Brand New Beach Home!

Denne smukke, rene, nye 4-værelses, 4. 5-bad hjemme beliggende på en af Floridas bedste uopdagede strande. Se solen stå op på den ene side og sæt på den anden. Det tilbyder gæsterne en spektakulær udsigt over Santa Rosa Sound, et fællesskab swimmingpool og spabad i et privat lukket samfund, deeded / privat strand adgang til Santa Rosa Sound Beach, og en kort gåtur til stranden på den Mexicanske Golf. Vand udsigt i alle retninger!

Dette hus er bekvemt placeret for noget vand du ønsker !!! Det er en et minuts gang til swimmingpool og varme karbad, der er inde i gated community. Du behøver kun at gå en kort 2 minutter til Santa Rosa Sound Beach, som du kan se fra bagsiden dækket af huset. Og du kan være på Gulf Beach (som du også kan se fra bagsiden dæk) i en kort 7 minutters gang !!! (Af den måde - Forældre og små børn ligesom Santa Rosa Sound Beach, fordi det er mere afsides med blide bølger. Teenagere har tendens til at foretrække at gå til Emerald Shores Beach på Gulf Side for at se mere aktivitet og være social).

Vores gated-samfund er i forsvarlig side og har masser af sandstrand og roligt vand. Plus, bag vores hus er åben, uudviklet park land med sand og hav havre - perfekt til børn at udforske. Husk at parkering kun er begrænset til indkørslen og garagen. Der er ikke mulighed for gader eller parkeringspladser.

For teknologi har vi Wi-Fi, store fladskærms-smart-tv'er, et Ultra High Definition 4K-tv i stuen og Netflix-appen er tilgængelig på Smart TV. (Husk at logge af din Netflix-konto, inden du tager afsted). Hvis du foretrækker musik på stranden, foreslår vi, at du bringer en vandtæt, sandtæt Bluetooth-højtaler til ture til stranden.

Family vacation

The beach house was perfect. Short walk to the sound. Plenty of beach equipment. Rented a 6 seat golf kart that was perfect also. Gated so kids could ride bikes without worrying. Perfect pool on the property. Hope to stay there again next year.

Very nice location. It is close to the bay where the young children felt safer in the water, small waves, and white sandy beach to play in. The ocean front is only a few minutes walk away, beautiful ocean views and white sandy beaches, the waves were very rough for little children but the sand was great to play in. The house was very nice and well stocked. There is everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of room for your groceries. The bathrooms are very nice, there were only two towels, a couple of hand towels and washcloths in each bathroom. Bring towels or plan to wash a load every day in the large laundry room. The bedding was sufficient and the beds were comfortable. The living space was a little tight for eight adults with only two couches, but we made due with the eight dining table chairs. The garage was fully stocked with a charcoal grill, bicycles, beach wagons and sand toys for all ages. Outdoor parking in the driveway for three cars. Over all this a a great house to stay in and it made for a great family vacation.

Navarre beach. A slice of heaven

We loved the townhouse. It was perfect in every way. The beach is fabulous and the sound peaceful. We were not aware that the grocery stores were not close but we managed. We enjoyed scooters for dinner.

Family vacay

The house was perfect for our family. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. That was very beneficial after a long day at the beach and all of us getting ready. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach of sound side. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Family vacation

Our family loved this vacation spot. There was plenty of space for our large family. Kids loved the amenities. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Wonderful beach home!

Great beach house! House was spotless, beds were very comfortable, lots of space for our group of 7! Beautiful view of sound and easy walk to the gulf.

The home was as nice as shown in the pictures. The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Navarre all we could have hoped. We would definitely recommend this property.

Holiday

Family vacation with 8 people, ages 6-72. Convenient access to pool. Soind side, and ocean side. Enough space for all of us to be comfortable. Great stay!

Chillaxing

Navarre Beach is exactly what they say, a wonderful secret of non commercialized beautiful beaches. The weather can be iffy at this time of year, but that didn’t make it any less than perfect. The vacation home was perfect for 2 families (2 masters and a bedroom for the boys and a bedroom for the girls and to top it off they all had bathrooms)! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week, between drinking coffee on the balcony, mastering the puzzles, relaxing on the beach or at the pool, it was amazing. One should note that there is not a lot of restaurants and shops on the island but a quick drive to Destin or Pensacola fed that fix. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Great beach vacation

Great house at a nice location. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. We really liked the garage and all the beach stuff available to use like the paddle board and kayak. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but the owners got a repair guy to come out on a Saturday evening and get it fixed.

