Komfortabel enhed på første sal !! Du behøver ikke at kæmpe med elevatorer. Du vil forelske sig i dette hyggelige og hyggelige et soveværelse, to badeværelser. Soveværelset har to dronning senge med memory foam madrasser og stuen har en dronning sovesofa. Føreren Badeværelset har en opvarmet brusebad. Gæstebadeværelset har badekar / bruser combo.

Vores ferie leje er beliggende inden for et af de mindre ferie lejeboliger i området. Ingen grund til at kæmpe med masser af mennesker til en poolside lounger eller elevatoren. Der er endda 3 grill på pooldækket for at grille din fisk, steaks eller hamburgere! Vi er sikre på at du vil elske denne enhed og vil vende tilbage år efter år!

Nice room

The room was nice and in a good location, not too busy part of PCB. The room was perfect size for a small family, the property was clean and well kept. I would stay again.

Annual summer vacation

What’s not to love?

Love being on the first floor, it makes everything so convenient. Property was wonderful and had all that we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome condo and location

We were so happy. The condo was located on Thomas Dr. It was a very nice area. Location was nice and beach located just off the deck. View was beautiful! Location was quite and not party central. This is by far, the best condo we have stayed in while in PCB. Will definitely visit again.

The beach area isn't crowded, it's easy to get from one place to another, and the staff is pleasant and the areas always clean. If you are looking for something clean close to the beach and close to everything definitely stay here.

October trip

We loved the location of the unit. It was so nice to be able to go in and out to the beach or pool without using stairs or an elevator. The was very nice. On the down side, we had no phone service in the unit. The oven was very dirty and my daughter got the blender out to use it and it was nasty under the pitcher. She cleaned the blender, it we left the oven as we found it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the weather was beautiful.

Vitamin Sea Deficiency

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been renting at Mariner West for 20+ years. This was the worst experience. First of all the cleaning job at check-in was subpar. I’m almost positive the floor was not mopped upon our arrival. The garbage disposal clogged the kitchen sink. It caused the sink to back up when anyone took a shower or ran the dishwasher. The smell was horrible. We had to go buy batteries for the A/C thermostat and tv remote. We were charged at the end of our stay because some towels were stained. Towels that I had to wash (bleach)before to ensure they were clean prior to us using them. The kitchen has limited cookware and it looks like it was purchased from the Goodwill 10 years ago. There needs to be some improvements made in this condo. Not sure that I would rent from this agency again. If I do, I will probably take pictures of some items to have proof so I’m not charged for ridiculousness.

Fishing Trip

Very nice, quiet place. The only problem was the towel rack I the 2nd bathroom needs fixing. It’s a small fix though. Overall we were very pleased with everything in the condo. Great Value!

Truly steps from beach!

Condo was very clean and we enjoyed the location of this unit-- ground floor, near the pool, really was just a couple steps from the beach! The complex is not a high-rise and we never had a crowd at the pool or the beach which was nice. This condo was almost perfect for our family's needs. It was very nice to have a second full bathroom outside of the bedroom. The only "con" is that the 1 bedroom is adjacent to the main hall with a fair amount of foot traffic that made day time naps and an early bedtime for our 1-yr old challenging. During our stay there was a lot of very disruptive construction going on for the Mariner West complex as a whole (painting balconies, sandblasting, loud power tools running all day) that was not the most pleasant experience, but it wasn't specific to the unit. Everyone was complaining about the disturbances. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed this unit.

Beautiful Condo!

The cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! Another great vacation in PCB . First time staying in unit 108 . Beautiful condo. Always great staying on the bottom floor with ease to the pool and the beach. Weather was perfect this year. Look foward to coming back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo unit has comfortable furniture and all the kitchen items one could need. There were a few things that need addressing. Mainly the cleaning crew "in my opinion", is doing minimal job cleaning the tile floors. Our feet got black or socks got black on that floor. When I was setting up electrical connections for my daughter's medical equipment the floor was noticeable dirty as we're areas under chairs and beds. The decorations in the unit had layers of dust. The ceiling fans had built up dust on them. The hall bath vent needs cleaning. There were pesty little black bugs that looked like flies in the master bathroom. I think they were coming up the drain. They were not in other areas of the unit. The more I killed the more showed up. Very annoying!!! The toilet in the master bathroom sometimes runs and doesn't stop...possibly needs a new flap thing in the tank. It would be nice if the unit had a laundry basket to use. The beach chair and carrier in the laundry room are very rusty. We didn't use them but my thoughts are that a guest could get a cut on their hand. And I thought the things piled half ontop of the dryer could pose a fire hazard. I tried to move those off the dryer when I was using the dryer. The big 5 gallon buckets of old paint fell off the shelf onto me. They are all dried up with loose kids. I put them back but it's a hazard! And last, memory foam pillows are too plump for someone with a cervical spine condition. It would be nice if there were some standard normal pillows available to use. And the cable programming in that unit could be better. Plus the TV in the master doesn't have a good picture. And the coffee maker was extremely moldy when I went to use it. I cleaned it and sanitized it with vinager.
