Good stay

A nice bright house that is great for a family getaway. We had a great time and used it as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Only minor issue was no nbn / wifi, which was not really an issue for us as we were mostly out and about.

Convienient

Overall in a good location for beach. Family stayed for a birthday and found it easy to walk to the party and have some privacy as well

Peaceful little getaway

Restful property in a quiet neighbourhood. Bring your bikes and explore. Lots of mozzies. House was well stocked with books and games. Thank you.

Peaceful neighbourhood with all you need just a short drive away

So happy we discovered Newlands Arm. Half way between Bairnsdale and Paynesville, and a nice day trip to Buchan Caves, Lakes Entrance and Metung. The property was perfect for two families, and we loved the deck and fire pit. The local beach at first looked underwhelming but we had a pleasant afternoon down there and can appreciate the peacefulness of the area. It was a beautiful, relaxing 8 nights. Thank you!

Great House

We had 4 adults and 5 children with heaps of room for the kids to play and enough space to spread out and not been on top of each other. The house was thoughtlfully equipped and made the stay very easy. We highly reccomend and will be return guests.

Extremely clean and comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Very large DVD collection and games for kids.Two large living areas as well as a large functional kitchen and a great deck with views to relax and watch the world go by will stay again

An awesome getaway

Never been here before. Perfectly situated near a boat ramp, the inlet in MASSIVE to not be near other boats/people if u want seclusion. Loved tge balcony, 2 living rooms and there is a massive area for pet dogs underneath with kennel, couches. A good idea is to take citronella candles, we were getting bitten on the balcony. Thank for having us! Will be coming up again... so much fun

Two homes in one

This house was perfect for our group consisting of two families with small children. It’s almost like two houses in one where each family had their own bedrooms and lounge and we would all meet in the middle (the central kitchen). Plenty of space, extremely well appointed kitchen, a great deck with beautiful fairy lights for the nights, and loads of outdoor space too. We all really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home with amazing views. Very clean and a huge size for a large family. The owners are very generous with all the facilities including lots of firewood, board games, an Xbox and hundreds of DVD's to watch. The kitchen was filled with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. The doble beds are great, probably recommend the bunk beds for kids only as the bunk bed mattresses aren't as comfortable or designed for full size adults. There is no general store in town so plan to travel into Paynesville to buy any essentials or bring them with you. I can highly recommend this property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Great group getaway

Plenty of room for everyone, well-provisioned kitchen, comfy beds. Great to have the fire pit, and the views from the balcony were perfect for wine-and-cheese o'clock.

Very quiet and peaceful - fantastic outlook from the deck

A lot of the features at this place were very good Separate lounge area for the kids and the adults. Great bathrooms and good pressure shower heads Awesome deck overlooking the area - we spent many hours there enjoying the view and quiet
