Jill and Truett's place was incredible. Their communication and recommendations were fabulous, the check-in and on-site help with Laura was amazing, the location can't be beat being close enough to get to town easily but far enough to enjoy some solitude, and the view and ocean swimming is unbelievable!

The host wrote one of the best informative and welcoming previsit letter that I have ever received in my over thirty years of vacation travel. The house was clean and comfortable with many unstated amenities, including a closet, full of snorkeling gear of different sizes from kids through adults. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, assorted spices plus all necessary, cooking and eating items. The local manager was responsive and timely to any requests for additional items like paper towels, napkins, and other miscellaneous requests. Poolside chairs, umbrellas, tables, etc. were in good condition and sufficient in quantity. Waterfront snorkeling was above average and occasionally visited by commercial tour operators.

Beautiful property in a great location

The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The location is exceptional. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean. The views were breathtaking especially at sunset.

Amazing Miramar

We have stayed at the Miramar Condo in Cozumel several times. The location is perfect. Quiet, ocean front with diving ledge, pool on the ocean side. If you are looking for a great place to stay that is close to town but away from the loud partying…this is the place for you.

Great stay in Cozumel

Our family of 4 had a great spring break stay. Condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, with perfect sunset views. Being in a smaller condo development was great- no fighting for pool chairs here. We found the location convenient and very easy to get around the island with taxis. Took the ferry to the mainland one day to see the tulum ruins and swim in some cenotes which is highly recommended. There were literally tons of seaweed on the beaches of PDC and tulum. None of that in cozumel which was certainly a big plus. Overall very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We came with one other couple, and there is plenty of room for a 3rd if needed. Condo is wonderful, very clean and quite. Condo was furnished with almost everything you will need for the week. Would defiantly come back again.

We already can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay so much and really wished that we could’ve stayed longer. Great location, which is walkable to town if you don’t mind the heat. The condo itself was well appointed and had everything we needed. Snorkeling outside the condo was amazing! We stayed here with our three 20-something daughters, and everyone loved it!

Cozumel Paradise

We spent a beautiful week in Cozumel with fun filled days scuba diving, bike riding, beach days and lovely afternoons relaxing around the pool. We enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the condo! For dinner there were many wonderful restaurants to choose from with Hemingway being our favorite just a short distance away with beautiful sunsets. Definitely a five star vacation!

Beautiful and relaxing

This condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could imagine needing. We played games, watched movies, snorkeled, and even had books and yoga mats to choose from if needed. The view off the balcony is beautiful and the snorkeling right off the pool is some of the clearest, most beautiful snorkeling I’ve done. Would recommend this condo to anyone

Just perfect!

We enjoyed one week at this condo. 3 spacious bedrooms with bathroom/shower each. Amazing views from living room and both bedrooms. Very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, good quality linens. Perfect location for snorkelling, 5 min drive from downtown. We felt very safe walking around even at night. We are planning our next stay at this place already:).

Unbelievable location

It was an unbelievable location north of town right on the water. The pool overlooked the ocean. You could walk down the stairs or jump off a platform into the ocean. Three very nice bedrooms with King size bedrooms. It was a quick and easy cab ride into town. The best VRBO and air b&b I have stayed in.

Absolutely perfect

Amazing condo in a beautiful location of Cozumel. Probably the best snorkeling on island right in the backyard. The area is very quiet, safe, and extremely convenient to downtown. Fantastic owners, property managers, and cleaning staff. All the bedrooms have great lighting, comfortable king sized beds and private access full baths. The kitchen is well stocked (better than our own) and the entire condo is sparkling clean. Highly recommend! There is definitely a reason this place has all 5 star reviews.

Happy Family of 4

Beautiful and spacious rental. Clean, convenient location and well-stocked with everything we could need. Enjoyed the serenity of the pool and gorgeous view of the ocean. Close to town yet in a much more peaceful area. Snorkeling right in front of the condo was decent with lots of different fish. Owners responded promptly and appropriately to any questions, etc. Manager Laura was very helpful, even setting us up with a great fishing guide. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Overall one of the best VRBOs I have rented.

Perfect Paradise Getaway

A beautifully kept property - both home and grounds are spotless. Maid service is provided (although, we chose not to use it). The property manager is wonderfully helpful and responsive. We had an issue operating the safe on the first day, and she came right over. This is by far the best supplied VRBO we have ever stayed in - we literally needed nothing. The owners have thought of every little detail and genuinely want you to have the very best experience possible on Cozumel. The highlight of the trip was definitely snorkeling in the ocean right beside the condo. The sea is teaming with brightly colored fish and, of course, the owners provided state-of-the-art snorkeling equipment! We tried a couple of restaurants in the town. We were not impressed with Abuelo Gerardo (maybe because we chose the wrong dish?), but we can absolutely recommend a small family-run restaurant called "Cozumel” right on the sea front about a mile walk from the condo on the road into town (which we frequented several times). Beautifully cooked delicious fresh fish and great margaritas! Thank you for having us in your lovely home. We would absolutely return for another visit to Cozumel!

