Great little mountain getaway place! Convenient location, close to all of the attractions we wanted to go to! Great outdoor patio for spending the evenings, complete with a hot tub! The inside is very roomy and perfect for a family. I took my daughter’s family, and the boys (9 and 11) loved sleeping in the upstairs loft which houses a pool table. The wildlife all around is amazing! I highly recommend this place!

Amazing location and safe area about 7-10 min away from nearest grocery store, pharmacy, and gas station. The cabin was spacious but for primary essentials such as dish soap and hand soap were in a travel size quantity which was not enough for cleaning dishes maybe if you are staying for 1 day it is useful but stays longer than 3 days it's best to buy or bring your own hand and dish soap.As far as bedrooms they were were nice and cozy but bedding smelled like previous visitors, one of the pillows cases smelled like cigarettes also small amounts of dog hair the beds. Otherwise had a amazing stay hot tub was clean and communication with host was very efficient. I will stay here again I will just be more prepared.

Host was readily available to answer and assist with any questions. If you go in the summer months, there is no air conditioning. Quite hot in the house. Owner supplies fans, we could have used 3 additional fans. There is a 2 car garage which was helpful for parking. Stairs if you are not able to access walking up stairs this is not yy.our place to stay. Be prepared to haul all your things up stairs. Kitchen fully equipped, great grill with plenty of propane. We picked up tea (battery operated) for dining table out side. Neighbors very friendly. We brought our own speakers to access music. Never turned the TV on. It was a great family trip at the Lake.

Check in was super smooth and simple. Hot Tub was hot and clean and cozy on the chilly nights. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and all the cooking equipment needed. Hot water heater and dishwasher worked very well! They gave us a gift of a bottle of wine and that was very kind. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Located about 10 minutes from Heavenly Village but far enough away to be cozy and safe. I would recommend this place for a family vacation.

Amenities were ok, they didn’t supply enough dish soap, there were no seasonings in the kitchen other than salt and pepper. You’d think they would supply a few essentials in the kitchen, it was completely empty. The internet sucked, very hard to use the WiFi it was extremely slow and frustrating.

Stay was fine

House was fine and clean in exception to carpets definitely need a cleaning. Definitely need to bring seasoning and oil to cook with. . The stairs are very slippery and dangerous.. The communication the lake accommodation was great!

Review

The house was clean and overall good. The bottle of wine was a nice surprise. I had a couple complaints in regards to the some of the amenities in the house. The bunk beds screeched all the time and moved to much it was very hard for some to sleep with the screeching of the bunk beds. One of my family members who stayed with me and my family parked their car in the garage and found a rat in the hood. My wife and family were very upset that the rental home didn’t have basic like salt or sugar.

Just okay

It got the job done, but not impressed with this property. Biggest problems: no air conditioning (cabin was very warm during the afternoon), pillows and beds needs replacing, noisy and shaky bunk bed, noisy upstairs floor, detached garage (cannot fit a truck), cobwebs and spiders inside, and clothes dryer didn’t dry very well. Garage can only be accessed by going outside and down the stairs through the rollup garage door. Slightly annoying when needing to grab something from the car or just checking to see if the garage door is open or closed. Positives: great neighborhood with walking trails, hot tub, WiFi, easy check in, close enough to the Y and Stateline. Overall it got the job done. Investing a little bit into this property would make someone’s stay quite a bit more enjoyable.

Upon arrival, 2 windows were missing screens, 1 window had a broken screen. Due to heat and no a/c, it was necessary to have windows open all night which allowed mosquitoes to come in. Patio umbrella was broken so we were unable to use the table during the day. Considering the cost, it was definitely not worth it. Will not return...

Was told by the GM, safety is not Lake Tahoe Accommodations concern

Location is solid, easily accessible to pioneer trail. About 10 minutes from Heavenly. Other than that this property falls short in all categories. Antiquated check in system that requires the renter to go to check in office to resign all papers and docs that have already been signed electronically. Cleanliness: random stains on carpet which I guess has to be expected in a rental that has carpet and allows pets? Additionally once myself and guest cleared the deck of snow pack (mind you it hadn’t snowed in 37 days when we arrived so this is snow from over a month ago) and we’re able to reach the grill we found what looked like frozen vomit coating a good portion of the grill cover, no thanks won’t be using that. Wifi can’t handle 11 people with their devices. Some false/misleading advertisements such as stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, etc. Its as if the home were in a time capsule from the 90’s. VHS tapes and all! Simple things like toilet floats were inoperable. All that said it was mostly minor and didn’t impact the guest experience all that much. Safety was the biggest issue I had with this property. Upon arriving I see the driveway has thick ice at least 1-3” and the walk way up is essentially inaccessible due to ice pack. I message the 24/7 customer service immediately to see if they can send someone to take care of the hazard and they ask if there isn’t a shovel there? I was thrown off initially because at no point after spending $,$$$ on a 3 night rental did I think I’m going to have to shovel snow or pick ice to keep my guests safe ? Well surprise to me that’s exactly what’s expected of guests. After a lengthy conversation with the GM, Josh Priou, he stated that it was part of the Tahoe experience and that we should expect it. Josh was nice enough to give us a 10% discount on our stay which basically covered the labor it took to clear the stairs and path to the house. Discount wasn’t my focus though. Reason I won’t be booking with Lake Tahoe accommodations again is even after pointing out the amount of ice that accumulated on the driveway and that my guests had already slipped multiple times on the walking path/driveway, the GM stood firm in that it wasn’t their responsibility to clear it or even attempt to make it safe. Usually don’t leave reviews but would hate for a group with anyone that’s on the older side get seriously injured from a slip and fall on the ice at this property.

Renting was a breeze ! Perfect place !

First time booking a cabin with them and it was a breeze. Easy process with the managing company Place is located in a quite neighborhood. Minor problems but was fixed right away by management ( will not affect the quality of stay) Easy communication through txt message ( fast reply ) Pool + Spa is the best part of it and we are able to have our dog stay within the property. To furture renters pls read the directions posted it will help with some of the previous complains. Thank you Lake Tahoe accommodations !

outdated check in/check out process

This property was comfortable for our three families (6 adults and 4 children) It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. The lighting throughout the house is terrible. The main living area and kitchen were so dark that we had to bring lamps in from the bedrooms. Parking says it’s for three cars, but the driveway is so short that we had to park a mid-size SUV parallel so that it didn’t stick out into the street and cause a problem for the snowplows. This was a pain every time someone had to get in and out of the garage. Check-in and check-out process is extremely outdated as you have to go to the property management office to pick up the keys, re-sign the contracts that you have already signed and review the rules. You also have to physically return the keys back to the office upon departure. The staff is very nice and available 24/7.
