Dette er et helt nyt hus, der blev afsluttet sommeren 2019.

Åbent plantegning opholdsstue, spisestue og køkken, giver god plads til familie og venner til at samle og dele en afslappende tid i Rehoboth Beach. Stor veranda og store bagdæk er et godt sted at starte dagen. Første sal har også et soveværelse og et bonussolrum.

Anden sal består af 4 soveværelser (hvoraf 3 er i suite med privat bad) og en stor balkon på 2. sal. 3. sal har stor master suite med queensize-seng, daybed og indbygget bænk siddeplads med fladskærms-tv og privat bad.

Bare 1/2 blok til Silver Lake Tot Lot legeplads og gangbro til Rehoboth Elementary, med masser af plads til at køre, basketballbaner

This was our 4th year renting this house. The location is excellent, just a short walk or drive to the beach. we had a great time. the house was beautful as usual. If there is ever a need one quick phone call and our needs are met. We will most certainly be back next year.

Beautiful house, had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It had plenty of space for all of us, and it was so helpful that almost every bedroom had its own full bath. The living area was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a big dinner every night. David was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. We loved it, thank you!

First vaca in rehobeth - house was great for big family location was good - walk to town - half mile to beach a little long with chairs etc but okWith a wagon or cart it would be fine beach bathrooms nearby was keyCould have been a little cleaner given all the fees and did not have much cleaning stuff on site so I bought some fl- host David was very responsive and friendly - provided linens was helpfulFront porch was lovely in the morningOverall we had a wonderful stay

Great House and Host!

We like this house so much we’ve booked for the 4th time. Clean, close to the beach, good amenities. David the host is responsive and helpful. Great place!

Amazing weekend trip in the most beautiful home!!

We could not have asked for better accommodations during our Quick trip to Rehoboth. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for my guest to be more than comfortable. Dave was extremely responsive and more than willing to help make our stay special. I would love to come back to Rehoboth and stay here every summer.

Wonderful vacation

The house was beautiful and spacious, it had everthing we needed to enjoy our week. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The church was nearby and the beach and board walk was less than 5 minutes from the house. Perfect Loction for a beach vacation.

New Years Eve in Rehoboth

The house has lots of room. About a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and Rehoboth Ave. We really enjoyed how close we were to the small and really big playgrounds for the kids and the pickleball courts. The house is beautiful and bathrooms for each bedroom is great. Very comfortable beds. David was great for communicating with for all questions.

Long weekend with friends riding bikes

Great location, easy to get to downtown Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey. Beautiful house. Plenty of room. Property manager was great, check-in, check out easy and perfect instructions.

Beautiful house in a fab location

This house was great. Spacious, great bedroom set up, beautiful decor, and a fantastic location. Totally walkable to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. The main floor is set up for gathering, playing games, and hanging out. The front porch is cosy and cool. And the breakfast nook is a nice place to chill in the mornings. Highly recommend

Great for our Thanksgiving gathering

We have stayed at this house several times for Thanksgiving, and it works great for us. The house is spacious and well equipped, with nice bedrooms for everyone. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach, which we did several times. It’s also within walking distance to many restaurants. We also enjoyed the back yard, which is pretty roomy. I would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful, clean, roomy home in a perfect location!

We had the whole family from age 1 on up and this was a very home for all 13 of us. Even a basement! There wasn't anything we needed that was not provided in the kitchen. Perfect!

Long Weekend with Friends

There is so much to love about this house! Plenty of room for our group of 10, very comfortable and very clean, a well stocked kitchen, and a great location (easy walk to boardwalk and town, in addition there is a playground and very nice pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts only a few minutes walk away). Our only regret was that we weren't staying longer! David was a gracious host, was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Great week at the beach with family

Beautiful home with ample space and everything you need for a great vacation. Cute neighborhood. Quiet. Close to toddler playground and the elementary. 15 min walk to the boardwalk. We enjoyed the sitting room off the kitchen very much for our morning coffee and loved the front porch for relaxing in the evening. Bathrooms for every bedroom was amazing. Plan on staying again with the family next year! Small hiccup with door combo that was fixed promptly by David! Paper products to get us started which was nice!. Don’t forget your bath towels, paper products, soap and garbage bags and you’ll have everything you need for the week. The accommodations were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Country Club Dr

