Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was awesome. Very clean and well appointed. The backyard space was fantastic, sort of an after thought when we booked but surprisingly became our favorite space. We had coffee out there every morning and a night cap out there every night. Outdoor/beach equipment in the garage was useful and appreciated. All said, it was perfect and we would stay there again.

Loved it! Close proximity to everything Dana Point and perfect for a family of 4.Gotta take advantage of the beach supplies in the garage, made our beach experience epic.

We had an amazing stay at this property, it was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The private back yard was a great spot to enjoy the morning sun. We had a small toddler with us and the yard was very safe; and enclosed. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend and hopefully we’ll be back!

The property was in a great location and the rooms were clean. My family enjoyed having the full enclosed patio to relax on. The second bedroom was quite small so that was a little unexpected but the house was tidy and the outdoor area was our group's priority. We did have "we noticed stains on 1 king duvet cover, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth" which apparently needed to be replaced and we were charged 105 dollars for what is the equivalent (on the high end) of about 40. If you are just sleeping here, won't make any noise, and want a good location and a nice backyard this was a good place to be. I wouldn't stay here again but because I think the amount charged for small stains on a couple of items which I would have happily replaced was way overpriced and I suspect that they would have found something to charge us for no regardless because of all the fine print in their contract. Just something to be aware of.

Beautiful little apartment duplex. Light colors and style feel very Scandinavian. Bathroom is very small. Accessible for mildly handicapped but not wheelchair friendly. Backyard is wonderful. We really liked the location too. Capo Beach but so close to Dana Point. If traveling with large family you could book both apartments of the duplex. Very well decorated.

Cute, clean home in a quiet location.

Nice spot for a quiet getaway, yet close to everything you need (beach, shopping, restaurants). Home was clean and is updated with a nice beach vibe. Will stay here again.

Cute, Comfortable house in great location

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at and we would recommend it to anyone. Great location and the house was SUPER clean and had a homey feel to it. Great location to surf spots, restaurants, beaches, etc. Owners maintained great communication from booking through departure.
