awesome! it would be excellent to host you guys again!

They tried to run a scam! Classless dirty, disgusting poor excuses for human beings! They wrote this review as retaliation, since their scam did not work. These cheapskates tried to rent the place so they could wash up after the beach, of which I asked multiply times upon arrival if the unit was up to their satisfactory of which the 2 face scumbag liars said it was, then at 7am the next day, 4 hours before checkout they claimed they could not stay!

excellent guests, hopefully they will return again!

beds have stronger wood under them. 3 acs all work fine now, maybe it was just a breaker, everything is always bleached n sanitized and TRUE YOU WILL DRAWL ANTS IF YOU LEAVE FOOD OPEN AND OUT, REMEMBER YOU ARE AT THE BEACH!

This is mularkey! People have stayed all season with no issues. When notified about the 1 issue of the child not liking the "smell"(which I could not smell), i immediately offered to upgrade to a larger unit, but they were set on leaving instead of having the situation rectified. There are no problems with the bathroom, nor the ac, they both work fine! The unit is exactly as pictured. This person booked the unit for other people and did not even stay. He only made up this absurd review, because his begging did not result in vrbo refunding him, because there were no legitimate issues with the unit!

Do you have an estimated time of arrival? Thank you and have a safe trip. YouJul 15, 2021, 11:41 PM JB We have arrived in Wildwood. Sorry I did not see this yesterday. Can we park at the house and wait. JoanJul 16, 2021, 2:28 PM JB We are packing to leave. Where do you want the key put? Do you need to check the house? JoanJul 19, 2021, 7:54 AM JB We are leaving. The key is in the Mail box. JoanJul 19, 2021, 8:18 AM Joan has checked outJul 19, 2021, 11:30 AM Thank you very much. Your group was excellent! I hope you all have a safe return trip and god bless. YouJul 19, 2021, 2:37 PM JB You totally misrepresented your property on Vrbo the house was an apartment in a house and was in disgraceful shape. Attached is a copy of the letter I will be sending to the Wildwood Chamber of Commerce, Tourist Bureau and the Code Enforcement Office within the hour. It includes pictures and details on the many items wrong with your property in Wildwood NJ. my group will not be spending time in Wildwood again because of your total disregard for the property you have listed. WILDWOOD NJ JULY 2021.pdf WILDWOOD NJ JULY 2021.pdf JoanAug 27, 2021, 3:10 PM Joan left you a reviewAug 27, 2021, 3:12 PM First I have heard of this! I try and do my best as an onsite owner. I am not perfect. The listing is as accurate as I can be telling you that it is an older house, but you most likely want all older homes condemned and destroyed. I am just a single property owner who just lost his both healthy parents in the past year, just trying to get by. Why not focus your herculean efforts to take down the illuminati or the global child pedofilia sex trafficking slave ring.... YouAug 27, 2021, 3:45 PM Any issues should have been reported right away, so they could be rectified immediately. YouAug 27, 2021, 3:48 PM JB Are you sure the pictures on Vrbo are accurate, because the grease behind the commode had screws imbedded in it, I did not see that on the Vrbo site. Throughly cleaning a rental includes cleaning beneath the beds and under couches, taking care of the ant infestation and fixing the sink. There is a difference between old and cared for and old and neglected. You have chosen to neglect the basic cleanliness of your property. Don’t lie about the condition of your apartment rental on the website’s if you do not want it reported to those in Wildwood who might be able to correct the situation. JoanAug 27, 2021, 10:11 PM stayed the whole vacation, with not 1 reported issue, then after the stay tried to get a full refund! unreal! obviously, unsuccessful, then proceeded to call every agency in the book to report me, for legally trying to earn a small living, living at the beach! why not use this extraordinary effort to end world hunger or the global elite illuminati that runs the world? I try my best to provide clean, affordable accommodations at an older property, mostly to the under 25 crowd

You are 2 faced! When asked multiply times they said everything was great. I live on site and can rectify any issues immediately as I did when i notice the br door was not locking right! This is very immature, they told me they got covid and had to leave early! This person is a liar! Guests have stayed all season with no issues. Also the stove does work, it is just shut off at the line for safety purposes of which I showed them. Beds are not ancient and if you leave stuff out and open, you will draw ants, you are at the beach(none were there when I bleached and sanitized the unit right before they arrived)! Please let all the positive reviews outweigh this ignoramus, no character, disgusting excuse for a human being's review.

could of gave me 5 stars, not that it is the ritz carlton or anything, but that the listing accurately depicts the property. thank u 4 the positive vibes tho
