Villa Rossana er en unik ejendom på grund af dens beliggenhed lige ved havet! i den lave nøgle fiskerby Savaneta. Det leveres med en enorm køremåde / parkering, 9 sovepladser, aircondition, fuldt udstyret køkken, privat strand og en privat mole. Fantastisk udsigt til solnedgangen! Villaen har den perfekte kombination mellem luksus og afslappet opholdsstil i ø-stil. Beliggende mellem den populære "Flying Fishbone" restaurant og "Zeerovers" fiskemarked / restaurant. Kun 8 min. fra lufthavnen.

Villaen er 4500 sq ft og er bygget på en havnefront parti og består af 2 bygninger, hovedhuset og en garage og vaskerum med udendørs badeværelse. Hovedhuset har 4 soveværelser og en Murphy-seng i stuen terrasse med udsigt over vandet. Hele huset har aircondition, og fordi huset har solcellepaneler er al elektricitet inkluderet i lejeprisen. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng og et eget badeværelse. BR # 2 er forbundet til soveværelset og har en enkeltseng. BR # 3 har en queensize-seng og deler et badeværelse med BR # 4, som også har en queensize-seng. Så huset kan sove 9 i eksisterende senge. Det fuldt udstyrede køkken har alt hvad du har brug for. Der er en familie / tv-stue, som kan lukkes fra resten af huset, og fra stuen gårdhaven kommer du ind på den udvendige gårdhave, som kan prale med en 8 person udenfor spisebord, der er en gasgrill og loungestole på vandet sand areal. der fører til den private mole med solterrasse. This rental exceeded our expectations. The backyard tiki deck was fantastic, with great snorkeling right at your back door, and Sea Glass Island just across the channel. Also loved the Savaneta neighborhood - walking distance to THREE great restaurants - Zeerover (low cost fresh seafood), Flying Fish (feet in the water dining experience) and Old Man and the Sea (very high end / romantic). Did rent a car for the week to explore other parts of the island. House was very clean and modern, only very minor maintenance issues.

The house was spacious and beautiful. It was super clean and the outdoor tiki area was our favorite. Any questions we had were answered right away. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we were to return to Aruba.

We had a great stay in Savaneta. The covered pier with the hammocks was top notch, and we spent a ton of time out there. The outdoor kitchen was also excellent, and made it easy to cook a couple nice steaks without any hassle.We did our Valentine’s Day dinner at the neighbouring Flying Fishbone and would strongly recommend it. Great experience and super convenient.The house was clean and honestly massive for the four of us. It would easily fit three couples plus a few kids comfortably.

We had an outstanding stay and would absolutely recommend this property. GPS is a touch of of the exact location, but easy to find.Easy snorkel over to sea glass island, and large dock that you can watch for an open table at Fishbone (make reservations early) or walk to Zeerovers. The home was exactly as described, very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Washer and dryer are outside in the garage and older, so be patient with them.....The location was excellent, although may not be for everyone as it is about 25 minutes to the other side of the island where the some of the fancier things are if your into that. Easy drive access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling private and peaceful, just practice your roundabout driving. We especially enjoyed the sunsets and breeze from the dock, spending time outdoors and appreciated how comfortable and well cared for the property was. The beds are on the firm side, however not the end of the world as we know it. There is also a garage that you can park so the rain doesn't drench the jeep seats, if you remember.....Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless.Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in, and it made our Aruba trip even more memorable. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Villa Rosanna is beautiful on every level. The location is ideal for anyone who prefers a quieter, more relaxed part of Aruba.The Tiki hut is the feature everyone talks about, and it truly makes the property special. Morning coffee, afternoon sunning, evening cocktails it was our favorite place to relax. The sunsets off to the right are stunning. The villa is next door to Flying Fishbone (amazing) and Zeerovers (very fun). You can even take kayaks to Sea Glass Island across the bay.We chose Villa Rosanna as a unique place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and it was perfect. On the day of our celebration, we booked couples massages, and Margarita and Cristiel from At Home Spa set up in the Tiki hut — absolutely amazing. That evening, Vince Camargo Photography and his wife came to the villa for family photos, and the property made a beautiful backdrop. For dinner, Timothy from Elevate Productions played piano on the outdoor patio, creating the perfect atmosphere. Chef Moises from My Private Chef Aruba prepared an unforgettable meal. The entire evening was amazing and a beautiful way to spend such a special milestone.Throughout the week, we had some minor concerns and the Casiola staff was incredibly responsive to every question. One small note: the shower in the ensuite is new, but currently floods the bedroom due to a drainage issue. Guests should be aware if they choose to use it.Despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Best vacation in years!