We had a great stay at this lovely house. The renovation is beautiful, nicely decorated, plenty of space for 15 of us staying there and other family stopping by. I might suggest a king bed on the third floor as there is tons of space for one! Kitchen was nicely stocked. Our host David was awesome, responded immediately when the ice maker didn't seem to be working (just needed tweakting) AND brought a bag of ice to get us started. The walk to town and beach is a bit long for older folks (we had many 70-90 year olds) and I would think it would be the same for little ones. But, for mid-age ranges its comletely doable. The only down side was not providing towels and the cost of linens seeming very high.

Great Multifamily House!

We had four families staying together and it was an excellent property for our needs. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy when it was needed, but we had huge gathering spaces where we could all hang out, play games, and chat when we were feeling social. We loved having coffee on the front porch and watching the world go by. The living spaces were really comfortable and well appointed. The whole house was very comfortable and easy to relax in. The kids played games in the yard and loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. This is a great neighborhood to walk, there's excellent coffee close by (and there are two different types of coffee makers in the house if you don't want to go anywhere!), and it felt quiet and secluded while the beach, boardwalk, and shops were all easily accessible. This house was easy to get to, check-in with our code was super easy, plenty of parking in the driveway and the street, and parking passes were included which was great. We all had such a great time, that we started thinking about our next trip to Rehoboth before we even left this vacation!

Beautiful vacation home

We have been vacationing at Rehoboth Beach for 20 years now and this was our first time at this home. It’s very spacious with a private bathroom for almost every bedroom! The home is beautifully designed! We really enjoyed having our coffee in the sitting room off of the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped along with an extra fridge and ice maker in the basement and an additional small fridge in the kitchen island. Lots of room to cool your drinks for kids and adults! There were a bunch of beach chairs in the basement which was very helpful! The front porch was very comfortable to sit and relax in the evenings, especially with the ceiling fans! Lots of wonderful things about this house! I also can’t go without mentioning the two sets of washer and dryers! We had our family of 13 ranging from 7 to 73 years old. We all loved this house and will no doubt be back next year! 😊 Ps…our wishlist would include a finished basement to entertain the teenagers and a small pool in the back. That would be the cherry on top! 😉

Great for Friends/Couples

We enjoyed this beautiful property over the 2022/2023 new years weekend. We had 5 adult couples and 2 adult singles celebrating the new year and a 21st birthday! 3 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms/en-suite making it perfect for couples - who wants to share a bed/bath with other people if you don’t have to? The 6th bedroom is a bunk room with full size bottom bunks which worked for our 2 single attendees. (And they shared the hall bath) Most homes I researched for 12 people include many twin beds and bunks which aren’t ideal for couples. The downstairs is open concept with enough seating for 12-14 people. The kitchen has everything we needed and more! 2 coffee makers, 2 dishwashers, toaster oven, microwave, etc.. Large front porch was an additional gathering area and the house is about a 10 min walk to the boardwalk. There’s an upstairs porch/balcony, backyard eating table and an outdoor shower. It’s impossible to feel crowded in this space. If I had any criticism, it’s just that bath towels aren’t included and no paper towels, toilet tissue, etc..which luckily we brought so people could at least use the restroom upon arrival! Sheets were provided but had to make the beds ourselves and the number of pillowcases did not equal the number of pillows. Minor inconveniences that did not lessen our enjoyment of the property but might want to consider lowering the linen fee and cleaning fee. David was extremely responsive to the few questions I had and even let us return the day after checkout to retrieve a jacket left in a closet by mistake. The house even had holiday decorations in place which made helped the festive atmosphere I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Great house

We were 13 family members staying for Thanksgiving. The house accommodated us all nicely. The kitchen was well supplied, and it was nice to have the little reading room at the rear. It was very walkable to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends Gathering

This is a beautiful, well kept home with lots of space for gathering with friends/family. It is located walking distance from the boardwalk and the many restaurants and shops in town.

Only 3 1/2 block to the beach, 8 Country Club drive sits on a quiet street, but close to everything.
