The house was great, just as described. Perfect for relaxing after the long Las Vegas sightseeing days. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard and just relaxing.

Nice Oasis

Nice place, especially for the price. Perfect for us. Backyard and pool area was beautiful. My friend fixed the pool vacuum and the pool was nice and clean in no time. Only complaint we had to order in some toilet paper and garbage bags. As all that was there was the bag in the trash and the rolls in each bathroom. No extras.

The back yard was awesome! Very overgrown, compared to pics, but awesome just the same. Most of the furniture wasn’t clean, and some unsafe to sit on. (Inside and out.) Spacious, and light on the inside, wonderful large bedrooms with mult. beds, and clean linen. The plunger is by the outdoor kitchen, you will need to know this. For “heavy loads,” strategically plan to use the master bath or powder room. Gorgeous, COLD pool. Kitchen supplies are sparse, and most cookware wouldn’t pass health codes. All in all, the beautiful home could use a deep clean, some TLC, and a good handy person.

Convenient! Everything you can ask for, large area. Did not feel cramped with 8 guests.

Does need quite a few things repaired. Unable to use outlet in one of the bedrooms as it has a broken prong in it, broken plate covers, bathroom leak in the bathroom wirh shower? Floor rug was soaked the entire time. Master jacuzzi didn’t work, fan blades missing, back door handle broken, if door shuts you can’t get back in, pool extremely cold. Started to panic- didn’t get code until last minute we were supposed to be able to check in at 4pm but didn’t get code until well after that.

House was dirty

The house would have worked great if it were clean. Our feet were black from walking on the tile without shoes. There was a old dirty towel under one bed, sheets in the washer which we moved to the dryer so they wouldn’t stink dirt behind the doors, old condiments and beer in the refrigerator. The master shower drips and did so the entire time. There are many repairs needed and a GOOD cleaning needed. I took pics of anyone would like them. I am fine with a little outdated if it were clean. Checkout time was 3:00 and there was a cleaning lady there by 11:00. Needs a good deep cleaning not just a skim over the top. I hope the owners can hire a company to clean and do some repairs because it could be a nice house.

This review is unfair and not occcurate,it is based on guests wrong assumption. She thought check out was at 3 pm but everywhere in the world check out is at 11 am and same in my house:)so guest was upset that she has to live at the check out time and wrote a review based on that. Also she was u happy that I left couple BEER in the refrigerator for my guests :((((. And that’s really sad,anyone that I know will just be appreciative of that.....

A ok experience

The property is not like the pictures, because the furniture is different. The house has plane beds and open spaces, the kitchen has a good size, rooms are big. It has 3 bathrooms, the master bathroom is big and with a lot of space. But one of the sink was clogged, the jacuzzi it won’t hold the water, we couldn’t used. The half bathroom was ok and helpful. The other full bathroom the toilet was leaking a lot of water and the shower too. We couldn’t use the bathroom at all and the noise of the water running was a lot. The patio is big and the pool just perfect, the furniture outside was full of spiderwebs, so dusty. Looks like the furniture has not being clean for a long time, the lights out side are not enough for the patio. In general the house is ok, but the landlord is not responsible to maintain the house with out problems and if you have a problem with the house, he won’t respond to you. To rent this property is 50/50.

Disgusting!! Do not book here.

The house was completely disgusting. The pool was NOT cleaned. There was algae growing in it and even on the pool vacuum! This pool had not been touched in a very long time. The vacuum was sitting in the middle of the pool, hooked up and not working. There is absolutely no way anyone went and cleaned it recently. The back door does not have a deadbolt lock, but has a closet lock on it that doesn’t work. The dishwasher smells like mold/mildew and has mold growing on the outside. There are bugs in the pan drawer and something chunky on the cutting boards. The freezer drawer is broken. Both of the showers have mold. The back bathroom has bugs in the shower. There are bugs in the door frame of the back bathroom. The back bathroom door doesn’t work. There is exposed electrical. There was open food in the fridge and on the counter. Dead bugs all over the floor. An old corndog or something in the sink. This all led to us booking another place and being out of the house by 1am. We are currently trying to get our money back, but are having to fight with the owner for it. It was dirty and unsafe for anyone, especially children. I would not recommend this house to anyone and would never return. I have so many pictures; I wish they would let me upload pictures.

