Jeg har ingen tvivl om, at du vil nyde dit ophold i vores renoverede lejlighed (November 2017), som ligger på 25. Etage i Tower II i Waikiki Banyan resort kompleks. Det har en fantastisk direkte havudsigt fra hvert værelse! GRATIS PARKERING!!
Denne Deluxe Ocean View Condo er det perfekte sted for en familieferie, bryllupsrejse, jubilæum, eller når som helst !!

Beliggende lige i hjertet af Waikiki, og i gåafstand fra mange attraktioner, herunder ikoniske Waikiki Beach, som ligger kun få skridt væk, såvel som mange butikker og restauranter, og den nyåbnede internationale markedsplads.

Vores Condo er varm og indbydende, og når du ankommer, vil du aldrig ønsker at forlade,

Banyan is great location. Reasonably priced condo was very clean, modern renovation with great kitchen and TV. Condo conveniently close to laundry machines and garbage chute.

Family trip to Oahu

Our family of four truly enjoyed our stay in the condo at Waikiki. We loved our mornings on the balcony and everything inside the condo was well situated and true to the description. We made good use of the boogie boards, with the beach a quick 5 min walk down the street. The condo building is currently undergoing some renovations, so there were longer than usual wait times on the elevator and the pool was closed during our stay. But those were only minor inconveniences. John was extremely communicative and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The views were incredible!!

This condo had incredible views of the ocean. You can see the water from every window in the condo. It's beautiful! It is exactly how the pictures look and described. The view is better than the pictures. It has a full size kitchen and is fully stocked with any kind of dish, pan or utensil needed. There were Ziploc bags, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. You never know if a VRBO is just going to have a starter package. This condo was stocked. The bed was very comfortable. There are extra pillows in the closet should you want a variety. The shower is a nice size. FYI don't turn the handle all the way over to hot.... I realized it was hot when the handle was in the middle. The AC unit kept us comfortable. They have a manual fan in the bedroom which we kept on. We did not hear any noise from the street or from neighbors. The laundry facility is right next door. It has one machine. We wanted to do 2 loads at once so we walked to another floor. You have to pay using an app which is a hassle but that's the way everything is. They had several beach chairs and umbrellas. Don't know if they all work but the two chairs and umbrella we used were fine. The parking is tight which is normal for Waikiki. Would not recommend a large SUV/Truck unless you have to. The location is fantastic. 5 - 7 min walk to beach & close to Tues night free Hula show. Easy walk to stores & restaurants. The smart TV worked fine. I will definitely stay here again & recommend it. Enjoy

Great View

It was only a couple blocks away from the ocean, places to eat and shops. The only thing that was a pain were the elevators took forever. I guess they were under renovation some of the time which we weren’t notified of but all in all it was a good place to stay. I would recommend staying here. The owner was fast in his responses.

This place is great. Fully equipped with everything you need. The owner is amazing to work with and always answers quickly if you have any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Comforts of home and great location

The condo has all the amenities of home. It was clean, laundry next door and just a couple blocks from Waikiki beach. Walking distance to the beach and shops. John responded promptly and was gracious to let us check in early. I would highly recommend renting from John again. Thank you!

Good location, clean with all you need

This vrbo has everything you could need which was great. We used the beach chairs and walked 10 minutes to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Had an umbrella, cards, kleenex, just a lot of thoughtful extras that make it homey. The only negative things I would say is that you hear quite a bit of noise due to the downtown location so just expect that. Also the bedroom blinds did nothing to keep the light out in the morning. Every day we were up by 6am, not exactly ideal when your on vacation. Be ready to get an early start to your day or bring an eye mask.

4 nights exploring O’ahu. Condo near Diamond head end of the Waikiki strip so convenient but not loud and crazy scene. Responsive host. Well stocked condo for cooking beach chairs a plus

Amazing location, cozy place and great host!

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at Jon's place sooo much!! The place is equipped with everything you might possibly need, even beach chairs and umbrellas! Plus the building has a small convenience store on the first floor for anything you might still need! The beach is only a 10 minute walk and every tour I booked was able to pick us up right across the street! Lastly, Jon the host was amazing during the whole process! Very communicative and responsive! We enjoyed our stay sooo much and Jon made the process smooth and with no hassle! So I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

This condo was perfect for our family trip to Oahu! We have an almost 2 year old and the condo was equipped with a pack and play saving us the hassle of trying to find one down there or traveling with one.it was a hot week and the A/C worked great. The condo was filled with the necessity items. It was very clean! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in downtown waikiki. Minutes away from the beach and beautiful lanai views!

