This place was difficult to leave after 6 days of peace. Quiet neighbours, a kitchen with all I needed, comfortable bed in a light and airy room, spacious lounge, breakfast balcony with an ocean view and a 200 metre walk to the beach.

Best Spot for Beach Access with Dog

If you're seeking for a quaint, quite and tranquil stay near the beach with dog access, then this property is the way to go. I wanted to be away from high traffic areas in Sunshine Coast and this spot is a hidden gem. Nice stroll with dog to Fatima's Cafe after a beach swim.

6/10 Okay

quite location, easy walk to beach

We enjoyed out stay and it was good that we did not need to bring any items except for our clothing and food, which we purchased locally. Only issue was we could not open the sliding door down stairs.

Peregian Beach

It is a lovely townhouse with everything we could possibly want. We had a slight issue which was dealt with the same day and with a smile. A quiet position very close to the beach and a easy walk to the village.

Great place

We loved this property and had a great stay there. It was super clean and luxurious with great beds and good linen and facilities. The only reservation I would add is that there was a bit of a furniture deficit (weirdly small stools instead of bedside tables, for example, and a really small couch in front of the tv). That did not spoil it though- it is a lovely place.

Great location and home

The stay was great, the home was great, the booking process was fine. Though we are a bit surprised and concerned about the place not having air conditioning for our next booking for a 10 day stay in January 2025, I think this is something the owners should seriously consider installing ASAP (as it’s tax deductible / depreciable), we are very concerned about how hot it will be (even with sea breezes). A plunge pool or spa in the back yard would also be a great addition to the property also. Love the ability to have a pet there, definitely a differentiator. Thanks for having us, kind regards, Joe

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Joe. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the home to be great, as well as the booking process satisfactory. We understand your concern about the lack of air conditioning, especially for a 10-day stay in January. Your suggestion to consider installing air conditioning is noted, and we'll pass it along to the owners for their consideration. Additionally, your suggestion for a plunge pool or spa in the backyard is appreciated, and we'll explore the feasibility of adding such amenities to enhance the property. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Just the re-fresh I needed!

It wasn't planned to spend the time away on my own, but it was so valuable. I've stayed at this property before- just me and my dog- and it's so warm and welcoming, it's very liveable. I love being woken up by the sunrise and the sound of the ocean a constant. Thankyou.

Beautiful & Clean unit

Unit was clean, modern and the appliances were high end. Very spacious for a townhouse. Light & airy. Beautiful views of the water, photos don’t do it justice. Check in & out process smooth. Definitely would stay here again.

Views to die for!

Nothing better than going to sleep with the abundance of stars in clear view and you can’t beat seeing the sun come up every morning, let alone the constant view and sounds of the ocean. This place was bright, airy, really nicely furnished and had everything I needed for a few days away with my dog. I loved having access to everything on the top floor of the accommodation and enjoyed the short walk into the village each day through the quiet neighbourhood. A lovely spot, I felt completely relaxed after about 5 mins!
