For the price, it is very good. I moved from a unit in the same building and this unit is waaaaayyy better. The picture is updated, the place is clean, the AC is quiet. I am 100% satisfied

Nice extended stay

I rented this for a family member moving to the area. She really enjoyed her stay. The water was shut off a few times because of repairs, but the compensated is for it and it was during the day while she was working. The unit had the essentials….. that was important. Overall all it was a comfortable stay.

Walked to the beach in 5 minutes. Shopping, Restaurants, abound. All the tours picked up right in the area. Uber at front door. Car rentals close by. Everything on the Island is within 1 hour, just don't go at rush hour. Its a big city on a beautiful old island. Cant wait to go again. would definitely stay here again.

A Great Alternative to a Hotel

Someone did come and fill in holes under the bathroom sink. There were a couple more after that. I do feel that the room need a more extensive cleaning, stove pulled out, washing pulled out, and the floors need an extensive clean as well. I have booked for next year in #1516so hoping that is extra clean.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We’re sorry the condo you chose wasn’t large enough, was not in your preferred location, and didn’t include a dishwasher (which is stated in the description); a studio is definitely smaller than the 1-bedrooms you usually book with us. Hopefully next year you’ll select another of our 1-bedroom condos that better matches your criteria!

GOOD RENTAL MAKES FOR PERFECT HOLIDAY VACATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we booked with Captain Cook. I have tried other rental companies and they were just OK. Captain Cook is a very professional agency, they are always there when you call, the staff if very polite and informative. When we got to the condo complex their manager was there to greet us on time, and took the time to show us the unit and all the amenities. The condo was exactly as described, and very clean. The staff at Captain Cook makes you feel they are there to assist you, but as they say they want you to have a 5 star experience, and that's exactly what we got. I definitely would recommend them, and they are our go to company for renting a condo in Honolulu.
