Great place to stay!

We just spent a week at Phillip Island, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you could want, and the location is great too. We would recommend this property to everyone.

Regarding the communal pool, it is solar-heated, meaning the temperature depends on the sun and ambient air. It typically warms to about 5–7°C above the outside temperature—so while it stays sparkling clean, it can feel a bit brisk during the cooler months. We’d love to have you back again soon!

The House was clean and bright with all requirements needed for a relaxing mini break Ease of booking and communication with host was excellent. A big thank you for requests taken into consideration. Our overseas visitors were most impressed. Location to both beach and Main Street was a high plus. We shall definitely book again

The room was nice, clean and had pleanty of equiptment to help us manage the house. The DVD collection, puzzels and foosball table were great to kill a little time and keep us occupied. The only complaint was that there was no locks on the bathroom doors, and that the pool looked murky, but still we managed to work around that. And the rest was great.

Family holiday

My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and everything we need near us the shopping centre the beach and the property itself is cleaned and organised and big space for our family. I’m 100% recommended We will definitely come back again. My children love it and they enjoy the swimming pool and exploring cows area by foot and of course the beach was their favourite. We pleased with everything ❤️

Family getaway

Property was well presented. Layout of bedrooms and kitchen and lounge was perfect for our group of 8. Pool and BBQ area excellent. Close to main shopping area and beach . Would definitely recommend.

Great unit & great location

This was our second time staying at this property in Cowes, and we plan to come back again! The double story unit has everything you need with an open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a large dining area too. The only recommendation I would make would be to perhaps leave travel-size toiletries in the bathroom, and a tea/milk/coffee set-up in the kitchen (just enough to get through the first morning).

Beautiful house, amazing location with all amenities needed just a few minutes from the property. And the host has been so helpful answering all our questions.

Amazing house in our holiday

Where can I start, the house was clean, beautiful,everything thing you need is there, the most attractive places in Phillip Island were close to it the longest was like 25 minutes and the cost of the house anyone with big family or small can afford it.

Excellent Property close to the Beach

This was a great property to stay in, very modern, clean and roomy with the 3 bedrooms. The kids loved the pool and it was walking distance to the beach and shops at Cowes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we visit Philip Island.

Great location

Property location fantastic. Townhouse itself was great. Beds were comfortable. Pool was good but cold! Some of the smaller details were missing and the property probably needs to be checked over to make sure the smaller details are there. It is a property to sleep 8 but there were no large platters to serve food or large salad bowls. There was no vegetable peeler. But it had plenty of crockery and cutlery, glasses and mugs. There was a cake tin but no bowls to mix in. The DVD player didn't work and the dryer hadn't been cleaned properly so when we dried the clothes, there was a funny smell and everything had to be washed again. There was a great washing line but no basket or pegs. It was wet for a couple of days but there wasn't a clothes horse to dry the swimmers etc inside. Overall, it was a great property and we had a great holiday. But it would be an amazing one if some of the smaller details were fixed!

We found the property to be nice and clean and large enough for 2 families to stay at. Nice clean kitchen with a great f&p dishwasher works great. Lovely clean pool and clean bbq and nice grounds the only down fall was the tv - shame on its size - wouldnt hurt to upgrade to larger one (especially for night viwing when kids in bed) Fantastic locations easy walk to both the beach and the shops.
