Nybygget midten århundrede ranch har 2 soveværelser / 2 badeværelser med en konge mellemstore Skjul en seng i det store opholdsrum. 6 sovepladser. Home er 4 gader fra Newport Marked og en 10-15 minutters gåtur i downtown Bend. Bare gå et par blokke ned ad bakken og du vil være på Newport Ave, hvor du kan nyde mange af Bend vestlige side foretrukne restauranter og kaffebarer.

Denne arkitektoniske hjem har en åben grundplan med højt til loftet, tårnhøje vinduer og kvalitet finish hele vejen igennem.

Opholdsstue har amerikanske Læder (højeste kvalitet) king size sovekabine og hyggelige stole, som omgiver gas pejs og enorme 60 "HD-TV til afslapning i aften efter en dag på stier.

Gourmet køkken har alt hvad du behøver for spisning i. Alle helt nye rustfrit stål apparater, store køkkengrej, Vita-mix til din morgen smoothie og mere ..

Spisestuen har plads til 6 personer. Skydedøre, der går ud på overdækket terrasse for at sparke tilbage efter middag og afslappende på den tilbage patio ... Tilbage gårdhave har lounge stole til 6 og en kommerciel kvalitet gasgrill.

Kvalitet møbler at gøre dit ophold i Portland huset så behageligt som muligt.

Kæmpe soveværelse har helt nye king-size seng, høj tråd count sengetøj, walk in closet og opholdsstue. Fra det store soveværelse er en stor mester bad.

Det andet soveværelse har hvælvede lofter, stort skab og ny queen size seng med høj tråd count sengetøj.

Dette er et helt nyt hjem, som ligger på Bend vestlige side og tæt på alt. Du kan virkelig parkere bilen og gå overalt.

Phils trailhead er omkring en 15 minutters varme op tur.

We have stayed here several times with either just the two of us or with my mom or friends. Love the house and the location is amazing. Within walking distance to old town and an amazing grocery store and close to Bachelor ski resort. Paula is an excellent host and very responsive.

NW Portland is a great location, close to food and easy to access mountains and trails. A peaceful home, where two deer came each day to hang out briefly in the back yard. And always clean and tidy!

We had an amazing stay at Paula’s home in Bend. She was so accommodating by providing a high chair and pack & play for our youngest daughter. The house had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Bend. We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot

Paula’s house was perfect for 4 friends exploring Bend. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable, it is in a great location. A short drive to downtown, the Old Mil District, close to restaurants and a good natural foods market. Paula provided great restaurant recommendations, and was very responsive to our questions. The check in/ out process was easy. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Location with Incredible Amenities!

Mt. Bachelor was the main reason for our trip, and it absolutely delivered. The skiing was fantastic—great snow, beautiful runs, and easy access from where we stayed. Really enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent and downtown was close enough to walk to and explore at my own pace, which I appreciated. I love walking, and this spot made that easy, whether it was heading to the city center or just enjoying nearby parks and local streets.The amenities were a standout—modern, clean, and everything thoughtfully arranged. I also found a few great restaurants nearby, with plenty more options once I got into town. It struck a great balance between peaceful and accessible. If you’re someone who enjoys walking and likes having the flexibility to explore on foot, this place hits the mark.

Perfect home base in Bend

This was our third stay at this home, and once again it was the perfect choice. The home is beautiful, functional, comfortable, and very conveniently located. Honestly, we would be happy to just move in. Paula is a fantastic host, and check-in and communications are easy.

Cozy, Clean and Close to everything!

We loved everything about this house, it has everything you need and more & feels like being at home, only better! Easy walk to parks, coffee, restaurants and shops! 30 min to the mountain and you can see deer in the backyard! Paula was a great host, very thoughtful and friendly, we'd definitely stay here again!

Best rental in Bend

I was so excited to stay at this home just from the pictures and property description when we booked. Once I saw it in person I was beyond pleased. It was even better than the already beautiful pictures. Paula was amazing and very responsive if needed. This will be the only place we will stay when renting in Bend! We look forward to our next vacation here!

An Absolute Gem in Bend!

This home has everything you could want in a luxury VRBO. The kitchen is well appointed and beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is ideal. Our Mother/Daughter weekend was fabulous! I have stayed in the smaller apartment on the property before, so knew the host was amazing and leaves you nothing to want for. We will be back!

Best Stay, EVER!

We just spent the most amazing long weekend in this magnificent property. It would be hard to over state just how wonderful this property was. The host, Paula, has done an incredible job creating a really relaxing and welcoming environment. The property itself is really beautiful and it has a glorious garden and patio to the rear with outdoor seating. Paula has thoughtfully provided all the amenities you may need. The location was perfect! Everything that Bend has to offer is within easy walking distance. Paula, thanks so much for a really incredible stay in your beautiful property. Beautiful and peaceful home

I have stayed in roughly 20 short term rentals. This home is in the top few in terms of the quality of the house itself and everything inside. Great shower in MBR, kitchen very well supplied, wonderful outdoor sitting area for our morning coffee and evening wine. There are several walkable restaurants as well as the Newport Market as long as you don’t mind climbing a hill back up (we did not). Paula is an excellent host who was quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for hikes and restaurants. Loved her place and Bend in general.

Such a Gem

This home is a 10/10! Has everything you need, is beautiful, clean, very comfy beds, responsive hosts, walking distance to so much! Within 10 min walking you can be at Newport market (great for everything but especially the premade stuff, back porch coffee, Nancy P’s bakery (we went daily), and a bunch of good restaurants… park nearby too if you have kiddos. They also had things for the kids like toys, high chair and pack n’ play. They have the rental set up beautifully so that it’s super kid friendly but if you don’t have kids then all the kid stuff is stored away! I’m ready to move in lol! Will for sure stay again!

Wonderful stay

My family stayed at Paula’s place for several weeks this summer, and it contributed to making our trip a wonderful and comfortable one. The home is bright, comfortable and pleasant to be in, well stocked, and well located. We enjoyed our time there, and would highly recommend it. We slept well on the bed, but would say that it is the one major incongruous part of the home. The home is modern, well built and furnished, but the mattress lags in comparison. It has a topper that is slightly smaller than the mattress, and is fairly comfortable, but not exactly up to snuff. Screen doors would be helpful to keep the bugs out. Hot water does run out in the shower. Overall, 5 stars, and we would stay here again.

Bend House

We had a wonderful time and loved the house. It was well stocked with amenities. Close to the downtown district and grocery store. We like to prepare our own meals, so staying in a place with a nice kitchen was great.

We moved from Anchorage, Alaska after 26 years and craved the outdoor experiences we were used to finding in the last frontier.

Bend had it all-road cycling, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, back-country skiing, hiking, not to mention a scenic setting!

Now relocated in Bend, we spend most of our time on the trails and enjoying our Oregon roots.
