Place was great with amazing views three separate balconies kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home. only complaint is the blinds in the master bedroom don’t do much to keep the sun out

Check in and out was super easy, condo very well stocked, had everything we needed for food prep and going to the beach, had a little trouble with wi-fi at first but emailed owner who responded right away and gave instructions on resetting the router, no trouble after that

Wonderful condo!!!!!

The location was amazing, it had easy and close access to the beach. The property was perfect and well stocked for our family of 8. The storage closet contained all the beach gear we needed which was an extra plus (beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, life jackets, best of all a wagon to haul all of the things to the beach). The sea vista staff takes great pride in keeping the building very clean. There was never any excess sand, trash or water throughout the building. I was very impressed by how spacious and cozy this condo was and we will definitely be staying again.

It was very comfortable. It would be nice to replace the broken slatted shades in the back queen bedroom. The lights at night and the morning sun shone through.

South Padre Getaway

The view lived up to the hype and was incredible. The unit itself seemed a little outdated but we were there to enjoy the beach and it didn’t disappoint! Very close walk with wonderful sand and calm waves that made it convenient to get in the water. Great family fun was had by all (teenagers and 3 year old included! Treat yourselves

So Fun & Great View

This is our 3rd stay at Sea Vista. Love the location & view. Bird sanctuary, held alligator & snake, took Sandy Feet sand castle building lesson, great job, Anubis even with 30 mph wind gusts. Many beach walks & enjoyed the pool too.

Place was great

Not properties fault but we had a rough week due to weather... super storms and wind. Flooding throughout the city. Even got in through the back patio door due to wind blowing sideways. Called property owner and they had maintenance there quickly. We had a good time but just rough week in all.Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Time

Beautiful views. We loved coffee on the balcony. Easy access to beach, well supplied beach gear. Great table for dinners, cards & jigsaw puzzles. Well equipped kitchen, sleeping area were comfy & gave us alone time. Bonus was seeing the rocket from SpaceX from the condo.

Cute condo great location

3 generation girls trip enjoyed the location and top floor view, ease to get to beach, cleanliness, well stocked condo. Only complaint would be the ac, it was set remotely to 70 and would kick up to 75 automatically after a few hours, it’s too hot in Texas for that. It would then take some time to get back to the rather warm 70.

Great location, great condo!

We've stayed at Sea Vista before and love the location, but this was our first time in this unit. It's fantastic! The owners are super helpful, even reaching out proactively to let us know about an internet outage and some quick maintenance that was occurring in the building. Check in was easy, check out as well, and the unit is super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Family time at Padre

Clean and comfortable property. Close to the beach. Well stocked in the kitchen. Owner also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels.

Celebrating the life of our Papa

My family came together at South Padre to celebrate my stepfather. He came into our lives in March of 1976 when he married my mother. They lived in Harlingen for the first part of their marriage and loved coming to South Padre to fish, boat, and play. He died on May 5, 2024 just shy of 92 years old. We came for the weekend to remember him and to celebrate his life. We chose the perfect place for our celebration. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed!!

The room was perfect.

The tar wasn’t. There wasn’t anything available next to showers next to building. Maybe have something next to our room. We had to replace carpet which we didn’t know the tar would make a mess. Never seen anything like it. Ruined swimsuits, toys, chairs our towels. Everything we brought from Topeka. The views were great. Rooms fantastic. Tar sucked.

The accommodations were great. Unfortunately we left our Ipad behind. The owner was responsive and very helpful regarding retrieval of our item.

After 46 years visiting SPI best condo ever!

My husbsnd and I have been taking family vacations to South Padre since we were married 47 years ago! We have stayed at so many of the beach front condos and this one was our favorite! It was beautiful and quite comfortable! The deck chairs were amazing and so tall and sturdy! The kitchen, while on the small side was stocked with all kinds of spices and plenty of pots and pans...even an air fryer!. No dishwasher was actually fine since I find dishwashing kind of zen. Our grandgirls loved the large bunk beds with cozy comforters. All 3 bedrooms were very roomy and coming from central Texas and a month of 100 plus temps. the A/C worked great! Dont bring beach chairs or towels, they have plenty! I loved this location of the beach, much more quiet and peaceful. Everyone loved the giant pantry area and each room had so much storage space including drawers galore! Dining room table was also a plus as it was large enough for all 6 of us to actually sit down snd eat together. The swimming pools were nice but always very warm by the afternoon so if you want a cool refreshing swim ...go before lunch. 2 beautiful showers, complete with shampoo and conditioner! No tub so don't pack the bubbles.😉 Everyone commented on the large jar of M&M's sitting on the counter...a real sweet touch to a wonderful 6 days of fun!

Spring Break by the Ocean

We loved the location of the property, both the complex and the unit. We have stayed in this complex before and love how quiet it is. It is a smaller complex and is located at the end of the strip of condo buildings. The views from the balcony are amazing; you can see, smell, and hear the ocean. The beach is just steps away from the condo and you can take long walks in either direction. There are 4 chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. There is enough space in the condo to spread out after a long day at the beach. There are only 2 cons: there is no dishwasher in the unit and the master bedroom is not too private with just the sliding door between the bedroom and the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this property again.
