On site Marina, fishing dock, boat rentals and daily fishing guides, beautiful grounds and peaceful area. Two beautiful lakes to enjoy and world-class golf courses nearby. Sorry, no boat parking on property. *Table Rock State Park Marina nearby.

Living room equipped with a pull out, queen-size sleeper sofa, DVD player, flat-screen TV, Roku system w/ channels or log in with your favorite streaming subscription, some videos available. *Full bathroom upstairs and downstairs with bathtub/shower combination downstairs. *Kitchen features stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils and a stackable washer/dryer. *Upstairs bedroom features a double trundle bed also known as a twin bunk. *Upstairs bathroom has sink, toilet and shower. *Towels and linens provided. *Please bring personal products, beach towels, etc. *Outdoor deck with table & chairs. *Parking in front of the building (parking pass required during stay) condo located in front of steps upstairs.

Moonshine Beach swimming, 1 mile away, White Water Park very close on the strip. Lake access to swimming at Table Rock Lake - Dewey short visitors center near the dam. Swimming during summer months. *The kids playground and all outdoor grounds are accessible, as well as the onsite marina and boat rentals, fishing guides, etc. And of course, there's a million fun things to do here in Branson. Two beautiful lakes close by, walk to one, and 1 mile to the other. Fun, Fun, Fun right here in the beautiful Ozarks!
