Check in was very easy. Instructions were easy to find and clear. The house was very clean, beds were super comfortable and over all a great experience. We used the bikes and the hot tub, and all were in good working order. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for a family, private and comfy

The cabin was in great shape, a good location and met our expectations. We loved the cabin feel and the wood fireplace. We also enjoyed the enclosed deck and hot with great privacy. Would recommend and stay here again in the future.

The cabin was clean and functional but lacked some basic items:flyswatter, hangars, why a rusty strainer, flakey Teflon pans, hot tub at 104* is too hot!, refrigerator collected water from condensation in the crisper bins, bikes were on hand but no helmets? Who travels with those? Plus the tv was hard to watch since it kept cutting out, direct tv would be a good option.

Relaxing and cozy!

Loved that we could bring our dogs. House was clean and was perfect size for our family of 4. Loved that we could walk to the Village (little over a mile). Comfy and cozy!

Would definitely return!

We came for a few days with my adult daughter and pups, and it was perfect for our needs! Quiet neighborhood in Sunriver and bike trails all around. The house was clean and loved that it was like 2 master suites! The porch is enclosed so we could sit outside comfortably with our pups, and the hot tub also had a privacy fence. Bikes were also available in the garage. Other than the carpet needing an update in the master suite, this house is perfect!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very well appointed with two large master suites , each with a large bathroom. The living room was gigantic with a separate alcove for a 8 seater dining room table. The kitchen , also large, was well equipped with anything you could ask for: coffee maker, blender, waffle iron, : tons of glassware. There was a TV in each bedroom and the living room as well as a fancy DVR etc. player. The fireplace was a wood burning stove sete yup in the corner of the room. Wd LOVEd it. We are familiar with Sunriver, having a place of our own there which is now renters long term. This place, was what we would like in the future to stay at. Slthough there were only two of us, the unit could house 6 - 8 if everyone was family. A GREAT CHOICE A

Good Property But...

Property perfectly matched description. Comfortable, good location, no issues. Where we struggled was with the property management company, Bennington Properties. All comes down to flexibility. For most, trips to Sunriver are a significant family event which requires quite a bit of logistic planning. With this property management firm check in is 5PM and check out is 10AM. While this was stated on VRBO, it was not something we read closely (my mistake). I requested a bit of flexibility on both ends as I was traveling with small children and driving in from LA. Zero assistance after multiple requests. While I understand housekeeping does require time, 7 hours is not needed to clean a 2 bedroom home. Try to be a partner with your clients and rules can be grey in order to help accommodate. Bottom line, there are many property mgmt firms in Sunriver and I would not book with Bennington Properties again. Just be helpful to your guests...

This Sunriver Home was a disappointment...it needs a serious upgrade!

I was not happy with several things at this home including the condition of the leather couch as it is beyond its lifetime including the flat pillows. The living room rug is dated and the every piece of furniture looked like it was found at a garage sale. In addition, the bedroom carpet had several pet stains. The home does not have A/C which we knew but the fans were so loud it was hard to sleep at night and in the daytime the home was extremely dark as we had to keep the blinds closed to keep the heat out and the cool air in. Lastly, we had to supply our own trash bags and laundry detergent. For the price we paid for this home there are better options within Sunriver that I will be looking for during our stay next summer. If you need Sharc passes this home does not provide that either.

Perfect getaway house in great location

This two bed house was perfect for a weekend getaway. From the functional, large kitchen to the amazing hot tub, everything we wanted in a cozy cabin. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was Google maps taking us to the wrong house a block or so away. Not a fault of the renal however.

not worth it

There is no ONE big glaring issue, rather a laundry list of small and ultimately disappointing shortcomings. At the end of the stay we were feeling like we had overpaid and would not rent again. Many of the issues would be forgettable and forgive able if there weren’t sooooo many. The positives: Housekeeping did a good job cleaning, and the house was tidy. Management company did a good job with communication and to be fair, I did not complain in realtime as most of the annoyances weren’t not to be fixed in the moment and/or the opportunity had already passed to address the issue. This is not a comprehensive list but a sampling of the areas that were a bummer (again, many small issues that build to a less than good stay): It would helpful for the property management to leave an exterior light on so that when you arrive after dark (and it is pitch black in the neighborhood) you can see the unit number, rather stalking around with a headlamp trying to figure out where to be. One of the key features of the unit is the hot tub, unfortunately the deck was completely covered with needles and pinecones. I understand that is natural given the setting, but a simple leaf blower on the day of arrival would create an environment that was actually inviting to use. instead I had to spend time sweeping and clearing the deck with the worlds flimsiest broom and broken snow shovel that was found in the garage. The description reads that the kitchen was remodeled as well as one of the bathrooms. I would say a remodel, is an exaggeration. The garbage disposal in the kitchen was nearly useless, the retractable nozzle on the sink constantly dangled well below the fixture, the fan above the stove was super noisy and worked poorly. As for the items in the kitchen, there are some basic cookware as advertised, however every knife should be completely removed as they are a total liability. Even the serrated knives are so dull that they put the user at risk of injury, they would be better served to be taken out entirely. It was disappointing that the kitchen did not have any cleaning supplies aside from a small bottle of dish soap. And that is just kind of the theme with this rental, everything is just tired and worn. The couch is way past its lifespan, master bedroom had wallpaper peeling at various spots, beds are okay, but low quality and much of the furniture was just tired. The garage that is advertised with a foosball table is useless and completely uninviting.

Fun trip

Nice property and perfect for our needs. One minor suggestion, front entrance and porch should have been swept. Very messy and cluttered. Entrance mats and sliding door mat were torn and dirty. We would definitely use this house again.

Great location and space for our family breakaway to Bachelor
