Denne store enhed er resultatet af to lejligheder, uafhængige, men forbundne hinanden (jeg sender planterne for at se det bedre).
Dette er udstyr i huset:
- Køkkenet er fuldt møbleret (opvaskemaskine, ovn, mikrobølgeovn, køleskab / fryser, kaffemaskine -italian moka og amerikansk kaffe-, brødrister, alle retter og servise mv.),
- vaskemaskine,
- tørretumbler,
- strygejern og strygebræt
- aircondition i alle rum i husene
- internet wifi,
- etc..
PLACERING: Lejligheden ligger i Pepi street n. 65, så virkelig centralt; Det er en fantastisk position, fordi du ikke behøver en bil eller bus til at besøge de store kunstværker i byens centrum! Markeder, dagligvarer, restauranter, garager mv. Er i nærheden.
Det er meget lysende og meget stille (jeg har lige lagt de anty støjende vinduer), tredje sal, ingen elevator (som det meste af bygningerne i den gamle bydel, men med meget store og let at klatre trapper) i en gammel og ædel palads.
Det er også på to niveauer (som du kan se i fotos og planter): På alle niveauer er der soveværelser med deres badeværelser ved siden af, så alle har sit privatliv.

Family Trip to Florence 2022

Massimo was a fantastic host, very helpful and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed the two apartments and found them very comfortable and ideally located close to the city center, restaurants, and shopping.

Family stay in old town Florence

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay in Florence. We had plenty of room and the sites of Florence were walkable. A convenient grocery store around the corner helped us make some meals in the apartment. Massimo provided a lot of information on check-in but also stayed in contact to answer any questions that we had.

Can’t expect more

Location was safe and close to attractions. Apartment was clean, spacious and we found the best for our larger group of 14 people. Massimo was very supportive host before, while and after our stay. We stayed 5 places in our Italy tour and found this stay was the best one we all liked. Host took care of very small things too in apartment which is hard to believe.

Very Nice property

The property is one of the few in the area that can handle large groups. It is a great spot with nice amenities 20 min or less walking to anywhere. The cleaning lady is very nice and the property is as advertised. Pros, Easy to check in and work with the owner, close to city center, good food and grocery options close by, apartments are in nice shape. Cons its on the top floor of the building.

Family Wedding

There were eight of us that stayed in the property. We had two others that couldn’t make it at the last minute. The property was everything that was advertised. It had a very Italian feel to it and was very roomy. It was very walkable to all the main attractions in Florence. I absolutely loved Florence, and would absolutely stay at this property again!

Great location and great host!

Massimo and team did a fantastic job hosting our family during our stay in Florence. The apartments were well maintained and described perfectly. We had a large group and everyone fit comfortably. The location of the apartment was great, being a very easy walk to many attractions. Massimo was a great host. Helping us anyway possible. He was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Thank you Massimo & Team!!!

The premier place to stay in Firenze

For a 25-year reunion of 7 women friends, we found these connected apartments ideal! New kitchens and bathrooms were modern and highly functional, the bedrooms were large and comfortable and the large dining table accommodated meals and card playing! And the location was ideal for walking to all parts of Florence! A grocery and a market right around the corner were both visited daily. And I can't say enough about Massimo's responsiveness and helpfulness. If you are looking for a perfect accommodation for a large group or multiple families, look no farther than Pepi No. 65!

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood!

We had an amazing week in Florence staying in Massimo's spacious and comfortable apartment in the Sant' Ambrogio neighborhood. This area was ideal for us, being an easy walk to the center of town, but in a residential area that was less "touristy", with lots of nice local restaurants and shopping, and a very convenient grocery store around the corner. Massimo was very attentive and responsive, and made check-in and check-out go smoothly. We rented both the small and large apartments, which are connected to each other. There were plenty of bathrooms, large washer and dryer, quiet neighbors, and well-appointed kitchens. In addition, we were there during a very hot period, but the air conditioning worked well and kept us very comfortable. A very nice stay for all of us, adults and children alike. Highly recommended!

