We just returned from staying at this property for 8 days and we had an amazing time. The location of this property was definitely the best feature, as everything was within walking distance. It is right across the street from an amazing sunset location every night and pretty spectacular sunrises off the crater as well.The condo was comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need. Dishes, pots and pans (we mostly cooked), snorkle gear, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, even coolers! Had an AC that pumps! We had a car, so we spent most of our time at Keawakapu Beach in Walilea hich was about a 6 minute drive, and Safeway was about the same distance. We drove to upcountry for the pineapple tour, Lahaina for the chocolate tour and snorkling in Kapalua Bay. All excursions were about 30-40 minutes from this condo location.The pool and spa were beautifully maintained and we met some cool locals that live in the complex while BBQing. It was quiet and relaxing, and was certainly the chill vibe we will looking for on this trip.The place was clean when we arrived. Sam gave impeccable instructions for check in and out. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone headed to Kihei!

We loved getting to be right across from the beach. It was clean, the pool was nice and we had a great time. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The unit was clean and pretty well-equipped. We enjoyed swimming and playing pickleball. It’s a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Pros: Great location and responsive host.Cons: The building closed off all balconies after my reservation was made. The host offered a 100 credit, but given the circumstances, I would have preferred to book elsewhere. The credit did not feel like adequate compensation for the lack of balcony access. I recommend confirming that amenities are fully available with the host before confirming your reservation.

The condo complex balconies, or lanai’s, were all re-opened last week and approved by a respected structural engineering firm and the County of Maui as safe and reliable. I spoke with the guest before her arrival date to let her know the lanai’s were temporarily closed for a few weeks to be reinforced and re-shored, and otherwise none of the condo complex amenities were affected or closed (i.e swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis and pickle ball courts, outside gas grills, etc.) She seemed to take it in stride and was joking with me about life’s unexpected twists, and she was appreciative of the partial refund that I sent back to her credit card for her minimum reservation of 3 nights. I had communication with the guest during her stay, and she and her family sounded happy and seemed to be having a wonderful time. I was a little saddened to see what the guest wrote in her review given how she had sounded before and during her time at the condo. I did all that I could to accommodate her various requests.

Everything was nice. Newly remodeled. Clean and the host was friendly and accommodating. We had a family of 6 it accommodated everyone comfortably.

The host was very communicative and the check in process was easy. The location was very central which was great. The condo itself was more dated than I anticipated, but the grounds were clean and well cared for. We had a great stay.

Our room had an oceanview and it was very quiet, even though there were a lot of people staying there. You wouldn't know it by the way the rooms are set up. Enjoyed that it was walking distance to alot of cool places. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would stay there again.Thank you Sam

Nice place for the 6 of us

Nice place, Beach and Village is close by with some nice shops and restaurants, had everything as promised.

We had a few glitches but they were handled after talking with the property owner. Biggest disappointment was not being able to use the gas grills for our steaks on Mother’s Day. Three newer grills with gas directly piped to them and not one would light. We noticed several others attempting to use them also.

Hi there Sorry for that inconvenience. It's the first time in my ownership, 11 years, that this has occurred.I followed up immediately with the resident manager and expressed my concern about the grills. He acknowledged there was confusion on the part of the propane gas company which had turned off the gas temporarily. He, the mgr., had shuttled in cannisters of propane which solved the problem for a day. The gas company turned the gas back on ASAP, but there was a window of one late afternoon/evening when apparently there was no gas. Again, I apologize.

One thing I'd say is that you should provide extra blankets. The air vents in bathroom need to be cleaned so they work. The bathrooms should be cleaned better, overall it was a fantastic experience and trip.

Thanks for your suggestions. We have purchased three additional, large blankets, one for each bed. As far as the bathroom vents, i've asked the cleaning lady to check them out and give them extra attention. My family will be at the condo within the next 6-8 weeks, and we'll double check everything. Aloha!
