Amazing location next door to numerous restaurants and stores. The unit has everything you need from a brita filter, Keurig, pots and pans and an umbrella. Check in takes a while to figure out but this gem is well worth it.

Fantastic!

We were in town for a convention. This apartment was perfect! VERY VERY clean. Quality supplies provided (Dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, paper towels, coffee, shampoo/lotion, even umbrellas (which we needed!). Also had a vacuum in case you are staying a while and want to freshen up the apartment. Restaurants, shops, even a Kroger are steps away. I would 100% stay here again if in Atlanta. This was one of the best Vrbo appartments we have rented.

Property is in a great location.

The property is in a great location which made it accessible to many things. We did have issues getting into our unit after the property manager let us in. The incorrect passcode was written on our envelope, so I had to contact management to get in the unit. The only other downside of the unit is that it is right at the elevator and the sound of the opening and closing of it late at night was disturbing. Other than that, it was well worth the stay.

This is a beautiful unit in a nice building with a prime location. The unit is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. It was very clean and comfortable and close to so many places to eat & drink. The only negative for me was the check-in process. The property managers do reach out prior to check-in to try to coordinate and give instructions and that's great. I was asked on the day of my check-in what time I'd arrive. I explained I didn't know for sure but maybe between 7-8 pm. I actually arrived around 9. I wasn't worried, bc the instructions I received in advance said someone local would be available until 10pm via phone, text, or email. The instructions for accessing parking and the building from the parking garage were clear and easy to follow. You are to park temporarily at the 3rd floor entrance, access the building from there, then go to the unit on the 5th floor to retrieve your key. The problem is, the elevator cannot be operated without a key, so i had to wait for someone who had a key to get on the elevator & select the 5th floor for me. That done, I was able to access the unit and my key & parking pass from it with no issues. The issues arose when I learned my key wasn't activated & I could reach no one for 45 min. I was stuck in the parking garage.

Nice city spot - Threats of fines are a bit aggressive

We were looking for a quiet spot to relax without kids and get some sleep and watch movies for a chill anniversary weekend. The spot is really nice and the furnishings in the small apartment were what we needed. Towels and kitchenware was good. We never received our codes for check-in and had to make a special request for contact-free check-in. The contracts to sign, and handbook full of rules in the apartment filled with threats of fines was a bit much and came off a bit aggressive. The TV was lacking. There weren't a lot of movie options, and not much to browse as far as live tv that we could tell. It had netflix, but we have that at home and have watched most of what we wanted on there. The most frustrating was that whenever we tried to browse the tv app it would get an error and restart. Before your stay you have to fill out multiple pages of a contract filled with threats of additional fines. They monitor your noise level and threaten an additional fine if you are too loud. We were planning a quiet weekend anyway so hoped we wouldn't trigger the noise detection device just by watching movies. What we found was that the noise level around us was pretty crazy. There are rooftop parties, loud people in the hallways and parking lots below. There was even a parking lot show with amplified sound coming through giant speakers. As many times as noise fines are threatened, we thought the place would be incredibly quiet. We were hoping to at least have quiet enough to sleep-in, but there were several interruptions. At 5am the ice maker crashed a new batch of ice randomly and woke us. At 7 am each morning there is a constant booming noise, maybe a door or elevator issue but continuous from 7-8am. At 8am I received a text, "friendly reminder that your check-out is tomorrow." So that startled me awake after the other noises. If you are looking for a quiet place to catch up on sleep this might not be a good fit. On the last morning since we didn't get to sleep in, we thought we'd enjoy a quiet brunch at PCM. We were ready to check out of the apartment by 11am, but thought it would be nice to take our time at a meal and not have to rush back for our parking. We contacted the host and asked if we could just keep the parking pass a little longer until early afternoon, maybe an hour or two. They said they needed it promptly at 11 because someone else was checking in at 4pm that day. We ended up having to move the car and pay for parking.

Unfortunately, the noise from the building construction is out of our control. Also, we have no control over the ice machine....

Great Atlanta Vibes

I loved staying in this beautiful property. It is clean, modern and very comfortable. Great amenities and style. Check in and out was easy and the staff very helpful.. All that would make this a great place - but add the location and it is over the top! Ponce Market is so fun, filled with shops and great food, and right on the beltline for walking and people-watching. Wonderful walking neighborhood. I loved my stay!

Cool loft studio!

Great location. Check in was very easy. Loved all the options for food that were within walking distance. The only complaint we had was that it’s a noisy building. 8am blowers outside and construction happening. That said, we would still come back!