My sister and my family stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. Nice quiet neighborhood but still plenty close to enjoy all the Aruba has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

Wonderful property located in the quiet part of the island. Host was very accommodating and even arranged for our grocery delivery prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing stay in Aruba.

Very nice property and great location. Two issues...shower door was broken so we couldn't shower without everything getting wet and the dishwasher was broken. We let management know and they said the issues would be addressed after our stay.

Amazing sunsets!

Beautiful house with lots of space. Dock was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks watching the sunset. Flying Fishbone next door is a must!

The location was absolutely fantastic! The palapa was a hit! When we weren't out exploring the island, we spent most of our time relaxing, swimming and snorkeling underneath it. We were surprised by the variety of fish we saw and even spotted a brittle star!The house comfortably fit all 8 of us and the kitchen was well-stocked for the many meals we cooked at home. Although we couldn't find any mixing bowls, so it might be worth adding a set. The outdoor kitchen was a great bonus!A few things weren't working during our stay — the outdoor kitchen's ice maker, the master bath jacuzzi, and the outdoor flood light required a call to management. They did respond to the flood light question, though we didn't get to use the jacuzzi.One suggestion: labels on the light switches would be a huge help! There are a lot of them, and we spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out what controlled what as some switches were in a different room. TIP for future guests — the outdoor flood light is controlled by two horizontal switches in the master bathroom; turn both to the right and you're all set!Overall, a memorable trip and a GREAT property. We'd love to come back!

We also appreciate you flagging the issues with the ice maker, jacuzzi, and flood light. While we’re glad our team was able to assist with the lighting, we’re sorry the jacuzzi wasn’t resolved during your stay that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll follow up to ensure everything is in proper working order. Your suggestion about labeling the light switches is fantastic (and your tip for future guests is incredibly helpful too!). Villa Rossana

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rossana, and Stuart and Julia at RentStar were great hosts. Some of the things that make Villa Rossana great are it's oceanfront setting and access to nice restaurants within a short walk (Flying Fishbone is particularly good). The people of Aruba, along with its infrastructure, make Aruba a superb spot to visit. We will definitely consider returning to Villa Rossana the next our plans call for a vacation with our kids and grandkids.

Gorgeous!!! Just as Promised

The property was just as described. Had tons of room, was very clean. It was our first time in Aruba, and we felt at home and very safe. It has everything you need. Couldn't have asked for a better home for our first trip. Will defiantly plan on coming back.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was amazing and had everything we needed to spend everyday snorkeling, kayaking and just relaxing. The hosts were wonderful and answered all calls and emails immediately. Stewart was very helpful and quick to respond to a minor need we had! The house was spacious and well equipped for our family of 7. We will be returning!

Fantastic place with a few caveats.

First, we'd go back and stay in this home again. For the money, it's hard to beat the location, the view, the palapa, and a number of other fantastic amenities provided. Taxi cost is about 40 to the North end. Aruba is an arid island with desert-like conditions. It's south of the hurricane zone and is around 80 degrees every day, an obvious part of its appeal. The people are kind. You'll be fleeced some for your American so it pays to understand the exchange rate and carry local currency.We'd revisit this island and we would return to this home.
