Aqua # 1006 ~ Vores luksuriøse ejerlejlighed er et 1 soveværelse plus bonus køjeseng. 1138 m² inklusive en balkon med havudsigt. Beliggende på 10. etage, mindre end en halv kilometer fra Pier Park. Enheden inkluderer Oceanfront Master Suite med kingsize-seng og stort badeværelse, køjeseng med to køjesenge, et 2. komplet badeværelse, fuldt udstyret køkken, spiseplads og opholdsstue med dronning sovesofa. Både soveværelser og stue inkluderer fladskærms-tv og dvd-afspillere. DIN EGEN vaskemaskine og tørretumbler I ENHED!

Denne familievenlige ferie har 3 pools og et boblebad, en snackbar ved poolen og en smuk strandplads. Det ligger i gåafstand fra Pier Park, der tilbyder underholdning, spisning og shopping for hele familien. Denne lejlighed er perfekt til enhver, der leder efter en afslappende ferie, men alligevel tilbyder hjemmets bekvemmeligheder og bekvemmeligheder.

Awesome condo & stay

Much needed getaway for my husband & I! We always stay at the Aqua & loved our condo we stayed in! Excellent communication with owner, smooth check in & out, thankful to know to take care of the parking BEFORE & not having to wait in line at the kiosk upon arrival. Beautiful & clean condo, super comfy bed & everything was just great!

Short Vacation

My husband and I wanted a place to stay on the beach with great places to walk to and food to eat. The hurricane cut our vacation way short, but the 2 days we were there, it was perfect :)

Perfect Place on the Beach

Cannot brag on this property enough. It was clean, beautifully updated, had the most breathtaking views of the beach, and it was close to everything fun. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend this property to friends and family.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed with 2 adult daughters and had a great vacation! Condo photos are accurate, comfortable beds, including bunks. Decor was beachy yet stylish (no garish colors here!). Beach chair rental is a plus and Aqua staff is welcoming and helpful. The owner, Kimberly was responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend and plan to visit again!

Fireworks on the beach!!

We had a blast! The weather was perfect, the condo was amazing, & the view of the pier for the fireworks were breathtaking! The parking garage was good & we never had an issue finding a spot after dinner, the elevators WORKED EVERYDAY, & the Staff answered our questions about the pool & deli! We will be back every year! We have finally found “our spot”!!!

Great spacious condo with amazing views

We stayed for 5 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The 10th floor gave us amazing views of the sea, and we often saw sea life swimming along the coast line. The elevators in the building are FAST and we never waited longer than 1 minute for an elevator. Access to the beach is very quick, and the sand is powdery soft. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very nicely updated. My favorite part was the master bathroom, it's huge! Our child loved taking baths in the large tub. It's a very child friendly condo overall, I appreciated the fact that there was no glass decor easily accessible. It was very well stocked with basic necessities, lots of towels and extra pillows. The bunk room window faces Front Beach Road, which is a little loud at night for light sleepers. Our child ended up sleeping in the master bedroom since it was much quieter. However, I slept on the couch one night and wasn't bothered by the noise and slept very comfortably! We had a great stay and would definitely return again!

Perfect stay!

We revisited, coming back to our honeymoon condo, for our 9 year anniversary! Not only was the condo clean but so was the entire property! It seemed like everytime we were out, we seen workers cleaning. And they were so polite every time. Kimberly’s communication was just enough. I knew exactly how to get ahold of her if need be but otherwise she left us be. Location was great, we walked to pier park multiple times. We had the perfect view of the air show and the chair service was even better! We didn’t have our kids with us but there is a perfect bunk room and extra bathroom. My only minuscule complaint is the bed was very firm! It’s hard to complain about that when we loved our time here!

Was worth it!

We’ve been staying at Aqua Resort for several years now and have been really pleased 99% of the time and this unit was no different. Communication with Kimberly was fantastic. No issues with any of the entry codes. Unit was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I’d like to mention for future guests involves the ceiling fans in the primary bedroom and the living room. They’re identical and either remote works both fans from a very long range. So be prepared for that.

Fun n the sun

Once again we had a wonderful stay at Aqua1006. Very clean and nice updates to the condo. Recommend this condo to anyone looking. Has wonderful views of the water and the sound of the waves puts you to sleep at night. Excellent experience and communication with with KRB Vacation Properties! Can't wait to come for another visit!

PCB getaway

This property was perfect for our week long trip to PCB! Kim was a wonderful and very responsive host. I was even able to watch the NYE fireworks right from the king bed in the master bedroom! We will definitely be back!

The condo had beautiful views. We enjoyed the sunset from balcony every night. The balcony was roomy. The bed was great, appreciated the large nightstands. Bathroom was great size. Loved the sectional; comfortable seating. Kitchen had everything we needed. Decor was cute. Would love to come back!

From Gold to Bronze

The pictures on the VRBO site accurately depict the interior of the condo, however the disrepair of the balcony was not. The exterior walls, doors and the floor of the balcony all need to be pressured washed and repainted. The state of the balcony could have been overlooked had there been any effort to at least ensure the balcony was swept, the table wiped down and the cushions placed back properly on the outdoor couch. Walking in the front door, we immediately noticed the pile of sand under the dresser located right by the front door and the filthy runner in the front hallway. As we continued to inspect the condo, we noticed more and more issues with the lack of attention to cleaning. The inside of the kitchen cabinets had crumbs inside of them as well as hair was in the cabinet where the storage containers are kept.The glasses, dishes, pots and pans were haphazardly thrown back into the cabinets and drawers. There were footprints on the living room floor, dust on the tv stand and the end table. The cushions in the sectional must have never been lifted because there was dirt, food crumbs, sand and an old remote under the sectional. The master bed had clean sheets but the master bathroom was obviously only surfaced cleaned because the floor was covered in hair and dirt. I took photos of all issues and sent them to the company. I cleaned enough to make our stay comfortable and the next vacationers will benefit from my efforts. Great way to start our vacation……NOT!

Every Unit is Beachfront/Ocean view. Walking distance to Pier Park, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a hot tub. A very nice Poolside Snack Shop. Gas grills on the pool deck. Super convenient check in, parking garage with an enclosed walkway to the Units. Breathtaking views of the ocean, close to the grocery store in the event you want to just stock up for the week and never leave! There is also a hut right out on the beach and can arrange beach chairs in addition to all kinds of fun things to do! Banana Boat rides, jet ski rentals, parasailing, etc. So much FUN..is right there!