Family Birthday Vacation

House was exactly as advertised. We were a group of 8 and the space was very comfortable, and the amenities were functional. We used UBER for transportation with no issues. The only comment would be to include an information book with instructions & local food/grocery/shopping options. I would recommend this vacation rental NP.

40th year college reunion weekend

Lots of space and plenty of beds for accommodating seven of us getting together 40 years after college graduation. Enjoyed conversations around the pool, a little early in the year and water a bit cold for swimming.. Easy access to all the attractions of Vegas.

Family Support

Our niece was playing in the Big West Conference and we all live in Hawaii and Kansas. Decided we would all come up to support our niece, daughter, cousin, grand daughter. Decided for older people we’d do a VRBO and younger ones on the strip for a few days. Communication with the owner Arthur was quick and easy. Access in and out was easy. The property was big for our family. Property was clean and big. Ample parking, location was easy in and easy out and no busy traffic in and out the property, no matter what time it was. And lots of parking. Kitchen had all cooking utensils and amenities. We BBQ’d and had a really good time. My entire family loved the property. Our mom had left a blanket that was our fathers. When she told me I reached out to Arthur while at LAX and he said his assistant will send it out to us. Some of the bad reviews written on this property is clearly mistaken. We are appreciative of Arthur’s property and experience that we will be VRBO the next 4 years in Vegas for we have Big West Conference to support our nieces. Thank you to Arthur and his assistant. Much Aloha’s.

Perspective...

I read a lot of reviews bashing the property for being dirty, unclean, things not working, etc. and I'm not saying they aren't accurate, but I am writing that you really have to know what your needs are. I needed a home that could host a pet, a dog, and accommodate a dozen family members. This home served our needs... it was winter time so we didn't use the pool - but it was clean if we wanted to. I recommend bringing a Sling or Roku or Apple TV device if you want to watch sports. They have a decent size TV that worked well for us. The home is not a brand new in a new neighborhood... but it is pet-friendly and it's about 10mins from the strip and has 4 bedrooms that easily hosted 12 of us... even the hot water never ran out with 12 showers!

Okay property away from the strip

This property is not your typical vacation rental. It doesn't seem to be professionally managed. We made late plans for the holiday weekend and this was pretty much our only option. The house is not upgraded at all including kitchen appliances aside from the fridge which is not necessarily a problem but photos and actual furniture do not match. The bad : 1. There were no check-in check out instructions. 2. common bathroom door was not functional so you could not lock it. This was brought up with the owner/manager and was completely ignored. 3. The heating was not functioning when we checked in. The owner/manager didnt seem to believe us at first but agreed to check it out next day. I insisted that we needed heat immediately since temperatures were going to drop that night after which he agreed to come and check it out that night. 4. Towels/bedsheets/ napkins were very old and worn and we weren't comfortable using them. Definitely needs upgrading. 5. Mattresses for most beds were not too comfortable and probably need to be replaced. Overall, the property is not professionally managed and has deferred maintenance and other issues you wouldnt typically see in a well run rental. The Good : 1. House is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms to accommodate several families. 2. Backyard and pool were very nice, however we could not use it due to lower temperatures 3. Quiet peaceful neighborhood away from the strip which is what we wanted. 4. Pretty cheap compared to other options, but you get what you pay for. I probably would not rent again if I had other options.

You get what you pay for

Affordable place to accommodate up to 12 people in Vegas and it did the job. Needs a deep, deep cleaning. Everything is mismatched, old, slightly broken and worn. Wobbly chairs, wobbly toilets, wobbly beds. Fridge is nice and new, stove is old and janky. The master is nice, master bathroom is decent. The spare bathroom that connects to outside needs some love. The back bedroom had someone's false eyelashes still stuck to the dresser drawer! Overall, the place did the job for our group, the backyard and pool were great and just what we needed for this hot summer weekend. (Neighbors pool partied and lit off fireworks til 1am, not owners fault but an FYI) The layout of the house is nice and spread out. Communication with the owner was great at first but then nearing our reservation, very poor. I messaged him several times with no response, it wasn't until I found his phone number and text him did I get a response. For the price, it did the job but also for the price... it deserves a nice thorough deep clean. Thanks for the stay.
