Konstrueret marmor overalt, såvel som udsøgte dekoratører! La Perla er en en af en venlig bygning i umiddelbar nærhed af den prestigefyldte Trump Towers, med faciliteter i verdensklasse, herunder fitnesscenter med udsigt over havet, pool, parasol og stol- og håndklædeservices, fiskeribro og restaurant og gratis betjent parkering. Vores lejere har adgang til badebyen ved Newport og kan bruge deres restauranter (25% rabat), samt deres TiKki-bar, og deres berømte alt hvad du kan spise hummer og krabber og bøfaftener. Highly recommend!

We had the best time staying at Sherine’s condo in Sunny Isles. She was super helpful whenever we had a question. Her home is very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We would love to stay there again.

Sunny Island

The location was great. Right next to Pier on Sunny Isle. Walking distance to many great locations in Sunny Isle. Unit was very clean with all the amenities. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to pack light.

This apartment was perfect for our needs! Sherine was an incredibly communicative and responsive host and couldn’t imagine anyone being better than her! The apartment was awesome and the building was perfect right on the beach!

The view, location and owner were all outstanding. The condo was well equipped with all the amenities, clean and the master bed was amazingly comfortable. We WILL rent this place again in the future!

Sunny Isles Beach Vacation

The facilities are very well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very good experience and would recommend this unit for anyone wanting an excellent place to stay w all the conveniences of home. Everything was as advertised in the listing. We would definitely consider a return trip.

Superb property

This is a great apartment in an awesome location in Sunny Isles Beach. The property is nicely furnished and has amazing ocean views from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Restaurants, parks and grocery shops are within walking distance. Sherine is extremely kind and always available to answer questions and take care of any unforeseen issues that may arise. We are definitely coming back. 5 star location without a doubt!

Sunny Isle - On the Ocean by the Pier

The property was excellent. Great location right on the beach. Unit was fully stock with everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit was fully equipped by the host. Unit was very clean. The host (Hanna) was the most responsive host we ever experienced. She reacted within minutes to all our questions from the time we booked the unit thru out stay.

Best 2 bedroom apartment on Sunny Isles

We loved everything about this place, you can just name it! Everything is perfect! Amazing shower in Master Bedroom, the size of all rooms is big, you have more than you may need in the kitchen while on vacation, its very clean. All the amenities are high end, you even open and close the door from your phone. Very easy to communicate with the host, she is always responding right away. We shall return!

Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The place was beautiful and spotless, with lots of small convenient details and personal touches throughout. The host is SUPER-responsive! There is a little restaurant/bar on the beach downstairs that came in very handy during the day. A playroom for kids one floor below saved us from numerous meltdowns. Of course theres a nice pool and jacuzzi outside, but honestly we were always on the beach. Most things you will need are within walking distance which was super nice! All in all, it was like a home away from home for us

CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT OUR STAY IN MIAMI – 2024

AGAIN WE SPENT OUR HOLIDAYS IN MIAMI AND STAYED IN THE SAME PLACE. LIKE THE PREVIOUS SEASON, WE FOUND EVERYTHING PERFECT, WITH ALL THE AMENITIES INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE. THE OWNER, ALWAYS ATTENTIVE, HELPED US IN EVERY OPPORTUNITY WHERE WE CONTACTED HER. AS FOR THE CONDOMINIUM ITSELF, WE CAN SAY THAT IT HAS PERFECT SECURITY, WITH ACCESS TO THE VARIOUS DEPENDENCIES CONTROLLED BY AN INDIVIDUAL MAGNETIC CARD GIVEN TO EACH TENANT. ALL EXPECTATIONS WERE EXCEEDED.

Killer views in Sunny Isles.

This is a great apartment with gorgeous ocean views from every room. Sherine was a great hostess who was available via text anytime. This is a very high-tech apartment (perhaps a little too high-tech for us, being retirees! LOL This was our first visit to Sunny Isles. We were here for six weeks and fell in love with the beach. Recommend highly.

Perfect for creating family memories!