Best Vacation Ever!

This was the best vacation our family has ever taken! The condo was perfect! Laura (the manager) was absolutely fantastic. She is super helpful. If you need help reach out to her! The people that work in Cozumel live off making extra tips so make sure to tip them well. They are worth it. This includes your maid! Laura helped us with multiple things and if she didn't know the answer right away she quickly would find out. We did visit the Mega to shop as part of our meals we planned on having in the condo. It was a very different shopping experience as they sell things singularly and we are used to buying things in more bulk. We were able to work it out but it was an interesting experience. The condo was just far enough away from town that it felt remote but close enough to be in town in 5 minutes. As other reviews have stated, the snorkeling right in front of the condo is the best by far on the island. They have plenty of gear to use right there. My family of five all jumped off the diving board. It was amazing! There were plenty of large beach towels! I brought some from home because I was worried as some places have tiny ones. That was a waste as there were plenty there for your use. Having a washer and dryer also made it super convenient. We were on the fence about renting a car or using a taxi. We were happy with our decision to rent one as we later learned that a family of 5 wouldn't fit in one taxi and it would have been a pain. The process of renting a vehicle was LONG at the airport even though we had made a reservation ahead of time. Be prepared for that if you decide to rent. People also drive CRAZY in Cozumel so if you are not a strong driver, don't even bother trying to rent a car. They ended up giving us a Suburban though which I think was literally the largest car on the entire island. It was tricky as the roads are narrow and mopeds are everywhere. We tried different restaurants that weren't even on the provided list. The first one was aqui + ahora. It has a super trendy young vibe. The staff was outstanding as well as the food and drinks. I would say it was moderate in pricing. The rooftop view was gorgeous. We also went to Yaama Bar and Grill. It too had a super trendy vibe and a rooftop seating area. The staff was wonderful and food was outstanding however this was a little more on the pricey side. There was even a show downstairs that were watched when we were done eating. It was really cool. We did do to LaMonina one day for breakfast and it was so good. The fresh juices were the best juice we had ever tasted. We also went to a new rooftop restaurant that was called Fuego. The food was outstanding but the staff wasn't right on top of things like most restaurants. Maybe they were short-staffed or something the night we were there but it was still delicious. One last restaurant we went to was on top of the Cozumel Museum called Novena Ola. This also has a spectacular view, the food was outstanding and the service was wonderful. It too was a little more pricey but we thought it was worth the money. We stayed back at the condo a few days and just enjoyed the pool, ocean and relaxing. One day the workers were cutting coconuts down so my kids asked for one. They cut them right there and gave them each one with a straw. They thought it was the coolest thing ever. One day we went to Playa Azul which is a small beach only a few miles away. It was awesome and super cheap. You pay to park and go in but they subtract that from what you spend on food and drinks. The kids really enjoyed the snorkeling here as they were able to touch and the fish would come right up to you. We even fed them some tortilla chips and they ate right from our hands. I would highly recommend! We also did the Stringray Beach which we all really enjoyed. You could feed them, touch them and hold them. Their stingers are clipped so no worries there. They take pictures all along and sell you a package at the end but it was reasonable and worth purchasing for the memories. Part of the excursion is snorkeling after. There were actually nurse sharks that we were able to see along with more stingrays. You do need a reservation for this activity and they close at 3. Another day we decided to go to Playa Mia Beach. This was a tourist trap. It cost my family of 5 $300 for the day to enjoy the beach, pool, water slides and all the food and drink you wanted. We had two waiters assigned to us for the day who waited on us hand and foot. The kids thought it was awesome! They too live off tips so please tip them well if you go. We had a wonderful time although I will say it was overpriced. We wished that we just went to Playa Azul again instead. Overall the best experience we had was when Laura arranged for a chef to come into our condo and cook for us. The food was so fresh and DELICIOUS! The chef cooked seafood for the adults and chicken fajitas for the kids. Everyone gave the food a 10/10. It was a really cool experience. All the beds in the condo were comfortable. We did meet some owners of the other condos and everyone was very nice and informative. I would highly recommend this trip! It was sunny and 84 every day and we went in January. It was heaven!

Beautiful place with a spectacular view!

Our family stayed here for the Ironman. We would love to come back again! The condo is immaculate and the owners are amazing! We had zero issues and also loved meeting other families by the pool! The diving board into the ocean is so cool and definitely a hit for our kids! I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you so much!
