Please update your condo. It’s so dated from back in the 1980’s. Bed was comfortable. Price was great Owners were nice Absolutely did not like the check in process. Again need to update on check in process as well. We had to stop by an office and check in like a hotel does and same with checking out. Also we had to carry a miniature key with us the entire time. Switch to a keyless entry. It’s more efficient for customers.

Cindy, The pictures that are on the VRBO website are accurate. They were taken a few months ago. I am not sure what you were expecting in the condo since you should have viewed the pictures and video prior to booking. Also, the house rules and description stipulates the check in and check out procedure as well as the times. Perhaps your hope was with keyless entry you could arrive anytime you want, since we know you wanted to arrive at noon. Noon wasn't possible on a holiday weekend, but we did allow you to check in at 1:00. I am sorry it was an inconvenience for you to stop by and pick up a key since we are only a block away and you drive right by the office. Our condo owners deeply appreciate that we meet the guests before entry. Hopefully it wasn't too burdensome carrying around a door key. Please review the pictures, and read all descriptions and house rules before requesting to book in the future so you aren't disappointed when you arrive.

Very well-kept and clean condo. We appreciated the closeness to the lake and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The view of the lake made our stay peaceful. The owners were very nice and helpful at check-in.

Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the location and sitting on the deck for our morning coffee. Communication was great and check-in/check-out was easy. Highly recommend!

Great weekend

We really liked the location and the condo. It was a great size for the two of us. The manager even accommodated our smaller boat by moving us to a more protected slip! A few stars, but really great place.

Getaway

We enjoyed the view of the lake from the covered balcony and from the inside wall to floor windows and patio doors, had a relaxing and lazy getaway!

Great place for a getaway

My husband and I stay at the lake often and this was the first time at this condo. It did not disappoint. Spectacular views from our condo and also at the pool!

50th Anniversary

Condo was just as advertised. Kevin was very helpful in helping us plan our special dinner. We spent our night hours on the balcony enjoying the view of the lake. We would definitely return.

Nice Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a nice short getaway. Each morning, we would sit out on the deck, drink our coffee, and gaze at the water. We arrived at an annual car show, and my husband was excited, a slight added bonus to our trip. The room was clean and offered amenities. It did have stairs to the condo, so if that is an issue for some, be sure to ask ahead of time.

Peaceful with a great view.

We loved our condo and the view was outstanding! Perfect and for the 2 of us. Clean and quite. My husband thought the new bed was incredible. Only downside was the front door getting stuck on the overhang. We will definately be returning!

Great location

Location and cleanliness make this a great value. Condo and pool area nice, the many steps (it is a mountain lake) well marked with good railings. What kept this from a 5 star rating were the skimpy and cheap little things: mismatched dishes and silverware, thin towels, the worst shower head ever invented. We would definitely say here again, but might bring more of our own things.

Pretty & quiet spot on the lake

Location is great. Loved that it was quiet and peaceful! Condo was clean and as expected. Had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was very nice and people were very friendly. There is a great paved walking/biking trail up the hill from the resort that is fantastic. Being VERY particular, wished the deck was screened in. There were a lot of bugs in the evening. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to return soon.

Lake front and on water

Nice size one bedroom condo with all amenities with beautiful views of Lake Ozark and setting sun. Nice pool and surroundings. As they will tell you there are numerous stairs to climb so make sure you can before considering. We felt it was well worth the stairs and we are in our mid 70's.

Nice condos, view of water

It was a nice area and we would recommend it. The front door was hard to get in and out of, door stuck a lot. Shower was awful, no pressure at all. People upstairs were loud and could hear them walking around in the middle of the night. We didn't use kitchen other than coffee cups, but seemed stocked with needs. Otherwise, condo itself was good and recommend it to friends.

We are so sorry you had several issues. The weekend of your stay was bike fest weekend and it is a very loud weekend. Did you use the sound machine to try to help with the noise? Bay Point is on a private water system and not city water. The water pressure isn't comparable to city water. I am sorry you were not satisfied. We hope you enjoyed the nice view of the main channel from your deck and pool and were able to take time to use the heated pool and relax by the water.

Good location, terrible bed!

Owner and property manager were very nice and responsive, the unit was dated but ok. Could use comfortable seating on deck to watch the beautiful sunsets right off the deck but even that we could live with. Our issue was the bed. Recognizing we all like different firmnesses, this mattress was just broken down. Springs on the window side of the bed squeaked and popped all night and the bed sagged terribly on both sides. We ended up leaving a day early because our backs could not take a third night on that mattress. Once mattress is replaced I think this is a good economical place to stay.

So sorry the bed wasn't to your liking. The bed frame does make noise at times. I don't believe the springs are popping through. We will let the owner know. However, you are the first ones to comment on the bed not being comfortable. It is only a few years old and it is a vacation rental, so it isn't slept on every night. It is difficult to find a mattress that pleases everyone. We find being on the boat for two days straight really takes a toll on our backs also. Especially on a busy Saturday!
