Dette velindrettede fuldstændig renoverede hjem afsluttet i maj 2015, professionelt designet 3 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser hjem med en utrolig havudsigt fra næsten hvert værelse med NY privat 20 'x 30' brugerdefineret dockhus (ingen flydende dock), overdådige soveværelsessuiter, gourmet køkken, fire fladskærms-tv, Wifi og den bedste udsigt til solnedgangen på Tybee Island. Kun 1 ud af 3 private hjem med en privat dock på Tybee Island med adgang til stranden direkte foran hjemmet. Alle Tybee strandområder er offentlige inklusive stranden foran mit hjem. Nyd dit valg af tre udendørs verandaer, der er perfekte til at nyde et glas vin og se på solnedgangen. Rec Room med 50 "fladskærm, propan brand pit og ping pong bord. We had a fabulous time! The cottage was in great condition, and the views from the deck and the dock (particularly at sunrise and sunset) were just amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was wonderfully located in a calm bay on the back river on the South side of Tybee. We loved walking the beach, sitting out on the private dock and watching the dolphins (so many dolphins), right from our chairs! Location is great to walk to town, 7-10 mins. And you have your pick of many spots to eat, shop have a cocktail. Our host was great about communication and we can’t wait till we can return!

This was our second stay here. It was again a great place to create family memories. Our kids lived the bunk beds and sand toys to make sand castles near the house. We saw the dolphins a couple times this trip which we all loved. We love staying here and it is such a relaxing, peaceful place to enjoy with our kids. Christopher does a great job communicating ahead of time do we knew everything we needed and extra information about the island which was helpful.

Can’t say enough about the entire experience. The property is everything we needed. Private dock and directly on the beach. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The home is a great family setup. We came without the kids as a test run and we will definitely be back with the family. There’s ping pong table, dart board in an awesome covered area with tv with a sound system outdoors, but also the private dock to hang out on that’s covered with chairs. Kitchen inside the house has everything you need, but also plenty of access to so many places on the island. Really appreciated the kayaks and life jackets available. Nothing like starting on the water in the morning. So quiet and beautiful.The host is an incredible one. So professional, polite and detail oriented. Had incredible suggestions of places to go. With concerns of flight cancellations and some weather that could have lead to travel issues, he was incredibly responsive and talked through options as well, which was above and beyond what should be expected. Very good guy and very personable. As long as it’s available, this will become a future staple for our family.

We loved our stay at the Beach Front Sound End. The owner, Chris, was great at communicating with us and responded promptly - from restaurant recommendations to fun activities in the area. We had to agree with the recommendation to grill at the house and watch the sunset there. Our favorite place was the dock or the deck to watch sunsets and dolphins. We saw dolphins everyday! They were close enough to get some great videos! A great beach was right out front with lots of shells. The house is close to a kayak launching spot so we were able to watch the kayakers leave and return. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

WOW! This house on Back River Beach, Tybee Island is absolutely PERFECT! From the AMAZING Views rocking on the porch to enjoying the breezes and sunshine on the private dock! We will be back!

Just right! Amazing Sunsets

We recently celebrated a belated Mother’s Day with my mom and a milestone birthday with my brother at the retreat. The setting is great - so close to the water with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped for making a nice meal to enjoy at the table on the dock (also a nice spot for board games that won’t blow away - not so much for card games ). Other lounge and rocking chairs on the dock provide comfortable seating for reading in the shade of the dock or soaking up sun on the sun deck. We learned we could achieve a greater degree of privacy on the public beach just off the front porch by setting up our own chairs and towels early after the first day. We loved the ease of the short walk to so many shops and restaurants.

Tybee Island

Had a great time. Not crowded, very peaceful. Our house had a pier, enjoyed fishing off of it. Short drive to Savannah. Fort Pulaski was great.

Excellent Vacation

Such a wonderful stay with family! We loved our time at the Beach House; exactly as described and so easy to work with the owner. Great location to so many fun activities! Bike rides, sunsets, s’mores, swimming and grilling - perfect vacation!

Great Location for Fishing, Relaxing on the Beach, and Exploring Tybee

This is our second weeklong visit to the house. The house is well appointed and very comfortable, and it’s a in perfect location. We got in a lot of beach walking and fishing along with a bit of kayaking. People in Tybee and Savannah are quite friendly. The food options are fabulous. I’ll dream of the fried lobster and sweet potatoes waffles at Sundae Cafe until next year. Thanks for the great recommendations Chris. Also, after finding a few fossils on the beach, we went on a Sundial Charters Fossil Trip. It was awesome…if you don’t mind a bit of mud. I’d highly recommend for outdoor lovers, rockhounds, fossil hunters, and even history buffs.

Great house with magnificent sunsets

We spent a couple of days on Tybee Island and stayed in this beautiful beach house. The home was comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The highlight of our stay was the dock—perfect for fishing and relaxing by the water. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and we made it a daily ritual to sit on the back porch and take in the stunning views. I highly recommend!

Beautiful Home, location and Excellent Customer Service

The home is so beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The best part of the home is the location, you are right on the beach, you can't get any closer. The extended deck is a great place to relax, have coffee or a drink, and enjoy the view. The owner Chris was great, he responded quickly with any questions or concerns we had, which was minimal. He also send us a message prior to check in to inform us about the area, things to do, and recommended places to eat, which helped because we ate at a couple places he recommended and the food was great. A lot of the places to eat are also within walking distance of the house, which also helps. The beds and furniture were also very comfortable. Its about 20 minutes to Downtown Savannah, GA and it was our first time there and we had a lot of fun, I would recommend going downtown and just walk down the Riverwalk. Overall, the home , location, private deck, and customer service is why we will be back. Thank you Chris for a great experience!!!

Just Perfect All Around

There wasn’t anything NOT to like here. Our host was very communicative, home was spotlessly clean, location cannot be beat. We loved sitting on the dock (even in the cold) to watch the dolphin play. We loved taking the kayaks out. We loved the speaker system so we could listen to yacht rock no matter where we chose to relax. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants and the beach. Just a great stay!!

Super View and Location

Chose this place as a a prelude to family Thanksgiving get together. Wanted a beach with water view and this place delivered. Given the time of year, it was delightfully quiet. The cottage is nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed using the kayaks.

No better place on Tybee!

A beautiful and peaceful home right on the beach! From kayaking to reading on the most incredible porches it was pure Heaven! Communication great and all the comforts of home! We will be back!!!!!!

Fantastic view and house

I have been coming to Tybee for 60 years. This is by far my favorite place I have stayed House is comfortable, clean and front porch is wonderful. My family and I can’t wait until our next visit.
