Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay! The location is hard to beat, with beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and the beach just across a quaint little street. Beach access was incredibly easy, and we loved being within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee spots. The condo was spacious, nicely updated, and a great fit for our family of four. The kids loved the pool, and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves whenever we used it. We also really appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler available. Those little extras made our beach days so much easier! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time in Pass-a-Grille!

Perfect Location!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Location across from the beach and near restaurants was perfect. The whole condo was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family of four. It had everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom has a really comfortable adjustable bed. The pool was really great too!

Hello Paul We apologize if you found our Check In process difficult as we try to make the process as smooth as possible. We did not recieve any reports from you on checking in. Was there an issue with operating the Keyless Lock? Since Covid we have done our best to do a contactless/ self check in to protect our guests. We would appreciate any feedback you have regarding the selfless check in as we are always looking to improve. We are happy to hear that you liked this beach front location and hope you will consider us for future stays. Thank you

A vacation away from the crowd

Quick and painless check in and check out. Conveniently located across the beach and a walks away from breakfast nooks, brunch spots and rooftop dining. Great fishing is opposite of the beach where the grouper, flounder and trout bite was on fire. My 3 year old caught her first fish by herself. Overall a great stay with plenty of memories made.

Perfect

The location was absolutely perfect, and we loved the condo. Our kids still nap and go to bed early, so it was great to have a balcony with a beach view while they slept. The convenience of popping over to the beach or down to the pool was all we needed. We’ll be back!

Clean, with Nice location and view!

It was a super nice little spot for our family of 4. Great location to walk to the beach, food, shops, and enjoy a laid back trip. The absolute only downside was construction debris, including screws and other remnants from work being done on the bed and on the porch. Not great when you have toddlers, but otherwise the unit is nice, quiet, clean, and has every amenity you could need!

Great place for a family vacation!

We love this area and visit several times a year. This is the first time we have been able to stay at this condo. Great place and we had a wonderful time. The location is spot on, place was clean, and well taken care of. Beach right across the street and great pool for the end of the day. It was quiet and my family with younger kids felt very comfortable. Property management was very responsive and took care of anything that I had questions about or if something was not working; one day internet and AC another. Highly recommend!

Anniversary

The location is great. Condo was nice. Please don’t use TechTravel if you expect customer service. I had an important question and could not get a returned phone call after leaving multiple messages on the number given on check in email. 18 hours later got into a banter email conversation with them. Good thing I wasn’t calling about a door code. Would have been sleeping in my car!! Zero customer service skills.
