We very much enjoyed our stay at the Boat House; fantastic location near Nobadeer and Surfside beaches made for great walks. The host was very communicative and responsive. This was an upside-down house with bedrooms on the first floor and the main attractive and comfortable living area on the second floor. There was a lovely deck off the second floor living space. We were 3 couples and the two areas for sleeping were a twin bedroom and a bunk room that shared a nice bath with tub; the second was a queen bed and a full size bed that shared a very nice walk in shower bath. We wished there was a wall to separate the queen room from the full size bedroom- it is described as a private room which it is but you need to walk outside to another door to access the upstairs- which we didn't quite understand so that's on us; ideally this would be a great rental for either two couples or two couples with children that could have their separate areas. The outside shower was also great. The kitchen was good and there was a nice outdoor gas grill.
