We had the best time! This was our first time to stay at the Adagio and this unit was great! We’ve been coming down to 30a for 25 years and love Blue Mountain. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Family Fun in the Sun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two side by side condos to accommodate our family for a week of fun in the sand and sun. It was our first time to stay at Adagio, but certainly will not be our last! We were delighted with the condos’ furnishings, modern appliances, and location. The pool was wonderful and the proximity to the breathtakingly beautiful beach was perfect. We weren’t expecting quite so many stairs - they provided a bit of a challenge and prevented us from using a beach cart. We would absolutely recommend Adagio as the ideal vacation spot!

6/10 Okay

So good but so bad!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and access to beach. Condo was not clean, floors needed to be mopped! Beds were uncomfortable, linens stiff and scratchy. Thought the condo was pet free but there was what appeared to be “fur” under the sofa. Everyone in my family left there with allergy problems.

Review for Adagio G405 June 22-29, 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week was wonderful. This unit is beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable. We had plenty of space, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, two coffee makers, and many other items we were not expecting. There were plenty of plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils. The only area we found lacking was the fitness center because some of the equipment was not operational. But, overall, we’re looking forward to more beach vacations at Adagio.

Senior Trip at the beautiful Adagio

Heated pools and hot tub were awesome and made the mid-March trip enjoyable. Security guards were so pleasant and the 3 bedroom suite was so beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped and we took advantage of the outdoor gas grills. Can't wait to come back to this little corner of 30a!

Best service yet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Adagio Association is the best we’ve encountered in 22 years of traveling. They go way beyond and make it look easy. We will definitely book through them again. My only suggestion to them as any property management company would be to offer “good, better, best” cleaning and charge accordingly.
