Min baghave ligger lige ved det sukkerholdige hvide sand og i den meget efterspurgte "West End" på Panama City Beach! Parker dit køretøj lige uden for hoveddøren til min byhus. Gå direkte til bagdøren skyderen og på den private gårdhave og derefter direkte på sukker-sand, for at klemme det mellem dine tæer og fange nogle solstråler på stranden! Sid på terrassen eller sandet, eller tag en tur på stranden for at føle kløften brise !. Når du er klar til en dukkert, skal du gå direkte fra terrassen til sandet og derefter direkte ind i det smukke smaragdvand i den Mexicanske Golf! Eller, hvis du kan lide at fiske, så tag dit udstyr & kast en linje i havet fra din baghavsstrand!
Du befinder dig i et meget sikkert, roligt, familieorienteret område, men alligevel tæt nok til at deltage i så mange aktiviteter, som du gerne vil.

Hvis du beslutter dig for at tage et kørsel, er det kun ca. 6 miles til Frank Brown Park, hvor ballgames, koncerter, indendørs og udendørs swimmingpools og andre aktiviteter afholdes regelmæssigt. Hvis du har lyst til at gå til Pier Park, er det kun ca. 7 miles at nyde shopping, restauranter, koncerter, fiske ud for molen og en lang række andre begivenheder. Hvis du har lyst til golf, er det kun en kort køretur fra vores byhus til fantastiske golfbaner: Holiday Golf Club - 15 km, Hombre Golf Club - 20 km og Signal Hill Golf Club - 21 km. Sørg for at pakke din køler og nogle stole for at besøge St. Andrew State Park, tag en fisketur eller se dybhavsfiskerbåde, der kommer hver eftermiddag på Treasure Island Marina med både fulde af fisk. Silver Sands Outlet Mall handler kun om en 25 mil kørsel vest fra min byhus.

For cyklister og cykelelskere er vi bekvemt beliggende et par miles fra Pier Park, Harley Davidson Dealership og Indian Dealership til de kommende begivenheder i Thunder Beach-ugen. Der er normalt en fantastisk visning af nogle af de smukke cykler på Pier Park.

Perfect!

Condo was perfect. RIGHT on the beach. Gloria was quick to respond. And the condo was exactly as described. Location was great, close to grocery stores and restaurants but NOT near a high rise so beach wasn’t crowded. We would definitely rent here again.

Great Family Vacation Location

We highly recommend Gloria’s home to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation. The location couldn’t be better. It’s literally right on the beach which made it super easy to get our three young kids outside and having fun. Her home was clean and spacious. Gloria was also very nice to work with and kept great communication with me regarding our stay.

Hello Gloria, Thank you for letting us rent your amazing place for the second year in the row. We all had a great time.Your town home is very clean and it has everything you might need for vacation. The view from the balcony is just amazing. Our kids said that it was their best vacation ever. Thanks again and we will come back for sure.

LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for somewhere quite and away from all the craziness of PCB east end. You can walk to Winn Dixie and Bayou Bill's if you wish. House was very clean and Gloria is great to deal with! You can walk out the patio doors and be on the beach. One of my favorite places I've ever stayed!

Excellent amenities and stay!

We really enjoyed this unit. The view was to die for and the ocean sounds were so therapeutic!! It was awesome just reading under umbrellas while taking in such a great view! The bedrooms were all upstairs, a problem for the elderly or handicapped, but the unit was otherwise very functional, meeting every need. The only reason it's not 5 star is the bedroom location. I really enjoyed it and recommend it highly!

Condo was not as clean as it could have been. Mirrors on walls were dirty. Floor in downstairs bathroom not cleaned. Sheets on master bed were old and warn. View and beach access was excellent.

Such an amazing place!

Everything about this place is amazing! The location is perfect, open the back door and you’re on a beautiful private beach, it wasn’t crowded at all which is why we chose this place. The sunsets here are stunning, with white sands and clear water, it’s hard to leave the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay, the owner is extremely nice and is happy to hear about the great time you had at her place. I can’t recommend this place enough, if we come back to this area, we are definitely staying here again!

Amazing beachfront condo!

Loved everything about our stay here! Walk straight out off the patio and directly onto the sand. Unit was very nice and clean, convenient location, beautiful beach - awesome experience all around! Will definitely be back!

Steps to the beach

Only 5 steps out the sliding door and you had your toes in the sand. Great place to be on the beach and in the ocean! Convenient to groceries and local restaurants. Still close enough for tourist attractions (30 minutes) Ideal location for a quieter side of the Gulf.