Spring break

Property was lovely and well appointed. We had only one difficulty and did not have the code to get into the restrooms at the pool. This did cause some inconveniences with the young children. Other than that, if you are looking for a quiet week, this is the perfect spot. You will have to drive a bit to find some higher quality restaurants and activities. We chose not to and enjoyed the quiet time on Navarre Beach. Having both the Gulf and the Sound at your easy disposal along with a pool provided many water options for the kids and young adults. Red flags every day meant perfect weather for the Sound for kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. We brought our own, however the owner had many options available as well. The beach chairs were very rusty and stained clothing. My recommendation would be to replace the chairs/umbrellas as they are old/not working properly/rusted. This was by no means a deal breaker for us and may not be for others. Again, the property was spotless/welcoming/well appointed. Owner was attentive and extremely gracious.

Best Family Vacation!

We love visiting Navarre Beach. This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. great amenities. Very Clean. Beautiful views. We used bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, Buggy boards, shovels and buckets all in the garage. Plenty of space, Comfortable beds. Kitchen was awesome. Pool and hot tube in a gated community on the sound side but walking or biking distance from a public beach entrance. Can we just move in? We loved it and would totally stay here again. Host was great also. Quick to respond.. Thank you for use of your beautiful home.

Beautiful and clean

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, walk along the sound right out your back door. Quick access to all the great beach spots. I highly recommend renting this beauty! We had zero issues but I knew the owners were just a phone call or text away.

Perfect house, perfect location!

The house was perfect for a family vacation. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers, and we all felt like there was plenty of space where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was beautifully maintained and very clean. We loved there were even things such as kid plates, kid utensils, pack n plays and even things such as a baby swing if you had any babies with you. The options of 2 beaches was perfect for our twin 3 year olds. Being this was their first time to the beach, the gulf side was a bit loud but they loved the calm waters of the sound. The gulf side was a little more of a walk, especially with little ones, so we drove and parked at the public access. We never had any trouble finding parking. It’s a great location where beaches aren’t very crowded. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if anything was needed. We definitely will keep this property in mind for any future vacations 😁

Plenty of Room for All

We had two families with teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom so everyone can get ready quickly. The air conditioner works better than almost anywhere we have ever stayed. Even the upper level stays cool and refreshing. The rental process was smooth and simple. Maggie answered all my communication quickly. The house is just as described in the listing. The view of the sound and surrounding homes is beautiful. We highly recommend renting a golf cart as you have your pick of public beach accesses.

Perfect rental for large families.

We found the home to be very clean and spacious upon arrival. Everything was as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The walk to the swimming pool and sound side beach was short. The owner was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this VRBO.

Navarre Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and the house was immaculate. All the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach, Destin, and Pensacola from this location. This is a great place to stay!

Great House and Location

The house was perfect for 6 adults and a toddler. It was great having the bikes and kayak available at the house. Double red flags for the entire week so we spent most of our time on the bay side which was great. Not near the crowd and congestion of Destin. Property owners were very accessible and helpful. Location was great overall. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Three families got together for this trip. The house was clean and comfortable as posted. Navarre was truly relaxing- and the location of this home convenient. Everyone involved thought it a great find.

Relaxing

The house and community was beautiful. The view of the Sound was so relaxing to sit and have coffee and great the morning. However we were lead to believe the ocean and beach were just a "short" walk away. Not so. Even though the garage was filled with everything needed for a great day at the beach, even 2 wagons to haul everything, it was "several blocks" to the beach. Meaning that a bathroom break called for transportation back to the house, not a simple unsupervised walk for children. I wish this mad been made more clear. However we made it work and the beach was beautiful and not crowded for the time of the year.

This property is a wonderful vacation home for guests who enjoy the swimming pool, a less-crowded beach on both Santa Rosa Sound and the Ocean! Our home is situated in a close-knit neighborhood full of both locals and guests. The house has new appliances and the latest features to ensure a relaxing, stress-free stay. You will see a beautiful sunrise from the back porch, can lounge at the pool for the day, swim in the gentle Santa Rosa Sound for the afternoon, and take long walks on the oceanfront for the evening!

This home is in a GATED community and has ample space for families who vacation together or for adults who like to travel to the beach! Very large master suite with soaking tub. Large desk if you MUST do some work. Open floor plan on the first floor to ensure social time with your crew! Individual quarters upstairs so that you can have quiet time, too.
