Du er sikker på at nyde vores nyindrettede 1bedroom / 1bath (851sq. Fod) villa, der omfatter en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler og er på første sal. Du behøver aldrig at beskæftige dig med smalle trapper eller klodsede elevatorer.
Nyd den optimale udvejstil og bor kun få skridt fra den smukke fælles swimmingpool, komplet med afslappende vand springvand, nybygget professionel udendørs gasgrill og skyggefulde lysthus.
Bekvemmelighed en nøgle mindre post. Enheden er placeret kun 10 minutter fra downtown Tampa (ingen lys). Alle elsker vores screenet i gårdhaven. Ideel beliggenhed med nem adgang til alle de store motorveje og alle de populære attraktioner. Den Seminole Hard Casino er kun 10 minutter væk. En ny TopGolf og Dave & Busters har lige åbnet inden for gåafstand. Kun få skridt væk fra den udvej stil pool. Vi er placeret på tværs af gaden fra den nye USAA Corporate kontor og 15 minutter fra MacDill AFB. Denne ferie juvel er kun 50 minutter fra Clearwater Beach eller Anna Maria Island. Busch Gardens og Adventure Island er en hurtig 20 minutters tur. Disney World er en time væk. Hard Rock Casino er kun 10 minutter væk. Vi er altid klar til at hjælpe med din ferie behov. Great stay! Will repeat!

Very comfortable, well appointed, clean, uncluttered apartment. Good fitness facilities and good running paths on the sidewalks of the main road. I would stay here again.

Perfect condo, perfect location!

Enjoyed 9 nights in this immaculate condo — grounds were beautiful and the pool was outstanding. The condo is a perfect size for a couple and you can’t beat the location. Loved the key code access — so convenient. Thank you Wayne and Elaine!

Thanksgiving Stay

Elaine was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating!! The condo was just as wonderful!! Clean, nice community, pool was a nice touch and close to everything!! Will definitely be renting from Elaine and Wayne when I am back in Tampa!!

Great location

Size was perfect for two. Clean, has kitchen, laundry, and cleaning supplies. Not over decorated. Easy access to shopping and interstate. Comfortable furniture.

Fantastic!

We loved the property and Wayne & Elaine were excellent at communicating with us. We were in town for a large horse show, and the location was great, less than 10 minutes from the state fairgrounds. We will definitely try to rent it when we come back next year! Super comfy and relaxing, and the lanai was a great bonus. Thank you to the owners for sharing with us.

Wayne and Elaine have a beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay.

If I could give our stay at Wayne and Elaine’s more than 5 stars I would. They are very easy to contact and I would most definitely stay here again when we come back to Tampa. Very clean and all the comforts of home.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time with our stay here. It had all of the amenities you could ask for. Wayne was very attentive to everything. We had an issue with the tv and he was out here within the hour to fix it. Now that’s service. I would highly recommend this condo. Very close to the pool which is a plus. The area is very quiet which is also nice.

Misleidende informatie

Het apartement lag niet aan het zwembad zoals de foto op de website suggereerde. Bovendien was het zwembad niet bruikbaar vanwege werkzaamheden. Ook de zitjes rond zwembad waren niet bruikbaar. Bij het huis was verder geen mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten. Het huis zelf was prima, alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Ook de ligging tov de bezienswaardigheden was goed. Klein punt: verlichting in slaapkamer was minimaal.

Perfect Condo

Wayne was most cordial and accommodating. The property is in a perfect location- close to highway, attractions, and Brandon with anything you need close by. Noise level was minimal, first floor condo with parking just steps from the door, safe and well groomed association, condo is clean and in good repair. We did not use amenities as we were on the road daily, however they appeared well maintained. We will definitely seek out Wayne and Elaine for future travel to this area. Absolutely Outstanding!!!

Very nice, clean condo in a quiet gated community. From this location you are close to all the beaches & atttactions in the Tampa, St. Pete & Clearwater areas. I will definitely try & book this condo each & everytime I plan on visiting the Tampa area. Owners are fantastic & go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasant & memorable.

Excellent for extended stay!!

Had to be in the Tampa area for a 6-week training course, and this condo worked out great! Close to all stores, restaurants, malls etc, and Wayne and Elaine were very pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place!

Clean, well maintained. All appliances you would need and they all work. Nice large TV in living room. Nice lanai. Most convenient location possible. Stayed better part of 3 months and hit Disney, Ybor City, Tampa River Walk, Lettuce Lake Park not to mention spring training. All of this is easy to get to. Will rent again. Thanks, Wayne and Elaine!

Great Stay - Literally No Complaints!

I found this property on VRBO and saw that it had 5 starts. Very well deserved rating! I was using this condo as a temporary 'Home Base' as I just moved to Florida. The location was just off the highway (Less than 3 minutes) which was very easy to get downtown. As for the condo itself, it was cleaned and had everything I could need (All working kitchen appliances, washer, dryer, working shower, A/C, iron, tv w/ internet and cable). Wayne was my main point of contact and couldn't be more accommodating. Anyone that needs a place to stay while vacationing or using a temporary home that is relocating, this is a great place to stay. Thanks again for everything Wayne!!

very nice an pleasant stay

the condo was very nice, clean and had everything you needed. from essentiell kitchen supplies to lots of towels, bedding supplies, washer, dryer and ironing. cleaning supplies were offered so you didn't have to buy them yourself :) i had a little trouble working the tv first and after i called wayne he was very nice and wanted to come an fix the problem within the next hour. he didn't have to though, cuz we fixed the problem on the phone :) the neighborhood was also very nice and well taken care of. nice big pool and a fitness center. the only sad thing about the fitness center was that only one of the two treadmill was working. the other one was broke and didn't get fixed during my stay. overall i had a peasent stay and can only recommend this condo :)

March vacation

We stayed at this condo the month of March. It was very cozy, clean, well furnished and felt like home. Loved the location. Would stay there again if we get down that way again.

Month away

We stayed in condo for the month of February. The property is well kept and it is a quiet complex. We were pleased the unit was very sunny and bright. We felt the unit is the perfect size for two people and had lots of storage space. It is conveniently located - close to highways, 15 min. to downtown Tampa, 10 min. to Westfield Mall (which has everything!) and lots of restaurants. Thank you Wayne and Elaine we hope to return again.

Great month long home away from home

I spent one month in this condo and was very impressed with the condo and the homeowners. I was greeted at the condo on my first day in Tampa by the owners. They made sure everything was perfect for my month long stay. This condo has the most comfortable and largest bed I have ever slept on, it has two nice televisions, and a great pool and lounge area within the complex. Very convenient to the new topgolf and many other Tampa attractions. Highly recommended.

The Perfect 6 Week Stay with Kids from a VRBO Newbie

My teenage sons were in an extended baseball training in Tampa. I needed a safe, clean, and quiet place for us all to stay. I couldn't have been more pleased with this condo!! Not only is it in a beautiful location of old oak trees, gardens and lakes, but the interior was beautifully decorated with a leather couch and pleasing colors. While the boys were at camp, I could relax by the pool, play tennis, or workout in the gym. Yet, the owners generosity is my main reason for writing this review. They communicated well with me. They met me at the condo to walk me through everything. They were there instantly if I needed anything and had the place fully stocked with soaps, kitchen utensils, etc ... Everything to make it truly turn key... and elaborate even , as the bed and bath mat were memory foam and there were even books, movies, and Pay Per View to choose from! I have never used VRBO or rented a place from an individual and I have to admit I was a little nervous, but this truly was a relaxing summer spent in a fun place, and I am now planning my next summer getaway :) Thanks!!!!!
