My boyfriend and I had a amazing time I will definitely come back it was exactly what we were looking for the condo was great everything we needed and the view from the balcony was amazing you are right on the beach with amazing sunset and we even seen a dolphin and the people on the beach said they seen a manatee and anything you want to do is all around there this place is in a great location

I Do not recommend unless you want woke up at 8am every morning by ear shattering construction right at your bedroomWe rented this property for 8 nights the add said there was construction going to be happening from 2022-2024 but apparently it’s still ongoing it is more than horrible not only that every piece of beach equipment that we drug out to the beach was in horrible unusable condition it was especially hard to drag out a beach canopy to get it opened up to a split open roof chairs and umbrellas were the same also the washer and dryer had some red and blue die in it that ruined a thousand dollars worth of brand new clothes bought just for the trip it was a slap in the face to get 240 refund that didn’t even cover one of the ruined outfits oh did I also mention the microwave didn’t work this should have been a full refund

The balcony to our condo was still under construction during our visit which made it unusable for us. We were offered 50% refund to keep our booking for the week because of the balcony being unavailable, which they never followed through with... The condo was dirty and unkept, all the patio furniture was inside the condo as they were still working on the balcony.Trying to contact the property manager about the offered refund and has not been reachable. Had I received the refund I was promised I would have been okay with everything that was there...

DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO...Until the Construction can be confirmed that is complete. We arrived Sunday and Monday morning at 8:00 the construction workers started using Jackhammers right beside the unit, and this continued every day until 3:00 PM. I took a video if anyone cares to see. The owners mentioned nothing about how loud the noise would be.The mattresses are horrible in all the rooms, the cookware is scratched and outdated, there are mismatched plastic dishes. The bathroom shower head pours water out of the back of the tub and cannot be changed, causing a major slip hazard. Forget sitting out of the balcony because that's where the AC Unit is and it's loud!The positives are few...the pool was clean and there is a nice public boat ramp across the street.I'm still very upset and disappointed, as this trip was to celebrate my 64th birthday with my Son and Grandson. We drove over 13 hours from Roanoke, VA!

Vacation

Had a good stay. Great view of the ocean. The pool was still under construction from the hurricane but the ocean was what we went for so wasn’t a problem for us. Great location. Would stay again

Relaxing getaway

Unbelievably beautiful location, directly on beach, with views of pool and beach from large balcony. Large 2 BR 2 BA condo with coin laundry right outside door. Friendly owners and vacationers staying in same property mean a relaxing vacation is guaranteed!

Fabulous View!

This property is great! Centrally located between must see places. This property has the best view of the Gulf!! Yes the property is in need of a few bathroom updates but we weren’t there to stay inside. The view and the immediate proximity to the beach is awesome! We would definitely return to this spot!!

Beautiful views!

Overall we loved the condo! The view was amazing, the location was perfect, and the pool and beach were so close and easy to access. We were hoping for a pull out (as listed) as we had a teenager and the rollaway was small, so it was slightly frustrating when we found out there was not one. We made it work though. The construction also got loud at times, but we knew there would be construction before going so we were prepared for that. It has everything you need including beach towels and chairs which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The place was very nice, but I don’t think the room has been cleaned accurately. The view was good

It was a good property minus the construction going on.. the pool was heated which was a plus. I wish they would have had a boardwalk to the beach or at least some hand rails.

Great stay!

It’s an older building but beautifully maintained. The view is fantastic, especially when the storms are rolling in. The unit itself is simple, nothing fancy, just very nice and well kept…. The beach was beautiful, even with the on and off weather it was stress free because of how easy it was to get back and forth between the beach and our unit. Will definitely save for another stay in the future. I will also note that the property owner was nothing short of fantastic, the communication was great, very clear and super quick. All my questions and concerns prior to checking in were promptly answered which was key to knowing my family was going to have a great time.

Worth the money

This condo was perfect for what we needed while visiting Indian Shores. It was affordable given the rise in prices of everything. The views are amazing. The air conditioner on the porch is a bit noisy at times but it’s better to have air conditioning than none at all. The pool was very nice, everyone was very friendly. Over all a good place to stay if you’re not picky, and wanting to enjoy a nice vacation on the beach :)

Was shocked to find out the balconies were being repaired and couldn’t be used. All the furniture from the balcony was inside taking up a lot of space. The pool couldn’t be used due to the construction on the balconies. Pictures of inside are probably 15 years old, doors were off or warped in bedroom and linen closet, musty smell, and not clean as we would have expected. Worst part was the construction noise Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm - we had to leave the condo early in the morning for the 3 days they were working directly on our balcony. We can’t imagine the balcony work for this tower will be done for at least a few more months then they will probably start on another tower of rooms - so noise and pool will be an issue.

Family Vacation

This was our 8th to 10th time in the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach area. As always the vacation was wonderful and the place was beautiful. The only two criticisms I would have are; the mattress in the master definitely needs to be replaced and as big as this complex was there was only one elevator, which was down for maintenance one of the days. However, over all this was a wonderful place and it was well equipped for your stay. We would definitely consider staying at this unit again.

The View & Location are PERFECT!!!

This 5th floor Condo gave you a view of the beach and ocean that was spectacular! There is plenty of space on the balcony to spend hours just taking in the views. The Condo itself was very open and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we mostly cooked our meals. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We talked to our host before our arrival and during our stay and he was always very responsive. We are booked again for next year and can't wait to get back! Thanks Steve & Jaime

Prime location excellent view

Overall it’s a great place to stay. Location is perfect direct beach access. Pool, shade, and plenty of chairs. Plenty of signs posted for no smoking or vaping. Only in posted area, but clearly not enforced at all. We had people vaping ing the pool in the parking lot as well as the worker who was cleaning the pool in the mornings. So as far as sitting on the deck drinking coffee enjoying the view, only if you don’t mind the smell of smoke.

What u see is what u get

Exactly as advertised, nothing fancy but the location and view make it a million dollar property! There is construction going on at this time so be sure to expect noise and inconvenience from it until the work is done.

Great fun stay

We had a blast staying here. The room was cozy and had a bunch of stuff for the beach (beach chairs, canopy, etc) the owner was very prompt with answering me back with any questions I had and handled things wonderfully. The only issue I had and it has nothing to do with the room and owner, but the people there made us feel uncomfortable and questioned our every move. We had family staying in a different place but would come over to our place since it was Oceanside and the resident there told me I was only scheduled for 7 people and we had more than that. It wasn’t any of his business but they still made it feel like we wasn’t supposed to be there. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
