Just stayed from the 28th through the new years. Everything is close. Plenty of restaurants atm, events, and restaurants. The middle of all the attraction in Medellín. Highly recommend. Great services anything I needed they were on call everytime. Don’t hesitate, the property was amazing and attractive.

Great Stay

This is a great location with a very responsive host. The shower pressure was the best. We stayed in a unit without a lot of direct sunlight, but the unit was comfortable. We spent much of the day and night out in the city.

Great location and stay. Great amenities and front desk service. I would stay again and recommend others to do the same. Beds and rooms were very comfortable.

Great location

It was a very pleasant stay. The host was available when we needed help and left us alone when we didn’t. This property has a great location. There was a bit of construction going on in the immediate vicinity which started about 7 am. I have no problems recommending this property.

We had a wonderful time. El Reloj is perfectly located, it is very cozy and suited us perfectly. The house cleaning services is an excellent bonus and greatly appreciated.

Amazing time at a beautiful property!

The suites were beautiful, clean and large. The location was also perfect for walking to tons of restaurants and shops. John Paul and the staff were super nice and helpful. John Paul made himself available to us at all hours, for anything we needed. I would not stay anywhere else in Medellin. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Medellin.

Amazing Location

One of the best locations in El Poblado, Medellin. Walking distance to all the great restaurants in town, a very convenient walk in the morning to really good restaurants for breakfast and at night an easy walk from the bars and lounges. Many other apartments are in buildings located on steep slopes which can be tiring at night after a full meal and a few glasses of wine. I liked the decor and the cleaning staff was very efficient.

AHHHmazing

The property is beautiful and the staff is "amazing" they really went out of their way to help me where and when I needed it. I never leave reviews so this is a rare occasion. From arranging pick up from the airport to cleaning daily they were just great. The location could not be any better! All the restaurants and bars are within walking distance or a $3 uber to the mall etc.

Amazing place

Casa del Reloj is the perfect place to stay in Medellin. It is located in the nicest area of Medellin called « el poblado » surrounded by fancy restaurants, bars and shops. The building is beautiful, with a unique architectural style. The apartments are spacious, very clean and very well decorated with all the comfort you need (high speed WiFi, air conditioning and fan, fully equipped kitchen). The staff is very helpful and attentive. They take care of your transfer from the airport, your restaurant reservation, even your salsa class ! My family and I had a great experience and we do recommend Casa del Reloj !

Service was great and the rental is in a very nice neighborhood.

The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location of the property is very nice and there are many restaurants and clubs to choose from. The rental suite that we had was clean but was very dark....there were no windows, just 2 skylights. The room also had a musty smell to it...there was an air freshener but it didn't cover up the smell. Also, the bed was hard. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are constantly working to improve our services and product. We have several ideas that will address your concern regarding the dampness. Eden is by far our quietest unit. Most travelers to Colombia are not aware of a common building code that limits windows to just the front of a building to ensure privacy of neighbors on the sides. The internal patios are the solution for providing both ventilation and natural light.

Best Location In Medellin. Spectacularly Themed Apartments, Spas, Fountains, Gardens, Kitchens...

My girlfriend and I stayed her for two weeks and it could not have been a better choice. The Casa Del Reloj building offers this great, economical, luxury apartment by the name of EDEN. One of six fantastically themed apartments. This one known for its two "open to the sky patio/gardens". Lots of light in the living room and dining room and kitchen areas. Everything was easy from the moment we arrived. A nice reception lady, Damaris, assisted us with a quick check-in. She showed us how to use all the buttons and dials and the in-room safe in this modern, brand new apartment. She also explained a bit about the unique design and construction. The custom furniture, the over-sized beds with fantastically comfortable mattress and back support. The ergonomic design in all the sofas and chairs. Damaris also explained that the owner is including free, light, daily housekeeping, which was a great relief since we were staying for a while. We used the kitchen for breakfasts, snacks and quick meals. Eden has a large, well thought out kitchen design and is great if you decide to eat in. The refrigerator will hold all you need for cocktails or other foods. We took advantage of the washer & dryer in this unit as well, after a long day hiking and needing to clean our clothes. The nearly almost blackout curtains gave us a great rest and opportunity to sleep in late after hitting up some of the clubs on the weekends. Casa del Reloj is located in probably the best location in all of Medellin. Dozens of restaurants are right outside the front door. We never needed to spend money on a taxi or climb any steep roads to get back to our apartment. Most restaurants are between 15 seconds and 3 minute walk from the front door. Although you can hear some street noise from time to time, compare that to other hotels or rental properties that directly face the street. Casa del Reloj has solved this issue very well with its unique design. I plan on returning to Medellin by June, and hope that I can get another couple or two to go with us so we can try one of the other spectacularly themed apartments. If not, EDEN awaits us on our next visit!

La posicion es excelente. El servicio impecable. Desafortunadamente tuvimos unos vecinos no muy educados, que fumaban en su propia habitacion y a nosotros nos entraba el humo. No obstante se les llamara la atención, siguieron fumando. No culpo a la propiedad obviamente. Considero que esta gente,si no es capaz de respetar unas reglas tan simples, deberia quedarse en casa y no viajar. Por el resto todo muy bien y los señores de la gestion super amables. Volveremos.

