Lake Trip

We loved our vacation home! Fabulous location. Docked our boat at Lees Ford and on the water in less than 5 minutes!

Weekend getaway!

Love the property, so convenient to Lee's Ford Marina and other places around town!!! The town home was very nice and clean. Nice decor was nice and great tv's! Hope to come back soon!! Jason was great to work with too!

Convenient to Lees Ford Marina!

We had a terrific 3 night stay! The townhouse was nicely furnished and right across the street from the liquor store! One king and three queen beds was perfect for our group! Beautiful view off both decks! Nice open concept and all the little touches a renter might like. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus! Highly recommend this rental!

Great location

This property was described perfectly and had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time. The location close to Lee’s Ford couldn’t be more convenient and you’re only 10 minutes from the major hub of grocery stores and restaurants. The little gem Sorrentos is right up the road. The house was clean and the one issue we had was corrected IMMEDIATELY by Jason and his communication was always quick and effective. We will be back!

Memorable weekend at Lee's Ford Marina

This condo was perfect for our family this past weekend. Beautiful property with a lovely view of the lake. Even though we brought all that we needed to prepare meals and do laundry so that we wouldn't have to take time out to go to a store, this condo was well stocked in case you forgot something. ( spices, garbage bags, coffee filters ) We highly recommend it and would book it again. Jason was easy to reach when we had a question too.

TLC needed

The oven was very slow to heat up and bake and cook with. The smoke detectors in some rooms seemed to not be functional. There were only 6 forks.

Great place, great location

I rented this townhouse over Thanksgiving for my adult children while visiting. The place was very clean, functional, and well located. 10 out of 10 would rent this unit again. Owner was very good about informing us of access and checking to make sure our stay was going smoothly.

Great condo with a Great location!

Second year in a row of staying at this condo. Very nice condo with two levels and plenty of room. The location is outstanding, being right at top of hill from Lee's Ford Marina and liquor store directly across road. Will stay here over and over!

Great Lake house

Check in process super easy, location spot on if you are keeping your boat at Lee’s Ford Marina because it is really walking distance to the marina! Town of Somerset is close by for meals out, groceries, theater- which we enjoyed because we got sunburned and needed some indoor entertainment . is

Location

Very clean and spacious. Beautiful view of the lake from the upper and lower decks. Location was great. Kept our boat down at Lee's Ford and it was perfect! And very convenient to the Liquor Store!

Great week at the lake!

Our rental went very smoothly and the unit was well appointed and more than sufficient for our needs. Proximity to Somerset and Lee's Ford marina was very convenient. Only two negatives, which should not be a deal breaker for most people: noise from the adjacent units, and noise from the nearby highway and bridge. Highly recommend this rental!

This was a great location with plenty of space, very warm and inviting atmosphere, and had everything that we needed. Felt right home! Jason was a great host and checked up on us to see if we needed anything. Looking forward to staying again!

Vacation home

our family would definitely rent this house again. From the time we walked in the door it was super clean and updated. Nice view of Lee’s Ford Marina. Close to the boat docks at the Marina. The house was well equipped with everything we would need as if we were at our own house. Communication with Jason was excellent he answered all questions promptly and was great to deal with. Nice parking in drive for boat trailer and truck. Great location. Beds were comfortable. We can not say enough about the place and experience. 5 star. Thank you

Perfect location and condo for boating from Lee’s Ford Marina

Absolutely perfect place for friends and family to stay when boating from Lee’s Ford Marina. 4 BR, 2 baths, 2 decks, nice kitchen and grill on the deck for the steaks. Rent a slip at marina and take shuttle up the hill or your vehicle. Literally 2 minutes from the water. Harbor restaurant on top of hill is really good too! Liquor store 100 yds away as well. Owner texted me upon our arrival and the day we left, just to check and make sure everything was going good for us. We will definitely stay here again! Love us some Lake Cumberland!

Beautiful view and convenient location

I was very impressed with the accommodations. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There is a beautiful view of the lake from both levels of the home and there are 2 decks. It is also conveniently located to the marina which made our daily boating easy. Jason was quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to staying there again.

.... that was the water temperature of Lake Cumberland while we were there. The accommodations were fantastic, very comfortable beds and convenient to our boat that we left on the water in one of Lee’s Ford transient slips. The large kitchen area allowed multiple cooks in the kitchen to spread out as they liked for food prep. This is a great place and easy to get to.
