Very comfortable place

This townhouse has everything you need to take some days off and away from noise and other things, you can rest and enjoy the ammenities of the townhose (kitchen, pool, grill, internet) and of course use the services provided by Bahia Principe Hotels (pool beach, etc, however you will need to pay for the food and beverage but it´s not a big cost per day. Additional you´ll be very close from Tulum, Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Playa del Carmen making this place perfect to stay.

Great location

Stayed for a week. Check in was easy. Owner was responsive to requests. All you need is available. Close to the beach and amenities. Access to pool close by. Nothing negative. Highly recommend. Thanks Linda for everything.

Vacation in Tulum 8 weeks

The description for the accommodation is correct and the photos are accurate. The only problem is we do not have access to the sun loungers, umbrellas and other swimming pools and jacuzzis in the complex for free. To have access you have to pay $90 USD per person per day. We only have access to the Sian Kan restaurants (one buffet, one French and one Japanese) at $50 USD per person. To have access to the other restaurants in the complex we had to take a day pass (US$90 per person) which includes dinner and swimming pool or evening pass (US$80 per person) which includes dinner and access to the bar and show . We also have access to the Jool Baloom restaurant at the golf course and the Kay Beach Club on the beach. If you want a parasol with a bed it costs $50 USD for the day at Kay Beach Club. The beach is beautiful and the water is warm.

Owner is the rep...we booked this expecting washer and dryer for laundry as shown, it was locked. Fire started outside the unit on the metre...she said" what did we do". has nothing to do with us...it's the property. Place is very Hard to find..!! No hot water, sink and taps are poor, Works on a safe card system that opens and locks door and shuts power,lights and air conditioning off when your gone. If you can speak and understand Spanish then you'll enjoy the TV. Hey rating of 2.5 to out of 5. Been in this area 4 times in the past...Wouldn't book VRBO again with her.

Hello, I appreciate the time you took to leave a review, however, your personal criticism towards the characteristics and culture of the region is unjustified in this review. Next time you visit the Riviera Mayan, please take into consideration that you are visiting a jungle-like environment in a Spanish-speaking culture, in which for example, hot water is not a necessity to wash the dishes. Nonetheless, all the washrooms do offer the option for hot water, and the TV has the option to login to Netflix with the code I gave you. Furthermore, the address of the house is not simple because the area is not urban, so I suggest you do some research before coming back to this pristine region of the world or use any kind of GPS device to assist you. This is in fact, one of the many appealing virtuous of vacationing in this area for my guests. However, I will take into consideration the possibility of finding a different air conditioning system that can remain sustainable with the environment. Finally, I would like to remind you that I did not charge for the damage you caused in my property when you over exceeded the electricity capacity of my home and set on fire the electricity meter (which I had fixed in an hour for you), and also ignored the fact that you were not using your real name for the reservation, so your legitimacy in VBRO is questionable for me. A great month of golf in Mexico

Linda is a fantastic owner. Incredibly helpful and very responsive. I initially had a hard time finding the place, as it's a big property, but she was actually there to guide me in. The only suggestion I have is to put a small table and chairs on the patio by the BBQ so that you can eat outside. Beyond, that it's a great place, and she was delightful to deal with. Rob

Wonderful month at luxury villa

We have been coming to this part of Mexico for many years and our stay at Linda's townhouse was one of the best. Everything you need is there along with many extra touches such as the beautiful large pieces of art on the walls to Nespresso coffee and Netflix. The beds and furnishings are comfortable and the terraces are lovely for coffee in the morning and looking at the stars at night. If you want a quiet and luxurious retreat with access to the lovely Bahia resort beaches (no charge), scuba diving, golf course and entertainment, this is the place. A car is recommended so you can experience the great little restaurants and supermarkets at nearby villages as well as other local attractions.

Modern condo in gated community

The unit was as described. We loved the upstairs terrace in the morning and evening. The condo and property were very clean and quiet when we were there (January). It was our third stay within the Bahia Principe community and we were not disappointed. Very close to beaches, cenotes, restaurants, and grocery stores with a rental car. We will go back if we can.

Perfect Stay!!!

We stayed two weeks in this gorgeous town-home, and had awesome time. This property have everything what you need and more, location is perfectly situated in the resort, close to everything ( entertainment, restaurants and of course playa ). The owner Linda was incredibly kind and helpful. We will recommend this place to our friends and family, we will be back in very near future. Thank you Linda. Mirek.

OUTSTANDING LUXURY TOWNHOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL GOLF COURSE AND SPECTACULAR BEACHES

Beautiful condo, well furnished in a modern decor, spacious and clean. Owner partners with Raye ,Robert and Jessica to help you with your every need. Staff is friendly and inviting Condo is located by a beautiful golf course with panoramic views. The resort is lush with palm trees and abundant swimming pools. You are able to use the amenities of the Bahia Principe Resort during your stay. The free trams will take you everywhere. Daily shows on the resort in the evening. It is part of an all inclusive resort, so you can purchase daily food passes for food and drink if you don’t want to wonder off for other adventures or just eat in the condo. Sams Club and Chedraui grocery 20 mins away Close to the Mayan ruins , many wonderful restaurants and attractions nearby This luxury townhouse will not disappoint you, great for families or couples.
