For nylig opgraderet med nyt tæppe og fliser, sover dette hus op til 13! 3 af soveværelserne tilbyder queensize-senge, det 4. soveværelse + bonusrum giver 3 sæt køjesenge plus en Queen Futon og fladskærms-tv til børnene - hvilket gør dette til et ideelt familiehus på 2.700+ kvadratmeter.

Gulv til loft karvinduer gør stuen og spisestuen lys og varm i løbet af dagen. Efter solnedgangen varmer din egen pejs dig, mens du ser en aftenfilm med familien. DVD og video samt gratis privat wifi og en iPod-afspiller med blå tandhøjttaler leveres. Alt om dette hus siger Velkomst - fra kystindretningen til det separate hyggelige hul med sofaer, morgenmadskrog og komfortable senge.

The house and the beach were the most peaceful, beautiful accomodations. We were thrilled. There is a nice sunroom off of the side of the house and the early bird workers were able to go out there and close the door and work. The kitchen was great. The couch in the living room was hard to get out of for us older folks. The bedrooms were wonderful. Nice having a washer and dryer.

This property fit the bill perfectly for a group of 12 adults experiencing a sea kayak clinic for military veterans. Easy access for paddling at Elkhorn Slough and Monterey Harbor. And of course, the beach access was fantastic.The place was spotless, roomy, and comfortable.The maintenance team was prompt in addressing some minor electrical and plumbing issues.What a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and welcoming home just a short walk from the beach. The location is fantastic, perfect for morning strolls & sunset views. The house itself has a warm, lived-in feel that made us feel comfortable right away.One of the standout features was the incredible space for kids to hang out. There were plenty of games, a TV and just room to spread out. It was ideal for keeping them entertained and relaxed.While the home could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, it wasn’t a dealbreaker, just a few details that could use a little extra attention. Overall, it was a great spot for a family getaway, and we’d consider staying again.

The property was good and we enjoyed our stay. The board walk leading into the house was in disrepair with caution, tape and plywood. It looked as if the cleaning crew had not quite finished as cleaning products were left out on the counter. Other than that, it was a very nice property for our family.

Great getaway for a large group

My friends and family (a group of 13) had a blast staying at this location. It was perfect for our group. It had every essential item required for our 4 night stay. We plan to come back next year.

Great place for a family reunion.

Stayed here with multiple families and we had a great time there. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach as well as the place being well stocked in the kitchen. Make sure to bring your own toiletries since they do not provide you with soap/shampoo

Perfect for large families with kids

My family and I celebrated my 40th birthday here and we had a wonderful time. The kids loved the theater room, while the adults kicked back upstairs. Short walk to the beach was awesome. This home is spacious and cozy. We definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Nice big house, plenty of room for lots of people.

This house is plenty big for a large group of people. It has 2 very large communal areas which never makes it feel crowded. The BEST large table I've seen with plenty room for everyone to fit. Also a well stocked kitchen and game cabinet!

Peaceful and beautiful location, but needs work

A group of family and friends rented this house for a weekend. The location is good and the beach is close by. There are a lot of beds and 3 bathrooms; the main complaint from all of us was: the dishwasher wasn't cleaning anything and the whole kitchen needs remodeling. Too small for the size of house and difficult to work in. They could also add a 1/2 bath upstairs to make that more convenient, but remodeling the kitchen is a needed thing. Otherwise we enjoyed staying there.

Great family vacation!

Our multigenerational family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Except for some groups walking by, we were the only ones around at the beach. We were glad to use some of the beach equipment in the outside storage area. Carts are provided to transport your luggage from the parking lot to the house up the path. Bar soap provided for bathing and hand washing, but bring your own shampoo!

This home owner has added many wonderful touches, including new carpet & tile, paint, deck & outdoor area, a fantastic pair of sleeping rooms for the kids with their own flat screen & bunks. This is truly a family friendly getaway. Most other homes don't sleep this many family members - this is a great value. If you're looking for that dream family beach house just steps from the sea, this is it.

Our home is professionally managed by the Pajaro Dunes Resort team. If you need any assistance - from how to operate something, to maid service or supplies, just call! They are at your service 7 days a week, 9-5. We have an After Hours Answering Service as well should anything come up and you need their assistance!
