FANTASTISKE OCEAN VISNINGER !!! Disse billeder blev opdateret i marts 2019. Dette nyrenoverede 4 soveværelser 4 badeværelser hjem ved stranden har en vidunderlig havudsigt og er meget tæt på fælles pool. Dækket er en sammensat, så ingen splinter! 2. sal, åben stue og køkkenområde har en fantastisk udsigt over vandet og opgraderet køkken, afslappende møbler og et rummeligt dæk. Ovenpå finder du soveværelse med en king size seng, et komplet bad, rummeligt dæk og et tv. Det andet soveværelse på dette niveau har en queensize-seng og et komplet bad placeret lige uden for døren. Ned til første sal finder du en legesyg opholdsstue for børn, 2 soveværelser og et komplet bad. Det første soveværelse har 3 enkeltsenge og det andet en tvilling over køjeseng i fuld størrelse. Der er også et bad i fuld størrelse mellem de to soveværelser. Begge tv'er er HD, og stueetagen har en lydbjælke og er Bluetooth-kompatibel. Der er også et køleskab på hver etage i dette hjem. Check in and check out is very easy. Access to boardwalk to beach and to the pool is only a few steps.

This was such a a lovely property with great proximity to the beach. So much room for our family and friends. It had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Will definitely keep this in our inventory of places to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house is great! Wonderful ocean vie from both balconies. My family loved the house and it was plenty of space for our group. Great proximity to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. A few issues: 1) during the crazy storm on Thursday evening, water was pouring in the front door from bottom and top of the door. 2) string lights on balconies were not working. We followed instruction in the guest book and nothing worked. We really wanted to use those lights. The GFI breaker in the breaker box was missing actually. 3) The pool on Thursday was absolutely filthy. We looked for a pole cleaner because we were going to try to clean it ourselves but nothing available. Again, we had a great time. Mentioning these items in hopes they could be addressed in the future for other guests.

House was great...comfortable beds, fully stocked, everything worked. Lower level rooms had an odd smell; however, property manager went above and beyond to help overcome the odor.Community pool needs more maintenance e.g. daily cleaning.

It was much less congested than the actual Port Aransas beach access areas. There are stickers that are on the grassy grounds, so be aware.

It allowed for all of us to have our private space with separate bathrooms while having an awesome open common area with living , kitchen and dining . The views were outstanding, the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was so easy. We would definitely rent this unit again. It was super clean, lots of hooks and towels and very thoughtful in the decor. One of the better rentals we have stayed at in the area!

Reviewer Comments: OVERALL WAS GREAT, THIS WAS THE 1ST HOUSE WE RENTED BACK IN 2015 GREAT IMPROVEMENTS, THE BOTTOM OF THE HOUSE DID HAVE A CAROSINE TYPE SMELL, THE LIGHTS ON THE PATIO NEVER WORKED. BUT THE VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR, KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.BEACH WAS PERFECT, POOL WAS ALWAYS PRETTY CLEAN. MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME.

Family reunion

Fantastic home. The property was spacious and well supplied with everything we needed for our beach reunion. You can walk to the beach in minutes. The house is located in a small gated nice neighborhood. It was perfect for our gathering. We had a ball and would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing place!

This house is amazing! It exceeded our expectations, the view was spectacular and just as the pics show. The entire home was very nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need and then some. We will definitely book this house again for next summer!

Weekend stay at the beach

We booked this home for a long weekend in Port Aransas for a cousin reunion. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and in the perfect location (easy 4-5min walk to the beach). We will definitely be back! One pointer- make sure to bring bug spray- mosquitos on the ground level outside are vicious. We had a small maintenance issue upon arrival but the rental company was extremely prompt and professional and arrived with a solution in ~15min. I highly recommend this property for a chill weekend on the beach.

Summer 2023 Vacation

House and location were perfect for our needs. We love Lost Colony. View of beach was wonderful. We were very close to pool and walkway to beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The location, literally just steps away from the beach, is fantastic. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs. Only one suggestion: if you aren't an early riser you will be here. Three of the 4 bedrooms face the east and the window coverings (blinds) in our opinion aren't enough to keep the sunlight out. Other than that, a great place and we will be returning!

Great Summer Vacation

My family takes an annual beach vacation and this year we went to Port A. This rental was great. It fit both my parents, my sisters family, my niece and nephew, and my daughter and I comfortably. Great location, we were only 5 minute drive from convenience store and 15 minute drive to town. The view from the balcony was very pretty. Weather was perfect and beach access was easy. Only thing that went wrong was the lock on our door stopped working, but we called and in 20 minutes they had techs out to fix it for us. Other than that it was a perfect rental. Would recommend you staying here.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and there was plenty of room for my parents, my sisters family, and me and my daughter. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away from the house and the pool was nice. The nearest convenience store was about a 7 minute drive away and the city of Port Aransas was about a 15 minute drive. My family loved the home and it was one of the best vacations we have had. The only thing bad I can say is that the lock on the front door stopped working, but we called and there were tech's at our door in 15 minutes and the problem was resolved soon afterwards. So even that is only a small hicup. Thank you for such a wonderful time.