Perfect spot

This is our new favorite place to stay! The beach was not crowded even for Memorial Day and was at the doorstep! We all agreed this was the beast beach trip with the nicest beach and accommodations that we have had in this area. The townhouse was clean and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pans, etc. Two grocery stores within 1/2 mile was nice and is close to shopping and activities in PCB. Gloria is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Love this townhome!! Perfect quiet location, straight off the patio is the beach, great views, clean, decorated beautifully, and owner thought of all the little things to make your stay comfortable. Our first time staying here. Will be back!!! No complaints! Perfect!

Wonderful Condo on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk out the back door and already be on the beach! Perfect for little kids who love the sand! Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great!

Beach Oasis

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Being right on the beach was a game changer. I was able to rest in bed and listen to the ocean and my kids were able to do their own thing but still be close. Family time on our own stretch of private beach could not have been more satisfying or relaxing. Also, being able to go into the hub to shop or eat with a quick drive and then come back to the QUIET was everything I could ask for in a beach vacation. Thank you for the space to make amazing memories.

Great vacay!

Loved our stay at your beautiful townhome! Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and we only had to step outside to the sand. The owner was very easy to work with and has a beautiful townhome on the beach!

Fantastic Week!

As soon as we entered the property, I felt AT HOME. The decor and furnishings are lovely but not ostentatious and just so comforting! The kitchen appliances are top notch, everything was very clean, supplies to clean up after ourselves were easy to find. The most fantastic parts of this property are the amazing view, the accessibility to the beach, and the sound and smell of the ocean just relax every nerve. Our kids played right off the back porch and then we could go down to the water anytime. A storm had also come through before we got there and there were gorgeous shells everywhere! We had a thoroughly wonderful time at Gloria's place, and I highly, highly recommend it. We will certainly be returning!

Very nice condo in a great location

The condo is in a great location and is very well maintained. We loved that it was so close to the beach and within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach was definitely not overcrowded; in fact, we would have never known it was Spring Break had we not traveled to PCB or Destin. Also, Gloria was very easy to work with. We would definitely look to return in the future.

Incredible Location and Townhome

This was our second year staying in Gloria’s townhome for spring break. You literally step off your patio and onto the beach. The location CAN NOT be beat! My 5 and 7 year olds loved playing in the very wide white sand beach. Close to everything on 30A - including amazing restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

My family has lived in the Panama City Beach FL area for over 80 years.
We cherish our memories made while visiting our grandmother, aunts, uncles, & cousins while at Panama City Beach.
It is so calming & refreshing to breathe in the salt air and walk on the beach,
It never gets old to watch the dolphins play, to see the fish & stingrays jumping out of the water, to go shopping at the fantastic retail and outlet centers, to eat a wide variety of wonderful seafood and about anything else you can imagine. If not in the mood to fish, it's special to watch the deep sea fishing boats come in the afternoons with their catch for the day. These are just a few of my favorite things to do when I’m at Panama City Beach! 🏖️☀️🐚🐬🎣🍤🎏🐠

I love being able to park right outside my front door, without the need to climb stairs or wait for elevators.
Pirate Cove Villas is perfect to me. It is on the quiet and highly sought-after "west" end of the beach. The location is safe, family oriented, and has quick & easy access to as much or as little activity as anyone would like.
I really enjoy having the beachside patio directly on the sand. The sound of the waves is extremely relaxing and the view is breathtaking! Nearby, there are restaurants, grocery stores, a bank, and other shopping. Just down the road are the Sunnyside Grill, Thomas Donuts, and a place to rent kayaks, paddleboards, or bicycles. It is also only a 10-15 minute drive to Pier Park and a little farther to Downtown Panama City; three very nice golf courses, a 15-20 minute drive to 30-A, a 30 minute drive to Destin, and 15-20 minute drive to the Northwest FL Beaches International Airport.

Being right on the sandy beach & the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is amazing, & it feels like a dream when I’m there!
It really is a perfect retreat for family & friends to unwind and rejuvenate. It is my home-away-from-home and is where wonderful memories are made! My home on the beach is a sweet distraction from the normal day-to-day activities of living! There's something very special about sitting on your private Gulf-front patio or balcony, while watching the dolphins, fish, and stingrays, jumping out of the ocean and dancing in the sun! Just relax & take in the view, as you sip your coffee or favorite choice of beverage!
