Great location! Across the street from the beach. The pool was awesome, such a family friendly atmosphere. We felt safe. The room is small, but it’s really all you’d need for a party of 4. Would definitely come back!

Island Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Bogue Shores. Lovely property with great views of the Sound and a quick dash across the street to the Atlantic.

Great quaint place

My husband and I went and it was a great place to stay. Loved that the beach access was right across from the condo. Also loved that there was a clean pool. The room was adequate and clean. We would stay here again.

Great location!

We went to spend a weekend at the beach with our son. Having the beach access across the street plus a pool just outside the door was advantages. We were able to visit the sites on the island and the weather was perfect.

Peaceful stay

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter. We stayed here last year and really enjoyed it so we came back this year. It is such a great little place. My granddaughter loved the pool and the short walk over to the beach. We can't wait to come back next summer.

Pleasant vacation

Cute, older room but very well maintained and clean. Nice pool and access to the sound from pier. Picnic tables, grill and swings out next to the water. Very Family oriented. Would definitely stay here again.

Short getaway

The community was very nice. My grandson loved the pool. Beach is short walk across the road. Would be perfect if you could bring a boat. If there was somewhere you could rent topark trailer. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.

Highly Recommend

This is our 4th year staying at this location and our first time at this particular unit. Elaine was wonderful to work with from beginning to end and I would highly recommend staying here. The unit was beautiful and close to everything you need for your stay. Even though we were welcomed with a tropical storm, we had a wonderful time. We hope to return again.

Family 4th of July trip

We loved our stay! The room was pretty tidy and clean. The location was awesome! We took full advantage of the beach, pool and grilled out back on the beautiful sound side in the afternoon. Only draw back was that the room stays pretty light while the suns up so the toddler woke up with the sun. Lol But we still very much enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you!! We will be back again!

Atlantic Beach Bouge Shores

Everything was just as described in the online listing. Had a question regarding a key and my question was quickly answered. Everything was spotless including the grounds and the pool. We are definitely coming back

Summer vacation—2022

We had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was right there. The room was fully furnished with all the items we needed for our time. Our grandson and his parents enjoyed the pool. Our son enjoyed it because he was able to carry his boat and keep it on the property. Will be back. The DAIL Family Greensboro, Georgia

Atlantic Beach

Nice location with beach access and boat slip. The property manager was very kind and helpful. Pool was clean and well kept. The hair blow dryer in our unit did not work. The property owner happened to be there and he was rude to me.

Charming Condo at Bogue Shore

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely condo 5/21 - 5/23 to attend a swim meet in Morehead City. The condo is small but clean and accurately depicted in the pictures. It's a perfect place for 2 or even a family of 4. The beach access is a right across the road. The pool is very nice and quite large for this property. The property manager, Wesley, was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. The owner Elaine was also helpful and responsive as she responded within 30 minutes regarding a check in question. I will definitely stay here again.

Need an Exterminator

The location was great, the size was perfect , the pool was very clean but we saw roaches in the first 5 minutes. The bathtub drain wouldn’t drain well while showering ,almost overflowed. Everything else was great.

We are very sorry you had the issues as stated in your review. We do wish you would have reached out to us to make us aware of the drain issue and we would have dealt with it right away. As for the bugs, we do have the unit sprayed every month and do our very best to keep our place bug free. Again, if we had of been made aware, we would have asked the pest control company to go back and spray again. We do everything we can to make our guest comfortable and have a great expereince but unless you communicate with us we are not aware of any problems.

Beach Trip

Overall everything was fine. I love the location and the pool area is really nice as well is the access to the beach. the room could have had more hanging racks for towels and clothes. the tub is not accessible for someone older to get in and out of. nothing to hold on to and a deep step in and out of tub. I took my sister who is 80 and she had difficulties with this. loved the location of the room.

The stay was okay but we was not providing any towels or any supplies that we needed. The drains in the shower and kitchen sink would not drain properly.

It is always unfortunate when a review is written that is simply not true. There were 4 towels, 4 wash cloths, 1 hand towel and 1 kitchen towel set provided. We also list this in the information for guest in the event they want to bring more. Our guest can also order more from our linen supplier. Regarding the slow shower and sink drains, you never once notified us of any issues. We have had slow drain issues previously and it was due to hair that had gotten down in the shower drain. That was probably the same problem which would have been a two minute fix. We are not able to take care of something we know nothing about. And, in your check in instructions we do ask that you notify us of any issues. Our desire is for our guest to enjoy our little beach place but sometimes that does take communication.

Senior Parents and I

My Senior Parents and I Stayed In This Condo And It Was Perfect For Us! The Pictures Are Exactly What You Get... Meaning That They Are Current Pictures. From the Beginning It Has Been A Great Experience! I Had Questions That I Wanted To Ask Before I Made A Reservation And They Were Answered Quickly. I Have Nothing But Good Things To Say About Picking This Condo. Definitely Looking Forward To Staying Again and Again.

Had a great time but…

Had a great time but was not aware you had to bring your own extra towels and toilet paper or paper towels. We stayed 7 days and 2 of each for 4 people. The bathtub stopped up but did go down after the shower. The pool was great. Loved it. The beach was awesome too. That’s what I went for anyway. Also stated there was a coin laundry. It’s not on the property you drive back over the bridge to a laundry mat. Other than that it was great

Thank you for your review. I do want to clariy that we do not advertize for a coin laundry. I checked our site to make sure and it is not checked. Also, we let guests know the linen package we order. I have copied and pasted: "The package we order is sheets for beds, 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 1 hand towel and a kitchen dishcloth set. If you would like more you can order from our linen supplier directly" We do supply a starter kit for paper supplies which most are able to get through a week with. I am sorry the tub was stopped up. If we were notified we would have sent our maintenance man right away. UInfortunatley, hair gets in the drain and that causes the tub to drain slow. But, we always fix any issues right away. We do hope you will come back and we do hope you have a better stay next time!