Dr. Sherine was a gracious host, she communicated promptly with us throughout our stay. My husband had an unexpected medical issue and she quickly called to check on us and follow up throughout. Thank you, for your help and advice it was a comfort to our family and greatly appreciated! The condo is in a very safe and family-friendly area. It features beautiful views of the ocean, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make wonderful home-cooked meals, and create lasting memories. Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.

La Perla vacation in Sunny Isles

Visited Sunny Isles many times including many condo at La Perla. This condo is beautiful, well furnished, well equipped and very clean! La Perla has all the required amenities. The pool and beach are spectacular! The location is also very close to groceries stores, malls and restaurants! The owner Sherine was very helpful. Attentive and always a quick text away. She was amazing while booking in explaining the booking process at La Perla. She always ensured we would be happy before, during and even after our stay!! Already looking to go back for a next family vacation!! Recommend booking this condo and with the owner without hesitation!

Fantastic condo

I can’t say enough about this place. First of all it was immaculate. It was the most well stocked place I have ever stayed. Had everything imaginable in the kitchen. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of towels. The building is very secure and it is kept so clean. You just walk onto the beach and they set you up with chairs with cushions as well as an umbrella. The master bath is great and the shower is wonderful. The condo has two balconies with great views. . Sherine is wonderful to work with. She responds to any questions immediately and was extremely helpful to us through out our stay. I highly recommend this place . The only negative was we had to leave. . If you are planning a trip to SunnynIsles, this is the place to stay.

Beautiful condo! Excellent host!

We recently stayed at Sherine's condo in Sunny Isles Miami and had a great time! We found her place to be beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need or want. The bathrooms had fresh towels and the comfy beds had fresh sheets. The two balconies both had great views of the ocean and provided a nice private outside area to relax, have breakfast or read a book away from the beach/pool area. There were lounge chairs, towels and beach umbrellas to use while on the beach, as well as towels and lounge chairs in the pool area. The condo is well maintained and is located within walking distance to everything you may need for your stay including restaurants, drug stores and a full grocery store so you really don’t need a car unless you want to go exploring. It is located right beside the Newport Pier and the restaurant on the pier was a great place to have something to eat while outside. Sherine was the perfect host, she was easy to talk with and a pleasure to deal with! From the time we booked to the day we left to come home she was in touch with us both by text or phone whenever needed. Any issues that we encountered she immediately tried her very best to get resolved without it impacting our stay. I was really impressed with her sincerity and genuine efforts to ensure we were happy the entire time we were there. Sherine - we had a great time staying at your beautiful condo! Thank you for all of your efforts and for making our stay so easy, stress free and enjoyable! We look forward to returning…wish we were there right now!!! :-)

We made a great choice renting this apartment

This is a beautiful apartment with equally beautiful blue ocean views. The white marble floors and the entire light color apartment with hints of oceananic blue touches really gives this apartment a relaxing, and luxury feel of being on the ocean. It's an uplifting tone as soon as you wake up in the morning and both balconies are great for morning coffee/tea with a awesome beach & ocean views, it's simply very relaxing any time of the day. I was just as pleased with the amenities, the apartment literally had everything we needed, towels for shower, beach or pool, plates, cups silverware, 3 different coffee machines, a kettle which also had the various coffee and teas ready to enjoy and the list goes on. Super convenient for all my needs. Thank you Sherine for being such a gracious host and my I add you have impeccable taste. This was an unforgettable experience throughout.

I fell in love with Sunny Isles Beach and La Perla. Awesome ocean front location and beautiful water views. Very close to South beach and can walk to everything in the beautiful Miami weather. Very close to Aventura mall and Bell Harbor mall as well as South Beach and Lincoln Road and Bay Side shops.

Beautiful location. I travelled to this area my whole life. It is an escape for me. I never need a car to be care free and get everywhere. There is nothing like stepping out of your building and step right on the sand. But wait, having a work out room right overlooking the ocean is just what I needed to be motivated.

Right on the ocean, Newly constructed Pier with a seafood / Sushi restaurant. Beach Towel Service as well as Umbrella and chairs and heated pool and cabanas. Free Valet, or personal parking. Exercise room overlooking the ocean. Great party room and lobby as well as 24 hr doormen.