Recommended, first-class, safe, responsive, timely, thorough, as described and photographed

Perfect Medellín location (restaurants, transport, clubs, nightlife, cultural events, tours abound), quiet building in a busy/active area; Outstanding English speaking staff (Ivan tracked our persistent flight delays and Damaris had an efficient, good natured response to our every request); Our unit was spacious, secure (the locks are special), clean, fully equipped (we prepared simple breakfast food and washed several loads of laundry), 2 bedroom, in-suite — everything worked as designed; My grown son (fluent in Spanish) and I are self-sufficient adventurers and we were on the go for four days, spending only sleeping hours in the well-appointed apartment — however, as another reviewer noted and as the owner ably responded, should you spend a lot of time in the unit and seek abundant natural light, you might wish to secure a unit in the building with outside windows. We have visited six continents and some 60 countries, and I resided in foreign countries for 25 years, with the accompanying highs/lows. With these years of travel experience, we are fully confident in and pleased to provide a 5* rating for the Casa del Roloj.

The most magical place

Acabo de pasar tres noches increíbles con mi familia en Eden, uno de los apartamentos de Casa de Reloj (CDR). CDR está ubicado en la mejor zona del Poblado y es una casa encantadora que consta de seis apartamentos de diferentes tamaños . Nosotros escogimos Eden porque nos aconsejaron éste por ser el mas silencioso de la casa. Edene cuenta con dos cómodas habitaciones y dos patios que permiten entrar bastante iluminación Tambien, el apartamento se caracteriza por un lindo mural que cuenta la historia del Jardin de Eden. Encontramos detalles poco comunes en otros apartamentos donde nos hemos alojado. Hay tomas eléctricas exactamente donde se las necesita, los muebles son lindos y super cómodos. Las habitaciones tienen aire pero tambien ventiladores, los cuales para nosotros fueron mas que suficiente. La cocina es muy bien equipada. Los baños tambien hermosos y bien diseñados. La ubicación de Casa del Reloj es ideal para una corta estadía, a pocos pasos de los mejores restaurantes de Medellin. Y la atención de Johana y todo el equipo fue 5 estrellas! Sin duda vamos a regresar a Casa del Reloj la próxima vez que volvamos a Medellin. This is the best place in Medellin if you look for comfort, location, service and safety. I stayed here with my family and we loved every detail!! We recommend Casa del Reloj to any travelers looking for quality accomodations in best location!!

Best location in Medellin

From our initial contact with the owner, John Paul, through numerous questions with the on-site manager, Johanna, everything went extremely smoothly with making arrangements for our trip. When we arrived, we were thrilled to see the bustling neighborhood , the many restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of this area. Johanna arranged for a fantastic day trip to Guatape with a fantastic private guide, Juan, as well as for a chef to come to the apartment and cook us a typical Colombian dinner. I would recommend both highly. The unit itself was great..clean, uniquely decorated, very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer given all there is to do in Medellin.

Simply perfect

Amazing rooms in a brand new hotel, located in the very best area of Medellin. I expericenced with my family (my wife, my 3 daughters and myself) at the ''Casa del Reloj'' a perfect stay. Rooms are extremely well decorated, with a lot of space and everything you need to enjoy your stay (kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...). The staff is very helpful (to book a table in the lovely neighborhood or a transfer to the airport). With no doubt, I will recommend this place !

Best Place in Medllin central area

This apartment so far is one of best place I have stayed so far in Colombia.-Vary good location and tons of restaurant and bar in few minutes walking distance.Moment i enter I feel lots of positive energy-Vary clean place bathroom, Towels, Kitchen area, Living area well lighted and whole place vary clean. Sky Light bring lot of natural light in room. Somebody always available at front office to help.Johanna helps me issues with taxi and she is wonderful employee. Building area is neat and clean and vary secured. Night time you can walk freely and vary safe around premises. Once you into apartment is vary quiet and i did not hear any noise or traffic and slept real good- Defiantly a 5 star rating from me and will come back for sure soon. Good luck and keep up same way nice management.

Amazing Apartment

Excellent Location..Attention to Detail...Friendly Service! Needless to say I enjoyed my stay. From the beginning the level of service was top shelf, we chose to have the staff arrange our transportation from the airport. Upon our arrival our driver was prompt, courteous and professional. The price was the same as getting a Taxi but with better service and the driver knows the address ( this helps avoid any confusion in case your spanglish is a bit rusty.) The Eden was amazing! The design was spacious and well thought out, I enjoyed the hot showers and jacuzzi and the wifi was strong. It was also nice to have the modern washer/dryer to wash clothes if needed. Another nice touch was the security code doors eliminated the need to carry and potential lose your key. Basically everything you would need to enjoy your stay was in the rooms. The full size fridge was nice and there are several convenient stores nearby for food/beverage and any other supplies you might need. The location was awesome and we were able to walk to all the trendy restaurants in the upscale neighborhood and entertainment district of El Poblado. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and spoke good English. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. -Paul S.

Exceptional accommodations

I have visited Medellin more than a few times and this is the first time I stayed at Casa De Reloji. I was completely impressed with the property, the staff, and the location is A+. It is walking distance to numerous 4-5 star restaurants, close to Parque Lleras and excellent shopping. It is a quiet and relaxing property and location. I highly recommend CDR.
