new kitchen and all new cooking ware and a couple new appliances. Another 10k upgrade. Bathrooms will be next winter. carpet? its only 8 years old. Last, you paid $90 per night (excluding tax, cleaning and VRBO fees) If you wanted 5 star luxury there a multiple options in Bethany for $300 to $3000/n. Thankfully past guests understand the how ratings work in relation to your spending and it the past 10 years hosting, you are one of the 3 unpleased guests. There is no luxury for sure, but in these apps, a 4* rating it means the house was below standards and that is misleading for next guests.

Great location in the heart of Bethany Beach

This was a great property in the heart of Bethany Beach. It was an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, church and DeFebio’s market & WaWa’s. The host was great!

Perfect location

Great place, older but did the trick. Location was perfect for swimming pool. It was as if we had our own private pool, only a few others there. I'd stay there again.

Long weekend getaway

It was a tidy little townhome that was perfect for our young family. Quiet neighborhood close to the action! Very comfortable beds with the most responsive host!

Quiet Bethany Stay

Our family of 5 enjoyed a quiet stay in Bethany Beach in this spacious rental in the Villas of Bethany West. The access to the pool, tennis courts, bay, and shuttle were great additions!

The house was very nice and clean. It was in a great location--very woodsy and peaceful, with the beach just a short drive away. The owner was fast and friendly with communication. Highly recommend!

The house was comfortable and clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable, the towels and linens were an added surprise and very nice. The location is great, the pool is beautiful also and the pool facilities were nice. Parking is good, and it's walking distance from nice restaurants. It's a quiet pleasant neighborhood and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. We would return.

This house was perfect for our family of four. Everything was clean, necessities like hand soap were provided, there was a nice assortment of pots and pans, and plenty of dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the location quiet.It was easy to get to the Bethany Beach boardwalk from here (drive, walk, or take the trolley), and also a short drive to Fenwick Island State Park.I hope to stay here again next time we come to Delaware!

Just needed a place to rest our heads...

And this was perfect. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. The place was clean and had everything you would need for a longer stay. Only here for one evening while passing through, but would absolutely stay here again if coming to Bethany Beach.

Off Season Stay

Very well kept, clean and well stocked condo for our long weekend. The owner was available for our questions and very kind in making sure we had all we needed. Quick walk / drive to the beach off season (no trolley!) and lots of fun events to be a part of. Would most certainly stay here again!

Beach Getaway

The location was excellent to beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The unit was represented well in the provided pictures. The pool was very nice! The townhouse community is situated with beautiful water views and lush woodlands.

The house was neat, clean, good central location for various activities. Jimena was easy to communicate with and was willing to answer any questions. Unfortunately, Hurricane Erin ruined our plans for using BBQ, outdoor porch and the pool! Would definitely rent here again.

Great stay

We stayed here for a week in July. The beds were comfortable and the owner had so much here for us it was so generous. From shampoo in the shower, to linens, to dish soap etc. Communication with her was so easy. The pool was very nice and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay here! Loved having a parking pass for town as well. Thanks for lending out your place to us!

August trip to Bethany

Our family of 4 had a very enjoyable stay at Bethany, our first time there. The townhouse suited our needs, allowing us to be close to the beach and and have enough space so as not to be on top of each other. The owner is very attentive, though we didn't need much from her. We were pleased to have most of the comforts of home, without having to bring too much of our own supplies. We really enjoyed being able to take our breakfast on the patio overlooking the pond and nature (even had a few deer frolic by).

Beach with a Parking Pass

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Beach. The included parking pass was a great perk; i carry too much stuff to the beach to consider walking a mile or take the trolley. Among unlisted amenities, linens were included as well as a tandem kayak which unfortunately i never found the time to try. The mosquitos are vicious so we didn't eat out on the deck like we usually would have or paddle out in the bay.

Lovely Stay

The house was just as shown on VRBO. It was nicely furnished and was very comfortable for the four of us. Jimena was very responsive and great to work with. (Even when I was tired and hungry and couldn't get the tv to work) The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our evenings. Our bed was very comfortable. The community was very quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again and would recommend to others. Debbie

Great value and fabulous location

This is a beautiful town house with everything exactly as shown in pictures. The unit is very comfortable with well-appointed rooms. It was super clean and most appliances and furniture seems to be brand new. The host Jimena was always very responsive to emails and phone. I would definitely recommend this property to others. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown, walking to beach, restaurants and most important the community pool and access to the canal as my teenage kids love canoeing. It was a great value and I hope to return again soon. The only thing that needs maintenance is the sliding glass door to the deck that needs some adjustment - it was very hard to open and close. I look forward to returning.