Well equipped, convenient ocean view unit with Parking

We had a great stay at Johns apartment The location is ideal and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Having parking was also a huge plus The unit wa easy to find and checkin was very smooth - inclufing access to parking. Overall the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay again

Ideal Waikiki Location

We stayed 10 days in Waikiki and this space was ideal for our family of 4. It came with all the amenities we needed including parking, and is centrally located to easily get to anything in Oahu. Comfortable bed for us and pullout for the kids, beach chairs and towels, a cooler and ice packs. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Fantastic Stay in Oahu

We have stayed in many rental condos and this one was far the best! Location, check in, comfy bed, great shower with good water pressure! We literally have not one complaint! We will be back!!!

Lovely, well equipped, comfortable and a great location

This lovely condo came equipped with everything we could possibly need and then some. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach toys, snorkel sets, lots beach towels, every kitchen appliance and pot and pan imaginable, many kitchen staples such as spices, etc., etc. There was even a port-a crib and potty stowed under the bed for those who have babies. The unit was very clean and the king bed very comfortable. The location was very convenient for all things in Waikiki. Parking is included and we never had an issue finding a space at any time of day. We did not experience long wait times for the elevators (there are 4 per tower) as some reviewers of other units on the upper floors have mentioned. The owner John was very responsive to all my questions. Overall we can highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again. This was our 4th trip to Oahu and our 2nd stay at the Waikiki Banyan.

This was a beautiful place to stay and enhanced our first visit to Hawaii and our 50th wedding anniversary. We had a problem the first night due to a cleaning schedule mix-up but John made it good even though it was not his fault. The property is exactly as pictured and does offer a great view of the water and even a little bit of the beach. And Waikiki beach is just a five-minute walk from the front door. There are many great restaurants within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk (Recommendation: stay away from OMG on the corner of Ohua and Kalakaua). Some guests have complained about the elevators but we had no problem no matter what time of day. The parking garage can get full, especially on the weekends, but we were always able to find a spot. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare and enjoy your meals in the room and that was important to us. We loved having breakfast on the lanai in the mornings. You may not have any interaction with the hotel staff at the Waikiki Banyan, but if you have a problem, they are super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, John!

Smooth process

Everything was amazing. John was very helpful and the check-in went smooth. The space was wonderful with lots of amenities. The bedding and towels were top of the line. I highly recommend this property.

My daughters liked her stay.

My daugthers liked their stay. They thought all was good. I made sure to ask them to keep the place clean, since I could not be there. The weird thing is that I got an email from the property manager after they left, who stated that the place was left a mess, and that he would report that to VRBO. He then sent me pictures that looked totally fine (an empty bag from Starburcks on the floor, underwear that were left behind, ... I did not get it. It is not making sense to me. She they had a good time, I will still give this 5 stars. Just weird that I got that email stating they would be reported, for what looked like a normal post-stay cleaning that housekeeping would normally expect.

Property is as described. Good value for the price. We only slept and showered but noticed plenty of beach chairs and a rolling cooler for a beach day. The refrigerator had several open items that was a bit of a turn off but we only used it for drinks. The bed and sheets were unexpectedly very comfortable. There are only two things that would prevent me from renting again but I doubt most people will care much. There are thin shades in the bedroom so the city lights come through all night. I couldn’t acclimate to Hawaii time because I can’t sleep with lights in my face. The property is old and the few elevators are too. They were terribly slow which resulted in overcrowding. Plan an extra 30 minutes when you leave to go anywhere and pray you don’t get stuck or that anyone is sick. Overall, I would recommend this property for most folks because the price is incredibly less than hotels.

Clean, Great view

Had an excellent stay at Johns place. He was very quick to reply to me and his place is very clean and well stocked if you want to use the kitchen! We enjoyed using his cooler, beach chair, and umbrella. Highly recommend this place and will stay again.

Centrally located, clean, comfortable with free parking

My family and i enjoyed our 10 days in this condo. It is clean and fully stocked with kitchen, bath and beach essentials. The view is awesome and free parking was a bonus. I would rent again.
