LAV Sæsonrabat !!! NY RENOVERET LUXURY OCEANFRONT 3 BEDROOM COND

Hi Michael, Thanks again for staying with us at Sunset Cove # 231. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the property and the amazing views, etc. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused by the heater and refrigerator. Although these issues were unforeseen but rectified immediately, we certainly didn't want any issues to affect your vacation. For future guests, we are available to resolve issues quickly no matter how big or small so that you are able to enjoy your vacation. Thanks again Michael and we look forward to hearing back from you again in the future should you decide to visit the Cayman Islands again. Sincerely, Sean J. A. Scott Property Management Cayman Ltd.

Dear Erin, Thank you again for staying with us at Sunset Cove # 231. We're very happy to hear that you enjoyed your Cayman Islands vacation in this amazing beachfront condo. For future guests, please view the map on this listing as it accurately shows the location on Sunset Cove and the surrounding restaurants, amenities, etc. The property is located on the southern part of Seven Mile Beach and is the only property on Seven Mile Beach that is protected by 2 groynes that form the cove ensuring that there is lots of soft white sand on the beach all year round and in the case of inclement weather, also provides a sheltered area to swim during strong wave action. There are currently 3 restaurants on the property, 1 cigar bar and 1 coffee shop which makes it very convenient to dine and drink on property, including the swim up pool bar. There are several other restaurants within walking distance but if you want to venture further down the beach, it is only about a 4-8 min car drive and taxis are easily accessible. Thanks again for staying with us and we look forward to hosting you again in the future if you return to Grand Cayman. Best regards, Sean J. A. Scott Property Management Cayman Ltd. On Behalf of the Owner, Louise Mulry

Thanks so much for your amazing review Chad! We look forward to hosting you again in the future should you return to the Cayman Islands.

Thank you for your kind review! We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. It is fantastic that our guests are able to enjoy the Margaritaville amenities, including now the gym for a minor fee. Water sports equipment (such as paddle boards) are also now available for guests use. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Thank you for your review! Sorry that you did not feel as though the sofa and two armchairs provided a comfy setting for your family. We have tried to furnish the condo in a modern/chic boutique hotel style as we felt that this wasn’t currently something on offer with other higher end 3 bedroom units with oceanfront views on Seven Mile Beach. We are very glad that this hasn’t deterred you from returning and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Thank you for your kind review. We are very pleased that you enjoyed our condo. We have worked hard to ensure that the decor and tone blends into the external environment whilst maintaining a luxurious, modern vibe. We look forward to your return visit!

Dear Karen, Thank you so much for sharing your lovely review! We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful time at Sunset Cove and enjoyed all the special features that make it such a gem—the beachfront location, private swimming cove, and fantastic snorkeling opportunities truly are unforgettable! We’re also glad you appreciated the recent renovations and found the condo to be an absolute joy. Your kind words mean the world to us, and we’re thrilled to know that Sunset Cove left such a positive impression. Thank you for your helpful suggestions as well! We can’t wait to welcome you back to Unit #231 for more snorkeling adventures and relaxing beach days. Until then, we’re sending warm Caribbean breezes your way!

Dear Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely value guest input as it helps us improve and provide the best possible experience. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Since your visit, we have addressed the concerns you raised. The carpets and furniture have been professionally cleaned, and the HVAC system and ceiling fans have been inspected and repaired to ensure they are functioning properly. We’re pleased you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view, resort-style pool, and convenient dining options nearby—those are indeed some of the highlights that make this property so special. For future guests, we’re proud to share that since this review, numerous visitors have stayed with us and shared glowing 5-star feedback about their experiences. We’re committed to maintaining the highest standards and ensuring every stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and exceed your expectations in the future.

Dear Sophia, We're very sorry to hear that you didn't have the stay that you were hoping for. Our listing does not mention Margaritaville at all as this hotel has been closed since 2020. Despite this there are still many onsite amenities and dining options such as Lazy Lizard, Bevvy and Piccolino’s Cafe. Bevvy is located in the Lobby area and is a great bar to watch sports and meet up with friends. Lazy Lizard Bar and Grill is located by the Sunset Cove pool area which offers casual dining. Piccolino’s Cafe offers great breakfast and lunch options as well. There are also kayaks and paddle boards available for guests to use but you have obtain the paddles from the Condo Association Office which we will guide guests to should they wish to use the kayaks and paddle boards. While a hotel is nice, for the price, size of the rental unit, the convenient location within walking distance to many dining, shopping, entertainment options, as well as having onsite dining options, Sunset Cove is a fantastic location.

Hi Deborah, Thanks again for staying with us and we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Guests staying after you reported that the water heater wasn't performing the best so we actually replaced it. For future guests, we want to ensure that you are having the best stay possible and are happy to hear about any issues no matter how big or small. Sincerely, Sean J. A. Scott Property Management Cayman Ltd.

Thanks so much for your amazing review Jennifer! We look forward to hosting you again in the future should you return to the Cayman Islands.

Thank you for taking the time to review our condo. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and that it felt like you were in a boutique hotel. As a lover of boutique hotels, we have worked hard to try to re-create this atmosphere with the decor and lots of special little added touches. Yes, unfortunately, Nespresso pods are very expensive in Cayman (we also stock up on them whenever we are in the US!). We hope that you return to visit us again soon!

Happy that you enjoyed your stay Nigel. Thanks again!

We are so pleased that you loved our condo as much as we do! We are very lucky to be in such a quiet, secluded spot with resort facilities available (even waitress service on the beach during peak season!). We hope that you return soon!
