Vores Patio Villa er nyrenoveret med italienske fliser overalt, granit bordplader i køkkenet og bade, franske døre og tilpassede plantage skodder. Det er fuldt møbleret og har to soveværelser og to badeværelser. Der er også inkluderet en golfkar med fire sæder og GRATIS WIFI-opsætning af Internet-service til opsætning af starttider eller e-mail venner og familie derhjemme. Udendørs gasgrill til madlavning.

Det har 1200 kvadratmeter boligareal, afskærmet Lanai og en og en halv bilgarage. Villaen er beliggende i landsbyen Alhambra, som er ens afstand mellem de to bykvarterer. Beliggenheden er tæt på puljer, tennisbaner og Nancy Lopez Championship 27 hullers golfbane.

Læn dig tilbage på Lanai og nyd din morgenkaffe og morgenmad. Spil 9 eller 18 huller golf og spiser frokost i klubhusets poolbar og grill. Slap af i en af de 15 puljer og kør derefter ned til Rådhuspladsen for live musik, dans og happy hour hver aften.

Spis på en af de syv country club-restauranter (god mad eller afslappet) eller en af de gode restauranter på Town Square. Efter middagen kan du tage en film eller tage over til Katie Belle's Night Club for at få en levende underholdning og dans om aftenen. Ingen kæledyr eller rygning tak.

Great owner that was very responsive. Nice landscaping. Recent back surgery and even found a cane and special pool float that was perfect to use. Home is nicely decorated but not over the top. Enjoyed our stay.

Good overall. Essential items were available. Property was clean and well maintained. BBQ needed some attending to; showers would cycle warm then cold. We enjoyed our stay! Golf cart came in handy. Hope to return at some future date!

Great location

Everything I needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay was there for me. Great location to golfing, swimming and town squares. Look forward to renting again.

We had a great stay. Beautiful house and very comfortable. Brad was very responsive to our questions. It was a great place to get acquainted with The Villages. We enjoyed using the cart to get to the golf courses, and grocery store.

Good location, just a few things away from a 5 star rating.

Bathroom fixtures need updating, need HD channels for the TV, and a DVR also. Some might say who watches TV but the fact of the matter is it rains and it does get cold in Jan and Feb. Also need more storage in the bedrooms, dressers perhaps, for the premium price, those are the items that would put it over the edge for a 5 star rating, in my opinion.

Very comfortable home away from home.

Brad is an accommodating host and very responsive to our requests. The home was equipped with everything to make our stay enjoyable. In fact, miscellaneous items we needed but would not normally expect to find were available. We enjoyed the decor and it was a very comfortable home away from home. Location was convenient and golf cart provided easy access to nearby golf, shopping and recreation centers.

All The Amenities of Home

This villa provided us with all the amenities you could want in a vacation home in a great location near the Spanish Springs square and shopping and restaurants. Also right across the street from the Santiago Recreation Center. Even the golf cart was included. It was a pleasure staying here and dealing with the owner.

If you are interested in a first visit to The Villages, exploring the area, and trying a golf cart community, you’d do well to consider this property. This two bedroom home lacks nothing (including a golf cart) needed to make an extended stay enjoyable. The owners are very accessible via email and promptly respond to any questions you might have.

Wonderful time and location in the Villages.

The house was fully equipped with anything we could possibly need during our two month stay. The location is convenient to shopping, pools, Spanish Springs Town Center, tennis and golf. It was also great using the the 4-seater golf cart when guests came for visit. Would definitely rent this house again.

The Villages Visit

This was our first visit to The Villages, it was great! The Villa is very conveniently located to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. We would get up each morning, leave on the provided golf cart and not return home until evening. There is so much to do and see. We met some of the neighbors who showed us how to get around the golf cart paths. We went to a polo match and out to eat with them; they even invited us to their Thanksgiving dinner. So many friendly people there. We appreciated that Brad was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The Villa is just as described and looks exactly like pictures on VRBO. Thank you Brad for renting your Villa to us. We had a wonderful time.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. The towels were ample and fluffy. Most minor items (salt pepper sugar, etc.) were available. The 4 seat golf cart was a big hit with my granddaughter and handy when visitors came. Easy cart ride to Spanish Springs.

It is conveniently located to Spanish Springs, Sumter Landing restaurants & shopping. The owner responds very quickly to any concerns you may have. My husband and I stayed in this lovely villa last month and loved everything about it. It is very clean and well kept. If you have any questions, the owner is very prompt with his reply. Alhambra is conveniently located between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing and we were able travel around very easily using the provided electric golf cart . Grocery stores and good shopping are very close to the villa as well. We highly recommend this home.

Merry Month of May

I stayed here May, 2011. It has all the amenities I needed. Most rentals don't. I was there to learn about the Villages first hand to see if I'd like to move there. No final decision to date. The house is well kept and conveniently located. I shall return.

Everything we needed!

We stayed in January 2010. The property was clean, well maintained and had all that we needed for our stay. The computer, barbeque and golf cart were all well appreciated. While we had some difficulty with the phone, the owner very promptly arranged service and we actually had a new phone delivered the very next day. We enjoyed the access to so many golf courses. We played on 9 different ones, all easily accessible using the golf cart. Grocery shopping was also easily reachable using the cart too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property others.

We live in Austin Texas with our young daughter. We love going to The Villages to stay in our house. We have tried to make it as comfortable as our home in Austin. It is great to be able to take the golf cart everywhere.

My wife's father has lived in the Villages for years and we decided we enjoyed it so much that we bought a place of our own. Her sister owns the house next door so it is nice for our renters to have someone close by for questions and such.
