We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback about your stay, and that even though you stated that you loved the condo and the location, we are very sorry to hear that you had different expectations about certain things throughout your stay. In particularly the given platinum services & amenities and Prestige office service. As you have mentioned yourself in your review, we are not a 24-hour service resort, but manage individual owned vacation rental condo's. At our Le Vent property we do have an office in the lobby that is open during regular business hours to assist our guests, with a specific time schedule at the beginning of the morning and the end of the day for our pool towel exchange program. Reason for this is that we also need to be available to attend to check-outs, check-ins and maintenance concerns during other hours of the day. However, when we might not be available in our office at certain times, we can always be reached by phone and e-mail. Certain Owners provide platinum services, which is advertised as follows; PLATINUM SERVICES & AMENITIES On behalf of the owner of this property, exclusive services and amenities are provided to enrich your experience during your stay in this amazing vacation rental condo. Daily refresh of bathroom towels, trash removal, make-up of the beds, and extended bathroom amenities, including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel of our local and established Aruba Aloe products are now exclusively provided. Each and every Aruba Aloe product is made with 100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel to hydrate and nourish your skin and hair. The complimentary stock of paper products and certain guest supplies are supplied by the Owner of the Accommodation, based on an average week’s use, which stock is not replenished if consumed. The guest is responsible for replacing stocked items for own use as they are consumed. This is mentioned in the terms & conditions on our website and this is also explained upon check in; the standard stock of guest supplies will be replenished by PRESTIGE only (a) in the event of a long stay (=longer than a week), during the weekly cleaning service, and (b) in the event the Guest requests and pays for additional or more frequent cleaning services, during such extra cleaning service. Any extra cleaning services can always be requested and scheduled by us for an additional charge.