Great Florence Find!!

My party of 6 stayed here for 4 nights in May of 2015. We stayed in Grand Pepi only. The apartment was clean and quiet. Great windows for keeping out noise. The street itself is very quiet and the apartment is very close to the Duomo and also some great restaurants and piazza's. there is a grocery store just around the corner with a really nice selection to shop at. Massimo was very nice and great to work with both before and during the stay we had. The bedroom downstairs is nice and roomy with great closets. The downstairs bath was super nice. The upstairs bedrooms are smaller but still very nicely put together and comfortable. You will feel at home here and the price is very competitive. The only thing we did not do was to cook in the kitchen as we preferred to eat out at the lovely restaurants in the area. There is also a great pub just around the corner (The Lion's Pub I believe the name was... its been a while so I forget). Its on the corner of the closest Piazza. My son and his friend enjoyed hanging there late at night and said it was crowded and fun. All in all a very good homey stay at Grand Pepi!

We had the most amazing week in Florence! We loved the charming accommodations and the location was perfect! We could walk everywhere from the apartment. Plenty of room for our large family. Beds were comfy. We felt safe to walk home at night. Massimo was very easy to communicate with.The whole week was magical! We would stay here again!

Good location, walk to most attractions. Shared both apartments with my brother and his family. 9 adults ample beds and bathrooms. It was apparent that no one had checked this property before our arrival. The electricity was out in the smaller unit which made the code on the front door to not work. Had many text message with our contact to find the hidden key. Due to the power outage all the appliances in the smaller unit were beeping. While resetting them we discovered a mummified piece of food in the microwave with tons of flies. It smelled awful! We removed the mummified food and zapped the flies. We did not use that microwave. The AC was not on when we arrived. The AC in the larger living room never worked despite repeated attempts. We notified our contact who recommended to keep trying to reset the AC unit. This was not what we wanted to be doing with our 2 days in Florence. All 9 of us would hang out in the smaller unit living room. My niece found food crumbs in her bed in the smaller unit.

Family Vacation

Our family vacation included 4 children under 8, 2 seniors and 5 adults. This property was perfect for us! We had lots of space and wonderful amenities. The location was perfect! We could walk to almost everything! Massimo and Nina communicated with us promptly and effectively. We would highly recommend it and would love to return!!!

Charming Stay in Historic Florence Apartment

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Florence apartment. It’s full of historic charm and perfectly located—many of the city's major sights, restaurants, and shops are just a short walk away. The area feels safe and vibrant, making it easy to explore on foot and soak in the local atmosphere.The apartments themselves are cozy, giving a true Florentine feel. One thing to note: it's on the top floor with no elevator, so be prepared for some stairs.Overall, a memorable stay in a fantastic location—ideal for those looking to experience the heart of Florence!

9 Friends Had 4 great days in Florence

This property (2 apartments) was just the right size for 9 of us with washer dryer and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Well appointed and an easy walk all over Centro Firenze! Hope to be back someday!

Wonderful place, great location, great host

We had a group of 10 adults. The location is perfect and accommodated us easily. Walking distance to market, great restaurants and shops. You do have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to apt but host let us know when we booked.

10 day in Florence

All was great for 10 days and 7 people. Both apartments as one worked very well for us and the location gave us easy access to sites, restaurants and graoceries. Next Florence rental will be this property again

Great place, great owner, and in a great neighborhood

The property was wonderful for two families of five to stay at for four nights. We were able to explore everything that Florence has to offer in comfort and spacious apartments. The communications were outstanding. I would absolutely stay here again.

Pepi street is a super central location, few minutes by walk far from Duomo, San Lorenzo and Cappelle medicee, Accademia museum (David), Piazza della Signoria and palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi.
It's a quiet street but next to a lively area where there are many bars and restaurants, where have breakfast, lunch or dinner;
the supermarket is also very close (where you can buy all you need, fresh foods and wine too);
moreover, the cover market of Sant'Ambrogio is very close.
